Four Tier Metal Etagere Shelf

I just received the "4 Tier Corner Shelf Baker's Rack today and it's a very elegant piece. I bought it for my bathroom corner and it's perfect. Easy assembly, I started it at 10 pm and was done by 10:30 pm. All the hardware lined up just as it should. It's a nice height and the shelves are large and heavy for being insert shelves. The shelves are a dark wood, I couldn't tell by the picture if they were metal or wood. The two top shelves are slightly smaller than the bottom two. The metal framing is black with copper speckling and the metal is textured. The ornament at the very top put me in mind of a pinecone. The bottom shelf has a leg that is adjustable by a screw foot. Shipping was super fast, wasn't to be delivered until at least July 19th and I just placed the order Monday evening. This is just an all around perfect Corner Rack and I love it. It was a great purchase.

This went together easily, no missing hardware. It looks gorgeous. It was purchased to reduce counter space clutter, and easily holds 4 appliances. It has a fantastic finish.

Cozy Street was helpful and got it here sooner than expected. i couldn't be more pleased with this item and this seller.

NOTE: Originally ordered from Moshya, and they were awful. Gave me a fake tracking number and never shipped. My recommendations is to use Cozy Street every time!!

We needed a little extra storage next to the TV stand. This is perfect!! I didnt want anything too bulky. This is not only sturdy and functional but also delicate looking and decorative. It holds a lot of weight. We loaded it with 6 huge book binders filled with hundreds of DVDs, bottom shelf holds the cable box, dvd player, wii equipment, top shelf holds a flower vase and bunch of decorative accents. It was very easy to put together..took us maybe a 1/2 hour if that. Even my husband loves it!

Installation has some problems. When placing the bolts be aware that you can't use the full left/right of the bracket holes. Place the bolt to either side will result in the bolt head hitting the back of the vertical unit and preventing it from fitting. Also don't tighten the bolts too tight or the vertical unit won't slide on the bracket. I ended up having to put a big washer between the wall and the bracket.

The glass shelves aren't attached. They just sit on the brackets with a small opposing lip at the back. This makes the shelves very shaky to left/right motion. Not very stable.

The wire chases are too small. I have a cable box, surround sound unit (6 speaker wires), XBox 360, PS2 and HDTV. About 2/3 of all that cabling fit in the chases. So now the install looks sloppy.

For the price I wouldn't recommend this.

The wall stand is made of good quality but the design is poor. When assembled there's not much holding the shelves in place. A simple bump will knock them off the unit and break and items you have on them. Very disappointed with the locking mechanism for the shelves would have been nice to have something more than gravity holding them in place.

I bought 2 of these and I bought them because they stated a 50lb rating for each shelf. First off, I had trouble installing them as one of the frames actually bent and rendered it useless. I had to make one shelf work using parts from both. I assembled one with 3 shelves. I have a Yamaha RX-V3800 Receiver. It weighs 38 pounds, however when I placed it on a shelf, it looked like it barely held. The shelf was leaning down and to the left and VERY unstable. (Yamaha receivers place their PSU's on the left side and therefore have an uneven weight distribution). In order to make it look level, I shifted the glass and put some of the plastic pieces between the glass and the left part of the WAY TOO SHORT bracket. If the brackets were longer (came further out) and if the glass was bolted to them, I would feel a lot better about it. I am checking it everyday and it seems to be holding, for now... That 50lb rating is probably double of what it should really be holding.

Was not impressed. Instructions were poor with not much more than diagrames, once the mounting plate was on the wall the main section would not fit. When we realised that the shelves simply sat there and could be knocked off we decided to return this item.

I actually bought one of these racks at Lowes a while back for about the same price. It is just great. I lived in a small apartment and this rack seem to double the storage of my kitchen. I filled the bottom shelves with wicker baskets and was able to store pots and pans, plastic containers and many more kitchen items. It's so much better than kitchen drawers. You can store a ton of plastic containers and lids in the baskets and have easy access to them. You can hang utensils for easy access. I use the top shelf for storing tea boxes, candles and small items. In addition to all the storage you have another 3 feet of hardwood (mine is oak) counter space for preparing food. If you live with a small kitchen this rack is an instant remodel. I can't say enough about this rack. It's great.

I learned right away that the kitchen in my new apartment wasn't big enough for two people to comfortably (or efficiently) work in at once. Scratch that. It WAS big enough, but not very well laid-out. We didn't have enough counter space or cupboards.

