The item arrived packaged to withstand trips around the world. Putting it together took some time as it was done by one person...me. All parts and pieces were present and the directions were well written for a non cabinet maker. The finish is great and I love the color. The storage space is WONDERFUL. If necessary, I would purchase another.

A great unit that looks wonderful.. But the instructions could use some work to say the least. While it all turned out fine, it took a long time to figure out the picture based diagrams. With next to no written instructions, the pictures should have been divided into sub steps to give the builder a better idea of which pieces went where. We were guesssing what the images meant. It often meant noticing tiny changes in how pieces were pictured to gather which things wnet where.

See my review for the Tuxedo TV stand. Searched a long time for an entertainment center. Went with the Tuxedo line for TV stand and tall slim bookcases. Arrived quickly and packaging was first class. Reinforced cardboard box around all edges. Assembly is easy and a one person job. I've only drilled one hole in rear for speaker wire management. I have my speakers on the middle shelf. You can get all dimensions from Nexera's website. Oh, and did I mention made in Canada?

The shelf itself is fiberboard, but the outside surface is nice and the color was what I expected from the images online. For the price, the shelf is sufficient. However, the bracket/hanging system is horrid and the instructions are not much better.

The instructions mentioned a 9/32 drill for the holes in the wall. However, the anchors provided were much bigger. I needed a 3/8 drill to make the appropriate holes. The anchors were sturdy enough. I marked out the hole locations after leveling the anchor, then drilled and installed the anchors. One quibble is that some of the holes on the anchors are too close to the protruding hangars, making it too tight a fit to use a drill with a screwdriver bit. I had to do those by hand. The screws were also brass, so it is very easy to strip the heads if you are not careful.

I checked the anchors for level, then put the shelf on. There is FAR too much clearance between the shelf and the anchors, so the shelf wobbles all over the place and does not end up level when you put something on it. I had thought that the two screws through the bottom would stabilize the shelf, but all they do is prevent the shelf from being pulled off the wall.

According to the instructions, the shelf is also designed to tilt back towards the wall slightly to prevent a heavy object from sliding off. I didn't intend to challenge the load limit for this shelf, so now it looks like I have shelves that tilt back as well as to the side.

I'm not sure what to do. Since I don't want to risk ripping up the wall to try another brand, I'm kind of stuck. I might make some sleeves from some wooden dowels and see if that provides the necessary stability (and maintains the levelness that I spent the time getting when I hung the brackets in the first place).

If you haven't purchased these yet, don't.

It was exactly what we needed. A shelf that looked clean and sleek. Putting it up was fairly simple. After hanging the shelf it still seemed loose. I tightened it as best I could bt it was still loose on the brackets. It made it seem unlevel when things are put on it. It is not a noiticable centerpiece so it will work fine for now.

I had a hard time finding a small floating shelf (18")and this one fit the bill. Quality is ok, one shelf seems slightly twisted but not really noticeable once they were up and loaded. I have 2 and they look good in a tight space.

Chesterfield Medicine Cabinet

Reasonable quality (some marks on glass I couldn't get out), arrived just fine. A bit of a pain to assemble. Parts were labeled well, but diagram could have been clearer (too easy for novice like me to get a shelf upside down!). But I'd definitely buy it again at the price.

It was a bit difficult to assemble, but excellent quality and just right as it was advertised.

This is a great little cabinet, sturdier than I thought it would be and really nice looking.

The color of the one we received is MUCH different than the online photos. It's listed as "espresso", which can mean different colors to different companies. In this case "espresso" is nearly black, not the cherry-like color in the photos.

We're using this cabinet as a spice cabinet in our kitchen, and it works for us since we have ebony-type accents.

It's a really nice piece; it just doesn't look like the photo.

Maybe I am old fashioned but I like instruction to be in english with pictures rather than just pictures. It helps to ID front/back etc. each panel does have a letter to correspond to picture but didnt even explain what gets the glue (assumed wooden towel rods). It wobbles and doesnt close well. My mistake that I thought this had a lock, cant fault them for that. If I had my choice I would not have bought this.

It's a well made clean design that I'm using it in the kitchen. The only problem is the door hings are only in one side so it only opens from left to right and so you can't change it. I'm using it upside down so it works for me.

Vantage Light Dragonwood Storage Cabinet Light Dragonwood

This cabinet is just what I hoped it would begood looking without being a show-off, it fits in the corner of my living room/office behind my desk and provides discrete storage for notebooks, office supplies. I can keep the desk surface uncluttered and have all I need nearby and easily accessible. The adjustable shelves and drawer all work well. The frosted glass door creates an open feeling without showing the details on all the notebooks stashed inside.

It took 2 of us 90 minutes to put it togetherthe diagrams were quite clear, all the pieces were there, it only required simple tools.

My cabinet looks darker than the one pictured, more brown than golden, but my furniture is varied, so it fits fine with the things I have.

For the price, it looks good and as long as we don't have to move it much, I expect it will hold up quite well.

Glass Shelf with Rail - Satin Nickel

This replaced a caddy that was on the shower head. I especially liked the fact it had the metal piece that keeps things from sliding off the shelf. The shelf had to be installed right above where the tile is in the shower so it's a little bit of a reach for me (I'm 5'6"), so without the metal barrier, it would be easy to accidentally push something off. Attractive, seemed easy for my husband to install, good size. No complaints.

I just bought and received this item.. First it was priced reasonable and I was afraid it would be poorly constructed. I could not have been more wrong. It is one item that looks as though I would have easily have paid twice the amount for it. It is a wonderful addition to my small kitchen or anyone elses, for that matter. It also arrived one day before scheduled. I wish I had space for two of them!

Very well made. Easy to hang. The only problem is that I requested black and recieved chrome. But looks great anyway.
