Component DVD Shelf Wall Mountable w/cable management for TV Mount

We decided to buy two of these shelves & mount them one on top of each other. It turned out better than I would have thought. The shelves seem extremely sturdy and well made. They are a gorgeous black glass & the back part has plenty of space to hide all wires. Would recommend this product to anyone at all. They shipped quickly too & were not too pricey!

Very nice looking glass shelves. I had no trouble assembling and mounting it myself. Although, getting it perfectly level is almost impossible, I did get it very close. The cable management is fair. There's a trick to it though. Run as many of your wires as you can before you attach it to the wall. Otherwise, the hole at the top isn't big enough after an HDMI or two. This can also reduce the risk of fraying your wires because parts of the back plate aren't smoothed very well.

The weight specifications in the description are not he same as what is printed on the box. The box says 75 lbs., if I recall correctly. It doesn't really matter which is correct (although I'm inclined to believe the box). It's unlikely that you have any heavy equipment that will fit.

From the description: "? Any Other Audio Video Component." While this is technically correct, it's also meaningless. Yes an amplifier/receiver will fit on one of the shelves but that's it. There isn't enough room to connect A/V cables or speaker wire, with or without banana plugs. The shelves would need to be at least another three inches deeper to be suitable for a receiver. Regardless, I din't buy it for my receiver and neither should anyone else. It's fine for just about any other equipment I can think.

I have a Wii and Wiimote induction charger on the top shelf. Middle is for the Blu-ray player. The bottom shelf has my wireless keyboard and a line conditioner.

All in all, I like it. The fact that I couldn't get it perfectly level is the only thing that really bothered.

This shelf is very sytlish and looks beautiful on our wall below my tv mount. The black finish on the columns is a polished finished and blends in with my black tv. The glass shelves are very heavy duty. The glass seems thicker and heavier than other models I have seen but cannot be sure. The cable management column is a little tight for many cables I have behind it , but I prefer the slim profile which offers better aesthetics. Overall great value and functionality from this shelf. I would buy again.

The quality for the price is unbeatable. However, if you only have simple components, DVD, Wii, Cable box, this shelf unit is over kill. We ended up keeping the shelf unit even after seeing how large it was. The shipping to send it back would have been outragous, it is so heavy. Would have given 5 stars but the assembly was really awkward not hard but the weight of the shelves kept moving the pieces which made it hard to fasten together.

This desk came earlier than expected, but came with damages: corner of desk was smashed and there were scratches and dents on the legs. The table was easy to put together with clear instructions (although a little confusing if you look at the diagrams). It is very sturdy. It's a good enough size for a college student trying to save space. The two shelves doesn't offer much space, but it's manageable if you don't have a lot of things. Overall, it's a good product, just the shipping caused some damages on the desk, but the desk is still very functional.

I bought this last week to use in my living room as a media center. I couldn't be happier with it. I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. You will need a screwdriver and they provide everything else! You do noty need a power drill, if so, then you need to enlist the help of someone smarter than you. The holes are pre-drilled and the right size for all the screws. If it doesn't fit, you are probably putting it in the wrong hole. Just take your time and read the instructions. Tighten the screws properly and it will not wobble. You get a quality product for a low price.

Was shopping for a no-frills, easy to assemble desk, and this one had decent reviews and a good price. The good reviews are well earned. This is a nice solid piece of furniture and I had it put together in less than 30 minutes.

I'll be brief.

Pros.

* At first touch/sight, the particle board looks like solid wood.

* It was the only thing I could find for the price to hold my 73" DLP TV.

* Seems Durable

* Easy to assemble.

* It's a nice good height and holds most of my equipment (receiver, cable box, two game systems, and some baskets with accessories).

* My wife, who has expensive tastes, isn't appalled.

Cons.

* Particle Board

* When I wiped it down, for the first time, some of the stain came off onto the rag.

* It arrived in two shipments (three boxes) 3 days apart.

* The large center piece delivered by fedex ground, arrived opened, (basically the top box was not attached to the rest of it) thankfully nothing was damaged.

* The dimensions of the shelves are only 19" x 19" (give or take a half inch).

* The three pieces do not connect to one another.

* The shelves are not adjustable.

I'm happy with the purchase. It looks good in my media room.

Color is nice and rich (quite dark), construction is strong enough for my 65" Plasma with no worries. The feet are very narrow and the side panels are as well, but it's been just fine. I put my Onkyo receiver (TX-NR818, which is taller than average by at least an inch) into a middle bay and it just barely fits with a pinkie width of space above it for air circulation, so not a lot of room. But I've had no issues with heat so far. The shelves are fixed height, but they are also removable. If you needed to adjust them you could drill new holes for the pins holding the shelves up, but that would be a pain to do. I would recommend doing that before construction if you can. The only issue I've had with the units is the smell of the finish/stain (I guess that's what it is). It is a very strong smell and has remained that way, getting slightly better over two months but still strong enough to bother my wife. I don't notice it too much anymore, however. If you put this in a small room without good ventilation it could really bother you. On the plus side, it does really look more expensive than it is. Nice clean look to the design. I would buy it again.

This is a terrific looking stand -easy to assemble with well illustrated instructions. The only drawback, which isn't a reflection on the final product, the shipper, Fedex, did all they could to destroy the boxes and packaging. It was only luck that the product wasn't damaged.
