Tracks install with four wood screws, caddy can be easily removed from tracks and used to carry cleaning supplies to other rooms. Handle is easy to position: centered for more balanced carrying when removed from tracks, or to one side or the other if needed to clear undersink obstacles (e.g., drain pipes, waste disposer); I don't think the top tray is height-adjustable though. Not sure if black plastic tray inserts are designed to be removable for cleaning -top one can definitely be removed, not sure about lower one. Tracks use rollers (like quality drawer tracks) for a nice smooth action.
Can be easily lifted out of its slides to carry it around when cleaning.

I recommend this caddy to anyone looking to add some semblance of organization in sink base cabinets. The caddy looks clean, slick, and impressive. It slides well, and feels solid. Being able to pull it out and tote it around for cleaning is an added bonus. Besides being a great addition to a sink cabinet, I bet this would make a great gift for any parents, siblings, grandparents. It's so easy to install, you can give it as a gift, then install it on the spot to get instant present-of-the-year status.

this is a good product sturdy and nice designeasy to put together and it fit my opening perfectly
bought 2 of them east to installI already have installed similar drawers from several vendors. I tend to prefer Rev-a-Shelf, but have been happy with all of the vendors. The benefits of this drawer are that not only does it fit where other drawers might not due to the sink plumbing, but it is absolutely incredibly easy to install, very sturdy, has heavy duty liners installed in the event you need to store items that could prove caustic in a spill, it has both a full lower and a half upper drawer, and, you can readily disconnect the entire system if you need to carry cleaners, etc. to other parts of the house.
Shipping was very fast, packaging was great and it arrived in perfect condition.
The only drawback is that it is shorter and narrower than my other slide out drawers, buy this was necessary to be able to install it where there is considerable plumbing against the back wall. These drawers so simplify storage and retrieval of items located in hard to reach areas of cabinets that I have installed various sizes and types in the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. They are beautifully made, incredibly practical and well within the means of anyone with a drill, marker, screwdriver and a minimum of DIY interest. My wife and I heartily give them a 5 star, in spite of the cost.
We found cheaper versions in the hardware store, but they were not nearly so attractive. These are chromed stainless steel, glide easily on the rollers and a great low cost yet useful addition.
