Please be aware when purchasing items from this company, they do not honor their own return policy as stated on their product packaging. My shower caddy rusted within a week after purchasing it, despite a rust proof guarantee. The packaging states: "In case of customer dissatisfaction, return this product, along with the original sales receipt, to the factory. Consumer will be refunded for the return postage and may choose either a no charge replacement or a refund of the original purchase price." And when I requested a refund, I was told that their return policy has now changed, regardless of what was written on my product's packaging.*I just want consumers out there to be aware of my personal experience with this company, and hopefully it will be of use in their decision-making process.

This is the first shower caddy that we have had that actually doesn't rust (except the cheap plastic ones). We had purchased a ~$90 one that had a lifetime rust-free warranty and still rusted after about 2 months. We have had this bronze caddy for ~6 months now and it has been great no rust, looks great, and functions nicely. I just bought 2 more for the other bathrooms.

I thought this was a nice product when I recieved it but not even 1 1/2 months later, it is completley rusted. It's not even near the shower head. Just terrible.Save 29% Off
