I loved this product, it looks just like the photo, and is very nice quality. I was unhappy that I had to return it. I had selected it for a very specific space in my home, and discovered that this rack should be be installed onto the wall studs. The space I had in mind did not have studs in the right places to make this item workable for me. I advise measuring carefully and locating wall studs before ordering. I rated it 4 out of 5 stars because I feel that this necessary information should have been stated by the manufacturer on Amazon.Save 6% Off
