This has been the most miserable thing to install. We have 8 foot ceilings in our bathroom. The packaging states that it works for up to 8 foot 1 inch. We can not get it to tension to stay up at all. We finally got it installed, though not the way it is intended to be installed. We used command hooks to hold up the top compartment that is currently keeping it steady up. We also went and got gripper feet for the bottom hoping it would help, which didn't because we still could not get enough tension to hold it in place.

We have had and used other over the toilet shelves before. This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen. Don't waste your money on it. I have a feeling it will be headed to the trash sooner than later.

I have a very small and compact bathroom that's as wide as my bathtub and about two feet longer than the tub's length. When I replaced my toilet last fall, the old, metal shelving unit I had no longer fit.

This cabinet was the only thing I could find that would fit the space. It's light-weight and assembly was relatively simple. It doesn't have as much capacity as my old unit did and because it's plastic, I'm hesitant to place too much stuff on the shelves. Still, it mostly serves its intended purpose and if space is at a premium, it's a decent purchase.

For ~$50, I'd say this is a decent purchase. It is compact, lightweight, and serves to do its purpose: store stuff. Quick installation, too.

Be that as it may, there are downsides: the piping is weak and can bend easily (so be careful while trying to get it snug with the T-fittings), the racks are equally weak and will not support more than a handful of pounds before noticeably bending. Also, since you cannot put that much weight on it, the closet tends to shift around while being accessed. I am not using carpet here, so I'm sure the traction will help.

The black cover has the consistency of a rough paper towel, and there are little strings at the bottom (to tie it down) that can tear easily.

Clothes are hung on a beam that has hooks on each end -this is to be used as a cross-section at the top-left of the structure. Might need to hammer the ends down, otherwise it can shift towards/away from you while handling clothes. The beam itself is the same piping, but it's short enough so that putting weight with hangers won't bend it too easily. I don't have winter coats, so you might need to reconsider if you have lots of heavy clothing.

Bottom line: If you're a dorm student or a low-wage earner doing the grind and don't have a closet in your living space, then I'd say this is an adequate product.

I don't have too much to say about this closet, but I just wanted to mention to those who had trouble with leaning, you really need to assemble it using a rubber mallet. It's almost impossible to get those bars in tight without one. If you don't have one & don't want to buy one, I wouldn't purchase this model. I've had mine for a month and have had no problems so far. It's pretty loaded up with clothes too. I would recommend to anyone who needs the extra space (& has a rubber mallet)

I ordered this item and received it 3 days ago. I am currently in Afghanistan and I needed something to organize my clothes. The wardrobe went together quite easily and took me no longer than 45 minutes to assemble it. Although I wouldn't store anything extremely heavy in it (i.e. my interceptor vest) it is working great for my clothes and other personal items. It doesn't take up too much room in my small area and all zippers are functioning so far.

It was extremely easy to assemble, and I've had it now for a few months. It is doing a good job. I modified it just a little bit by putting card on the wire racks, makes my clothes lay easier. I don't put anything really heavy in it as I'm afraid it won't stand up if I do. My only peeve is that it is starting to lean on the side where I hang my clothes, it kind of looks a little like it will fall, but it hasn't. Other than that it is ok.

Purcased these for under the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry sinks. They hold about as much as the same space without the organizer, but now it is organized and the rollout makes stuff easy to access. Installation could not be easier, and the unit is built to last. Just make sure that it is not blocked by the plumbing, garbage disposal, etc. I could not use one of the units intended for the kitchen because of the plumbing (if only the hot water pipe was an inch to the right...). So I intend to use it in my office in the supply cabinet.

I will purchase another Lynk product; the product as advertised was quality made and came with good directions for installation

i like the fact that it takes up very little space, it feels pretty study but has a weight capacity of 13lbs or something like that. i put the PS3 on it and it works and looks great. only thing i could really complain about is the wire management thing wont stay in place.

Shelf is absolutely great, only reason why it didn't get 5 stars was because with the "easy assembly" the bottom shelf's pegs didn't line up with the holes and I couldn't get the shelf to be flat. After a bit of finagling, pulling, and pushing, I finally got it assembled (maybe 10 minutes). Probably doesn't happen with every piece though, and eh, it's bamboo, so don't let that deter you!

