We have gone through a process to create a bedroom that is your very own sanctuary and refuge. First, we looked at picking out a theme for the bedroom – one that you found to be relaxing and comforting.
We looked at choosing colors that worked thematically with the theme you had chosen; and colors that were appropriate for use in a bedroom to make it as calm and serene as possible. This would ensure that you receive a good night’s rest; and it would also provide you a place to escape to, to relax and rejuvenate yourself.
Next, we looked at the little things that you can add to your bedroom to make it uniquely yours, including items that would take you to a place where you can relive past experiences over and over using your mind to take you on small vacations.
Rubbermaid’s Bento collection is designed to organize items, not just provide a storage place for them. The Bento Boxes have internal flex dividers, which provide you a method of dividing the space by creating unique sections where needed. You are able to stack boxes vertically, or inside each other. Bento Toppers can act as trays, covers or lids, providing an extra layer of organization for the Bento Boxes, or hiding what’s inside. The Bento Collection is made from sturdy materials, and the heavy-duty decorative fabric enables it to work within your home’s décorating scheme.
Organization in the Bedroom
Your bedroom is your sanctuary. It is the one place in your home that is yours. It is the one place that you can escape to when you need a few moments to yourself. Nothing can make a bedroom more uncomfortable as clutter. And all too often our bedroom is the final resting place for those things that you just don’t know what else to do with.
Let’s look at setting up systems to enable you to keep your bedroom free of clutter, so that even when you are tired or rushed, your bedroom continues to be that special place to escape to.
Nightstands can be one of those places where clutter builds and grows. To solve this problem, consider placing a wicker basket beside each nightstand where all the clutter can be moved to in the morning. When you or your partner is ready to retire, the books and magazines can be easily retrieved.
A bookshelf in the bedroom also provides a place to put books and magazines. The books are easy to find for use right before retiring, and are easy to place on the shelf upon arising.
Make sure that plenty of hangars are available so that it is easy to hang up clothes as they are taken off.
