This tie rack is great its sturdy, easy to install (although the dimensions for the mounting holes in the instructions are wrong), the pegs are smooth at the ends so as not to snag any fabric. The slide mechanism seems to be good quality. It took two weeks to receive it from Ovis, but no complaints.

The package arrived on time and was packaged well. The ballbearing slide works well and it operates quietly. This was installed in a client's custom closet and no complaints yet.