This rack totally changed that. We store pans, food, tupperware, and a couple of small appliances on it, freeing up the rest of our kitchen. Even with so much on it, the cutting board is still completely open to use. We now spend many nights a week together in the kitchen, preparing and cooking food. Lovely!

I bought this baker's rack to use as a microwave stand mainly. But I've found you can put so much more on it. I have my microwave on the top rack, my convection oven on the middle shelf, and a vintage style budweiser crate on the bottom shelf to store odds and ends. The very top shelf, I use to hold my plants. With all that weight on it, it seems to be pretty sturdy. I wouldn't let your kids climb on it, but it holds what you need it to without feeling like it's going to collapse. Also, an added bonus, it was exremely easy to put together. The directions it came with just had picture diagrams to follow, but once you get started, you don't even need them. Plus it looks great in my kitchen.

For the price this is a really nice rack. Amazon's price is the lowest I found and free shipping made it an even better deal. We use this rack in front of our sliding door to the deck to hold seedlings and all of the garden stuff we had all over the dining room before we got it. It works out beautifully.

This rack is not the industrial-duty type sold elsewhere but a smaller, cheaper imitation. Overall it serves its purpose. The counter top is a little lower than a stove top and at 6'3" tall I need to hunch over to use it, but it's not unbearable. At 40% the price of the industrial-grade racks, and in desperate need of counter space and kitchen storage, I'm going to keep it and make due. However, if I compared this to the professional grade racks in a store, I'd probably pay extra for a heavy duty rack.

Bottom strut would fit nicely if it went straight through the pipes on the back of the toilet. Shelves too narrow to hold anything. Whole unit only about 5 ft tall. I won't even waste any more money to send it back.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality of this item. It was just as pictured and came very quickly...I am always very satisfied by my dealings with Amazon.

Nice color, nice metal, came with some bent pieces that I was able to band back which in turn cracks the paint. Some of the shelving wires were bent. Easy to put together but use your own hollow wall anchors. The ones that come with it don't work properly. For the price it's fine and it suits the small bathroom.

This piece was relatively easy to assemble, however we weren't able to mount the organizer to the wall since our baseboards made it impossible to have the unit sit flush with the wall.

The unit is a little wobbly as the screw-on feet were not completely flat. I am not unsatisfied or satisfied with this product.

I have mixed feelings about this item. I had seen the stand displaying various sizes of Le Creuset at Williams Sonoma and felt I must have one especially because my Le Creuset collection, at least one piece of which we use almost every day, was taking up way too much room in my cupboard. Though pricey, I made the purchase online. Upon delivery, I excitedly opened the very heavy box only to discover two very important pieces of information NOT OFFERED IN THE DESCRIPTION: 1)the bars that appear to run along the outsides of the stand are not three long pieces, but rather, each bar is comprised of four small pieces held together by a rather ingenious but not exactly confidence inspiring method featuring pieces of threaded plastic that you have to hammer down into the small pieces of metal tubing, which, when assembled, give the illusion of being three, long, single pieces of cast iron. The tubing itself is not uniform in height, but rather of two different lengths. This means, the second shelf IS NOT TALL ENOUGH TO FIT ANYTHING LARGER THAN A VERY SMALL SAUCE POT--equivalent to 1-1.5 quarts, American. My second disappointment was in the stand's actual height. I hadn't really paid enough attention to dimensions when ordering, as I had the mental image of what I had seen at Williams Sonoma. To my great disappointment, I found a disclaimer included in the instructions informing me that most people and businesses will purchase TWO cast-iron cookware stands and put them together. I live in California--earthquakes R Us. Not only did I doubt that the plastic strips provided to anchor the unit to the wall were adequate, but if I did put two units together, it would likely be just tall enough that it would be dangerous to put cast iron cookware on it! Remember those little pieces of threaded plastic are all that is holding the piece together. NO, I would NEVER trust two put together, not in my home. (Williams Sonoma can deal with that potential problem, if it happens)! But one alone would fit in a playhouse! THIS WAS NOT WHAT I HAD IN MIND AT ALL. Besides--purchase two? At this price? I was already splurging to purchase one! While, assembled, the stand is handsome, and the shelves ARE made of cast-iron (and say LE CREUSET, if that is what is important to you), I must admit that I felt a bit idiotic that my splurge wasn't turning out quite as I'd hoped. My sons and I had a good laugh when I likened the proportions of the completed stand to the set of 'Stonehenge' built for the big American tour in THIS IS SPINAL TAP--dancing midgets not included. (Please accept apologies for this very un-PC joke). I am keeping the stand--but had I known what I know now, I must be honest and inform you that I would NOT have purchased it. LIVE AND LEARN. Staub, anyone?

