Poundex 5-Tier Leaning Wall Shelf, Cappuccino
Set up was a snap, all you need is a phillips-head screwdriver. I'm not what you would call handy, but I put the first one together in about 40 minutes, and the second in 15.
Overall, I'm happy with the shelves. The only problem I have is that one of the shelves wobbles and there's no way to possibly adjust anything to fix it, as the last step of set up is running a wood screw through dowels. This last step does not allow for any adjustments once completed.Similar items on the market are a sturdier, wider, have thicker side rails and larger shelves. However, those items also begin at twice the price of this one. It was easy to put together and comes with everthing you need, including the wood glue for the dowels. It is very functional for my purposes. I'm using it in my living room for decorative accents, a few books, and framed pictures. Not sure how it would stand up if used strictly for books. (If planning to use in an office or library mainly for books, definitely choose one of the more expensive models. Crate and Barrel and Value City Furniture have affordable options if you are looking for something that needs to hold a great deal of weight.) But if looking for a stylish piece to add some decorative elements to any room, save yourself some money and get this one. This is a nice choice at a good price.

This one is a keeper. The color is really elegant with a shiny gloss finish to it. Very easy to put together and for the price of $38, cannot beat it!!! This can easily sell for $150Read Best Reviews of Poundex 5-Tier Leaning Wall Shelf, Cappuccino Here
I saw a shelf exactly like this in Pier 1 for almost $200. I was thrilled to find this one at a great price. It was very easy to put together. I do not think I would overload it, but it holds plenty of photos, vases, candles, plants, etc. The color is a nice dark espresso (not sure capuccino is the right description). It was a perfect addition to a bare wall. I will be getting another one for my home office. Excellent!Want Poundex 5-Tier Leaning Wall Shelf, Cappuccino Discount?
When the package arrived at my house, I could tell by the smell that we were going to have a problem before I brought it in the house. Luckily I did, b/c when I opened it outside, the box was full of stink bugs. Mostly squished stink bugs. They were between the box and the packaging so it did not damage the shelf.
It was fairly easy to put the shelf together. It probably took me an hour by myself.
I have 2 complaints with the shelf. The first one is that the 2nd and 3rd shelves from the bottom always come loose and slant. I look at it and wonder if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but I can easily move them with my hand. I have tightened the screws repeatedly and it always happens again. The other complaint is that the very top of the ladder is not smooth wood. You won't see this unless you are very tall, but when I clean the shelf, my rag gets caught on the rough wood.
I suggest a higher quality shelf or one that doesn't lean but is more triangular shaped so there is added support and the shelves are screwed in 2 places rather than 1.

Spice Rack Storage/Organizer- Organizes 12 spice jars
After four years, the tape strips began to dry out and they started falling down. Still, not bad for 4 years of daily use! I looked for new spice racks and then decided that I still like these the best so purchased some double-sided tape and stuck them back up again.
One reviewer wondered if they will stretch out -They will. A larger bottle can be forced onto the clip and the clip will adjust to fit it. You just have to put the same spice bottle back onto the same clip and it's not a problem. I did notice that, in the 2 weeks it took me to get around to getting the tape to stick them back up with (while they weren't being used) that the clips that were stretched reverted back to their original size.
One reviewer said that you need to heat the glue tape. Mine didn't require that. They come with foam strips that are coated with glue on each side. You just pull the protective paper off and stick them up. (I attached them to the side of a formica covered shelf.) As I mentioned, mine stayed up for 4 years. For those that don't want to use the permanent adhesive that comes with the clips, or bother with screws, buy some 3M Command strips. I've found them to hold well, and they are easy to remove without damaging most surfaces. Just check the weight limit to make sure the strips you use can support several spice jars. Two or three strips per row should be enough.
After reading that the arms are prone to breaking off, I think I will affix each clip individually, so I can just replace any broken clip without taking down the entire row.

