This shoe holder came with no instructions, but it was pretty easy to set up by looking at the picture. Note: the second shelf from the top has small plastic diagonal pieces that attach to the verticals for extra support) However, it is one of those assemblies where you have to line up all the tubes at once, which requires some patience; A little thought from the designers could have made this a lot easier.

The distance between the rows is too small for even my low-top size 11.5 sneakers, but if you look at the picture carefully (look at the boots), you'll see you can make double-height rows by removing one of the metal cross-pieces.

It looks nice, is sturdy enough, and does the job it was designed for.

sturdy holds shoes well. great support mix of plastic and metal a plus. plastic ones did not work well in past this one is good.