I can't say enough good things about this rack.

Storage I use the bottom 4 shelves for pot storage, the top shelf for ramekins and a plant. If needed, smaller pots can be nestled inside the larger pots, I have 6 pots and a grill pan on mine. Makes it so convenient to retrieve.

Appearance black matte cast iron shelves, I have had mine for 5 years, looks like it did when it was new. This is a great way to display Le Creuset pots, the colors just pop.

It is very stable, I wasn't sure what to expect, but there have not been any problems, even made it through a California earthquake and remained upright. Although the description states the shelves are adjustable, it is very limited in that regard. The shelf depths are fixed by the length of the posts provided with the unit, what you can do is arrange so that the deep shelves are on either the top or the bottom. I recommend the deep shelves be on the bottom, as shown in the picture.

This piece is made with the quality you would expect from Le Creuset.

I have two stands/shelves for my Le Crueset dutch ovens which are the back bone of my cookware. This stand does not hold any of my ovens over 5 quarts. The other stand holds my 9, 6 and 5 quart dutch ovens and this one holds ovens that range between 2-5 quarts. It's solid, attractive and does look great with the small-medium cookware, but will not fit the larger sizes. Because we live in an earthquake area, the sturdiness is really important -heavy dutch ovens seem very safe on these shelves!

The support columns are some sort of black painted metal, not cast iron.

The support columns are held together by plastic components and headless bolts.

After assembling the stand, I lifted it up by holding onto the middle shelf, and what do you know, the columns lifted right off their plastic holders.

I am very disappointed in Le Creuset for selling this rickety thing. I love Le Creuset cookware and bakeware. I had no idea that they would dare to make such a shoddy structure and then sell it at a list price of over $400.

Included in the package is a plastic "wire-tie-esque" anchor for anchoring the shelf to a wall. But there's no screw for that included so you better have your own screw.

The cast iron shelves have some extra iron tips at the 90 degree corners, as if to say "This used to be a really sturdy shelf structure until we decided to cheapen it out and use sheet metal and plastic columns, but hey--we've already spent the money on the shelf molds that have these little tips for the old cast iron column support structure, so let's just keep making the shelves the same old way."

The cast iron shelves have a lip on the bottom. To prevent damage to your floor, you would want to install the bottom shelf upside down (i.e., turn the "Le Cruset" brand name to the floor).

Pay attention to the measurements. The shelves may be smaller and divider columns may be shorter than you would think.

I returned this item because in the product description, there was no mention of the plastic and non-cast-iron columns that are critical to the support structure. I wish I had read Paulina's review in more detail before I purchased this item in the first place.

I guess if you have smaller pots, this would be fine; however, I think most of us have larger pots in our kitchen, and the shelves are not large enough, especially for ovals. we still put our french oven oval on it, but it does stick out. I guess it's good that this is designed for a corner, so it is out of the way. It's stable and relies on it being in the corner, but it is not that stable away from the corner.

Chesterfield Medicine Cabinet

Reasonable quality (some marks on glass I couldn't get out), arrived just fine. A bit of a pain to assemble. Parts were labeled well, but diagram could have been clearer (too easy for novice like me to get a shelf upside down!). But I'd definitely buy it again at the price.

This is a great little cabinet, sturdier than I thought it would be and really nice looking.

The color of the one we received is MUCH different than the online photos. It's listed as "espresso", which can mean different colors to different companies. In this case "espresso" is nearly black, not the cherry-like color in the photos.

We're using this cabinet as a spice cabinet in our kitchen, and it works for us since we have ebony-type accents.

It's a really nice piece; it just doesn't look like the photo.

Maybe I am old fashioned but I like instruction to be in english with pictures rather than just pictures. It helps to ID front/back etc. each panel does have a letter to correspond to picture but didnt even explain what gets the glue (assumed wooden towel rods). It wobbles and doesnt close well. My mistake that I thought this had a lock, cant fault them for that. If I had my choice I would not have bought this.

It's a well made clean design that I'm using it in the kitchen. The only problem is the door hings are only in one side so it only opens from left to right and so you can't change it. I'm using it upside down so it works for me.