I bought these a few years back. Put them from top to bottom of one of my cabinet doors. Worked great till the little "arms" started breaking off or weakening enough to lose the spice bottle. Now I have about 1/3 of them stuck to my door with no "arms" and I'm still trying to figure out how to remove them without ruining the wood.Read Best Reviews of Spice Rack Storage/Organizer- Organizes 12 spice jars Here
These are the perfect solution for easy access to spices without having them on the countertop or backsplash where grease and dust can accumulate on them. **But** be very careful when installing the clips the adhesive is SO strong that once applied, the clip set absolutely cannot be moved without destroying the adhesive and leaving quite a mess on the door.I have a new Kraftmaid 12 inch cabinet next to the stove. I installed six strips on the inside of the cobinet door. They now hold 24 spice bottles of various sizes and shapes. Each strip of clips fits precisely within the cabinet door opening, but there's no room for error. Wider cabinets can accommodate additional clips, since each strip of clips is scored so that one or more may be removed from a strip to be used along side of another strip or singly.
Before installing them, be sure your shelves are in their final, optimal position within the cabinet because moving a shelf once the clips are installed may leave you with the now immovable clips in the wrong place. Before removing the adhesive's backing, determine which bottles will be on which strips because the strips must be placed so that bottle's tops, bottoms and sides clear both the shelves and the cabinet's fascia when the door is closed.
The clips work much better with light weight plastic bottles heavier glass bottles tend to slip out of the clips due to their weight. But I have been able to use some glass bottles by wrapping several rubber bands tightly around them just above where the clips hold them. The instructions suggest using plastic bottles with a maximum diameter of no greater than 1 ¾ inches, and between 2 and 4 inches in length.
I've ordered additional clips because I now see how many other uses around the home, boat and RV they can have. I'm considering using separated clips vertically in a parallel fashion to hold fishing rods. I'm also considering using them to hold light cleaning tools, small spray bottles and prescription bottles. I may even start saving empty spice jars to use with the clips to store small nails and such in the garage.

When I first got these I loved them. They saved so much room and allowed me to be so much more organized. However they are made of a rather thin plastic and after a while the arms tend to break off and you are left with lots of broken spaces with nowhere to store your spices again. Once again I'm searching for a great spice organizing solution. All in all I would not recommend these due to the lack of long term durability.Wednesday, April 23, 2014
Lynk Professional 430021 Roll-Out Lid/Tray Organizer 7-by-21-by-9-Inches, Chrome
Pros:
This unit was very easy to install and I am not the "do it yourself" type. Comes with clear and simple instructions. Instructions include words and visuals. All you need is a Philips screwdriver and a drill with a Phillips screwdriver bit. First you attach the pot lid holder loops to the top/sliding base. These are simple finger nuts that you tighten with the provided tool. Next you use the easy placement guide to find the correcting mounting placement for your base. This is a cardboard piece that folds over the lip of your shelf and assures that once mounted and put together, your cabinet drawers will close. You then use your drill with a Phillips screwdriver bit and attach it to the bottom of your shelf using the four provided wood screws. Finally you attach the top sliding part with 4 screw and a hand Phillips screwdriver. It is recommended that you don't use your power screwdriver or drill for this step. Don't worry. This is easy to do with a hand screwdriver. My 8 year old even helped. That's it. You are done! Took me about 30 minutes to install and that included emptying out the cabinet first.
Nice, heavy duty ball baring slides. Movement is smooth and easy, even with it fully loaded with my cast iron pot lids.
Whole thing is well made and heavy duty. Nice looking chrome. Put together it is solid and sturdy. Very glad I purchased this instead of a cheaper wire one. This will not bend or brake with my heavy cast iron pot lids.
Curved handle at the front of the rack makes it easy to pull out and push back into your cabinet.
Cons:
Yes, it does not extend fully like other models. It extends out about 3/4 of the way. Still works for my us, but this might be a deal breaker to some.
If you have a repositionable/removable shelf and you want to mount this unit to it, you will need to buy an L bracket or two and attach the shelf to the back wall/cabinet. Again an easy fix, but if you don't do this little extra step, when you pull out the organizer the weight shifts on your shelf and the back of the shelf comes up, tilting the whole shelf forward.
This unit claims it hold up to 18 lids. I guess it is possible if they are smaller lids, fully loaded mine is able to hold 3 large lids, 4 medium lids, and 2 small lids, for a total of 9 lids. All of my lids have handles including about half having loop handles as opposed to knob handles.
Claims you should have 2 inches of clearance on each side of the tray when the rack is placed on the top. Because my lids have loop handle, I have several larger lids, and because of the inside mounting hardware of my cabinet doors, I found it was best to place it about 4 inches from the inside wall. The correct placement of your organizer will depend what you are going to store on it and the mounting hardware of your cabinet doors.I always dreaded digging around for the right size pan/pot lid. Even with an inexpensive wire organizer, I hated trying to pull out my lid without upsetting the other lids. We recently added several good-quality pull out organizers (Lynx and Rev-a-Shelf) that have changed a semi-functional kitchen into a space and patience saver. This lid organizer glide rights out, and holds six big glass Calphalon lids without trouble. Although the Lynx organizers are more expensive, there is a substantial quality difference between them and the cheaper stuff. You'll recognize the difference the first time you use it.

