The space for your components--cable box, dvd player, receiver, etc.,--is 8.5" x 29.5". Make sure your stuff will fit! My bulky receiver didn't along with box and dvd. I had my eye on a slim bose unit anyway, so problem solved. But would have been a bummer otherwise.

Very sturdy and setup was a breeze. Did it in an hour. Looks great and has deep drawers for storage. Only drawback (for me) is that it can only fit a receiver and maybe a surge protector under the table top. Otherwise a great product.

After searching for a couple of months, i came across this tv console and found everything i wanted at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly, the packaging for the product is amazing and there were no nicks or dents. All the hardware for this is organized,there won't be any searching and distinguishing screws for setup. Each piece is clearly labeled too, making for fast work.

The stand is nice and solid. Assembly took a bit, but it wasn't unreasonable. It looks nice enough for our purpose (to hold our old CRT TV in the rec room). The price was lower than similar stands at other places.

This unit is actually very sturdy for the price. If you're considering it for purchase, make sure you measure your components ~ the opening for these isn't very big and I ended up putting my satellite box on top of my DVD player. The directions are decent-plan on at least 1 1/2 hours for set up. I ordered the brown console and got the black but decided to keep it, but would rather have the brown. My console has a couple of very long scratches on the top that were covered up with stain, but are very visable. However, with your TV set on top, you don't notice it so much. It's small, but it's a good console for a small living room, bedroom or apartment. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the scratches and wrong color.
