Shelf Clips for Vertical Support Pole

Installed a new pole to help support a pantry shelf and utilized these clips on that pole. Not sure if a kid tried to climb the shelf or it was overloaded but had two of these break on me. Metal ones have not had any issues. Prefer the metal clips over these as they allow you to replace them without removing the entire pole, a task that can be a pain in the buttskie if you have a bunch of things on the shelf and it won't support the weight if you remove that pole... the metal ones can be inserted and removed with the pole in place.