Lynk Professional is one of the few products worthy of the description. It looks and feels like a piece of furniture; no wobbling, no sticking. I'm only somewhat handy, but this was easy to install with the clear, foolproof instructions (visuals and words), individually packaged pieces and tools, and included guide for placement. The only additional tool I needed was a cordless drill for the starter holes.Important Note: You'll need 2" of clearance on both sides of the drawer. I have the space but didn't notice if it was in the description here.
These folks have done DIY right. I won't buy any other brand for this type of need. I purchased this and the under-sink drawer, which is equally terrific.I used to keep all my lids on the kitchen counter...this roll-out organizer allowed me to store them out of sight and keep my kitchen neat. I have a fairly small kitchen so making the most out of every inch and good organization are key to keep it functional and looking good.
This is a very sturdy product, super easy to install and I absolutely love it!

I wanted to organize my kitchen cabinets. Make my life easier.Installation was a breeze.
One weld away from perfection. I loaded all my pot lids; three in all. Tried to push lid organizer back into the cabinet and it would not budge. Being the patient character that I am I tried again. No way. After checking to see what was the matter I saw that one of the welds on the cross pieces had not held and was jamming the mechanism.
I got free shipping on this item (whatever that means) so I wasn't going to send it back so I fixed it myself. As long as no more welds break I will love this product for years to come.

I wasn't a big fan of the price of this product but I have been on the hunt for a satin/brushed nickel look since that is what my faucet and the rest of my bathroom has.Overall I'm quite satisfied. It has created a nice storage area for me and fills the space with clean lines rather than some cheapy looking bracket.

It could be a bit sturdier for the price, but compared to higher end train racks I looked at, this one was a steal. It was easy to install with 2 people and a basic drill. My bathroom now has a bit more storage, which is amazing in an old house, and looks complete!Friday, November 15, 2013

Excellent product. I especially liked that no tools are required to assemble these shelves.Read Best Reviews of Whitmor 6175-861 Stackable Closet Shelves, Chrome Here
These are exactly what I needed to use as shoe racks. They are incredibly sturdy, were really easy to put together, and never wobble. I bought three pairs and was able to stack them in two stacks of three in two closets for lots of shoes, and only the longest coat drags on them a little. I can't think of a negative thing to say. They are much better than any other system I've ever used for organizing shoes. I will be buying more to organize other things in one more closet.Want Whitmor 6175-861 Stackable Closet Shelves, Chrome Discount?
I used these in the upper shelves of two closets and they really gave me lots of added space which would have been wasted. They are very easy to assemble, sturdy, and nice looking in the closets.
In a bedroom closet they are holding folded sweatshirts that previously were falling all over.
In an entry closet they are holding throws, umbrellas, hats, and decorative flags in a very organized fashion.
I am super happy with this purchase!
