Master Craft Scarf Hangup - Scarf Organizer, Eggshell Blue

I love this scarf hanger! I was really in need of some way to organize my scarves, and I looked at several different options, but I think I chose the right one. I really like that each loop snaps open and closed so it's very easy to get the scarves in and out (as opposed to some of the hangers with the holes you have to pull them through). And in case you can't tell from the description, there are 7 loops on each side for a total of 14. So far, I only have one scarf per loop, but you could probably fit two in most cases if needed.

I have mine hung on a hook in my closet, which I like because it's not taking up space on the rack. But you could put it there, too, if you prefer. The only problem I've had is that some of the scarves in the bottom loops drag the floor, but I think I'll just put a hook higher in the closet.

This is the perfect scarf organizer truly love it. Thinking about buying them for my women friends for xmas too. This belongs on QVC, not that I ever shop there, but I think it would sell BIG!@

Works great for decorative/thinner scarfs. As other people have commented it doesn't handle thicker or really long scarves as well. I worked around that by wrapping one scarf around and using two spots, but then you can't hang as many.

This is a great organizing tool, and a nice addition to a scarf-collector's closet. The only complaint I have with it is the loops are rather small, and some of my larger and/or thicker scarves have to be kind of scrunched up to fit. It would definitely be improved by having at least a few larger loops. Outside of that, I love that I can see ALL my scarves and easily access them. The construction is quite good, and the color is nice. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase.

I have about 30 scarves which I needed to organize. However, the snaps that hold each loop you put a scarf will not hold a scarf that is thick or heavy, winter scarves,it pops open. I had enough others to fill it however, I would not order another one. Thinking of trying the hanger ones with the holes.

I had to return item for credit. The item is no where close to the size specifications shown in the description when ordered. Possibly an oversight but missleading none-the-less.

These are nice coat hooks, but they were MUCH SMALLER than we had expected. This was our fault; we should have read the description more thoroughly. Nice hooks if you need something pretty small I don't think these would work well for adult-sized coats without dropping them.

I love this hanging/drying rack! I have it in my laundry room which is fairly good sized but narrow. My pantry and extra storage cabinets are in my laudry room so there is a lot of activity in there especially during holidays and get togethers. I have it mounted on the studs in the wall and even though the brackets are plastic, with the hanging bar acrossed it, it will hold SEVERAL pairs of wet jeans with no problem. It is also great just for hanging clothes from the dryer. The best part is when I don't want it out, I take off the rod and the brackets fold down nicely to the wall so I have all the walk way clear in the laundry room. I used to have a rolling hang rack and had to roll it in and out when I wanted the extra room in my laundry room no more! I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone!

I don't have much wall space in my laundry room, so this system is PERFECT for my needs. I really like the option of being able to use one hanger, two hangers, or utilize the rod for more items. It's sturdy enough to hang heavier clothing like jeans or jackets if installed properly. I LOVE being able to fold the whole system up and out of the way when I'm not using it...the white covers against my white walls make it almost invisible! Great system at an incredible price for the versatility!

Works well but I wish the bar didn't have to be removed for the system to close. Also, the picture shows a white bar but the bar I received is chrome. I works well but make sure it is mounted into studs!! It is adjustable in length so you can hit studs on both ends. I bought this for my Laundry room and am very happy I did!

Product was basically what I expected but one issue is: the smallest the bar "telescopes" to is 36". Recommended installation is for brackets to be mounted to studs. Studs are standard 16" apart, so the smallest wall space to accommodate this is 48". That's a lot of wall. They do include some sheetrock screws but only recommend them for 1/2" sheetrock. Not sure what I have in my home, but I took a chance and mounted one side to studs and other to sheetrock. Rod needs to be able to be closed to 32" in my opinion.

