I am so disappointed! I found several reviews of this item and only a few negative so I purchased. The item arrive damaged, and when I requested a replacement part, I got a recording listing dozens of unavailable replacements parts (not for my item, but greatly reducing my faith in the company altogether), and after waiting several days, finally got a response from customer service that no replacement parts were available for my item either! They told me to return...now I have to figure out how to repack & reship this huge box that weighs a ton...what a pain!!! I'll never deal with this company again...spend the extra money and buy some real furniture! Or go to WalMart...I'm replacing a huge Sauder entertainment center I bought & put together myself in less than an hour about 15 years ago--wayyyyy better quality than this stuff and probably less money!

When I received product, the bottom drawer was broken. The company responded that they did not have part and that I could send the stand back for exchange or refund. (A 79 POUND ITEM ALREADY ASSEMBLED??? HA HA!!) A call to company stated Amazon could open another box and send me the part. I WAS NOT HAPPY!!! I am surprised Amazon would deal with such a company with such poor service. Product is OK but does chip easily. My opinion of Amazon has been slightly tarnished.

I don't know about the negative reviews, but we received our center in fine condition. My boyfriend put it together with ease. It looks awesome and works awesome. Amazon had the best price with the media tower beating other websites by hundreds of dollars. The shelves are great, spaced great, the drawers are great. We're gamers with a bunch of systems around plus the cable box, sound system, bluray player, etc. Everything fits awesome. I'd highly recommend this product :)

SOME assembly requiredI would say there's quite a bit and you have to be very precise and careful. Unfortunately, I didn't look carefully at everything until I had it all togetherthen discovered to large flaws on the front edge of the top. At that point, I made the decision to try to cover them up and live with it.

Overall, it looks OK but is a little more flimsy than I was lead to believe.

A little tough to put together and not great material--split while putting it together. The drawers were better than the media tower, and it offers enough space for my 50" TV, Blueray, cable box, 3 gaming systems, and Wifi controller.
