I ordered three of the frosted 4ft shelves and they all arrived intact. They were much heaver than I had expected, but the mounting rails hold the weight just fine. It took about an hour to mount the rail on the wall. I have an old house and I had to find the studs before I could put up the shelves. I had to re-drill the holes in the rail to match the position of the studs. I used a drill press and the aluminum rail was easy to drill through. the hard part was getting the rail mounted level. There is not much play in the mounting holes so it is important to drill the holes in the wall carefully. I was working alone and if there had been someone else around, it would have been much easier. Now that they are up, they look great!Save $0.31 Off