I LOVE this hanging system. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it cannot be closed while the bar is in place; if I could have given 4 1/2 stars, I would have. If it were designed to lay flush against the wall when not in use, that would make it perfect. So, I'll call it a "Mary Poppins" hanging system: "Practically perfect in every way." I love that the sides fold flat and leave the wall "clean" looking when I'm not using it, even though I have to take the bar off to get that look. I'm also thrilled I can use one side, both sides, or both sides WITH the bar depending on the amount of laundry I'm hanging. I thought I might need the bar all the time, but one load of clothes fits fine on 1-2 sides w/out the bar. Only when hanging a LOT do I NEED the bar up. It's great to have that option, but looks better without it and is still a very functional system without the bar in place. We hung it by screwing into the studs in the wall, so it's VERY strong. It was easy to hang, it's easy to use, and made my laundry room a much more functional area.

My storage closet has permanent wire shelves but they are too far apart; this wastes a LOT of space. None of the other stacking wire shelves work, since there is no way to stand them up on wires. These baskets solved the problem by hanging DOWN from each shelf rather than trying to stack things ABOVE a shelf. I got several of them and transformed (doubled) my closet space in about 5 minutes. Wow, that was worth the money! Otherwise I was going to rip out existing shelves and spend a bundle and make a mess.

It folds for travel, is affordable, and best of all, actually raises your laptop up to a decent height of 9 inches off the table. The $35 versions I've seen in stores give you like 4 inches of rise. That won't help much unless your under 5 feet tall. I love it!

This is a great way to take advantage of storage space. It's not too big and fit just perfectly in the back for glasses.

Nice looking stand, but it's a bit wobbly. I use it for my laptop, but not sure I would trust it with a stack of heavy dishes. I'm sure it could be stabilized in some way. I like that it has handles and the legs fold in.

I ordered 5 of these racks and although they seemed awfully "rickety" after snapping them together we placed them into our kitchen cabinet and proceeded to put some stuff on the shelves. After only two bags of powdered sugar the whole thing collapsed! I took a photo and had hope to upload it for nothing other than the humor value but I don't see an option to upload a photo. In any case please save your money and the hassle, if you are planning to stack these things buy something much more stable. I can't even recommend one of them because the way the side supports attach to the base there is no way it can hold much weight. Very poor design.

I ordered these shelves because I have a very narrow pantry and they fit perfectly inside the pantry as stacking shelves. However, they start to sag in the middle if you put very much weight on them. They are a great organization tool, but not for a pantry. Just not stury enough.

New Set of 2 Ikea Gorm Shelving Units Soft Wood , Multi-use

I have the 3-section version of Gorm, which uses 2 single-section shelf units joined by another set of shelf pieces in between. In this configuration, there are 48 screws. Of the 48, four split the wood of the shelf pieces. I used these for my son's toys, which are not heavy, so I accepted this flaw, but I would not load up these shelves with anything heavier.

Holes are pre-drilled, but they're not precisely located in the place that they should be. I wonder if this contributed to the splitting problem.

Assembly by one person is tricky, especially in the 3-section version. The one-section version, as seen in this product offering, would be easy enough.

I would also say that these shelves definitely need front-to-back stabilization, and there is none provided. The included "x"-braces in the back are for lateral stabilization and are called Observator (five dollars for each "x" at i k e a). I'll be buying 2 extra sets of these and fastening them to each side.

I don't recommend these shelves. There are cheaper steel or metal shelves at your local big-box hardware/home store. You won't get the same square-footage of storage per dollar, but you won't face the problems with splitting of wood.

I've had chrome NSF shelving for years now. One of the great things I like about it is the ability to take it with you when you move. Further, NSF shelving is overbuilt because it is made for heavy industrial use. My recent addition is for a food storage closet (pantry).

1. Shelving alignment: Sometimes, when I have purchased NSF shelving, one of the shelves can be off a bit, creating a real problem trying to get the shelves to line up with the posts. There was no alignment issues. 5 Stars.

2. Chrome Finish: The chrome was not perfect, and clearly there were some small areas that didn't have any chrome. 3 stars.

3. Quality: It appears that some of the metal wires were cut short, and the welds to the post holes had to be extended. This makes the shelves less strong and I would consider these factory 2nds. However, because I am using these for home use, I am never going to be putting the same demands on them as they would have been built for. 3 stars.

4. Shipping: The items arrived on time and in good condition. 5 stars

Even though I rated these as overall 4 stars, they are still an excellent value to any home owner looking for sturdy shelving for food storage, especially for heavy canned goods.