The shelf is certainly substantial with redundancy in the construction. The extra material in the construction takes up a lot of room. The workmansip is less than great, pegs and holes for the shelves do not line up properly. Easy to set up and once up looks fairly good.

TV Stand w/ Removable Mount - Dark Brown

I bought this for our new 65" Vizio in the man cave. I know it says 60", I'll get to that...

Assembly was straight forward, plenty of parts. Took around an hour for my husband an I to assemble it. We had planned to use the back stand as we didn't want to hassle with drilling the wall. The holes in the 65" are the same as the 60" and since the new TV was under the weight requirement we thought we'd try it. The back stand is too short we could not get the TV straight on the mount. We then took our 60" off the wall in the living room and decided to trade TV spots, while the 60" would get on the stand it was literally a quarter inch off the glass making the top shelf null and leaving the TV too low to the ground for our taste.

No biggie, we returned the 60" to it's wall and used the mounting supplies included to mount the 65" to the wall. All is well at our home although it is not the way we were hoping it would be.

It is a sturdy and attractive table.

I recently bought the 60" version of this product. I have to say, after reading the glowing reviews about this TV stand on this and other sites, I was rather looking forward to getting a masterpiece of entertainment furniture.

The result wasn't quite up to my expectations.

In all fairness, the first glitch wasn't due to the furniture itself; the box that arrived was fairly trashed, held together with packing tape and with more than a couple holes. I guess this had a rough cross-country transit. Many of the bits of hardware needed for assembly were strewn about inside of the box. Fortunately, after a bit of searching and inventory checking, it seems as if nothing was lost; I had everything I needed to put the stand together, and none of the furniture pieces were damaged.

One plus was the staggering array of screws and bolts that came with this. Not only was there extra of the hardware needed to assemble the stand, but there was pretty much every type of mounting screw and piece you could want, with extras of those too. They appear to have planned for every possible need.

Assembly was reasonably straightforward. The directions were fairly easy to follow, and the assembly parts were all labelled; even the screws were placed in numbered bins for ease in identification. However, that's not to say it went off without a hitch. Some of the screw-holes (especially in the wood) didn't seem to be drilled in straight, ultimately requiring some force in order to get some of the pieces to line up correctly. There's even a part in the instructions that states that some screws that were tightened earlier might have to be loosened temporarily in order to get other pieces to line up; not a good sign. Additionally, one of the screw-holes in the metal was unthreaded; I had to run over to the hardware store and get a metal tap to thread it myself before I could complete the assembly. All told, it took me and a helper four hours to get the thing together.

With the assembly completed, I easily attached the included mounting brackets to the back of my TV, and with a lot of help (it's a 90 pound plasma TV) managed to get it 'hung' onto the mount point on the spine of the stand. Some tightening of screws later and the TV is all ready to go. I definitely like that the mount has both tilt and swivel capability; one of the main reasons why I went with this stand.

Once I had the TV attached, I noticed some 'bowing' of the metal spine. This worries me; from the information I have, the mount on the stand should be able to support well over 100 pounds, and the TV weighs only 90. And yet the spine is bent forward a little bit, like it's having trouble holding up that amount of weight. This slanting also translates to the rest of the stand; looking at the wooden front closely, the top part juts out slightly farther than the bottom. It seems stable enough that I don't anticipate the stand breaking, but I'm still slightly concerned that one day I'll come home to a living room covered in glass fragments.

Overall, I'm pretty underwhelmed by this purchase. I guess I had expected something a little more sturdy and precision-made. But considering how much time and money went into getting it this far, I can't see myself returning it. I will, however, be wary of buying this particular brand again.

I am very satisfied with this TV stand. Assembly was easy and went together in about an hour including mounting the TV. Additionally, unlike many self-assembly products, this came with extra screws/nuts/etc, and also comes with all the hardware for wall-mounting if that's your preferred method. I also like the adjustable mount which swivels in both directions and has an easy method to lock in place. Aside from the front section which is wood, the rest of the stand is metal making it very sturdy. I was unable to find any ratings about what the shelves actually hold but I did put a 65 lb UPS on the top shelf which is thicker than the other two shelves and it's holding up fine. The cable management is ehh, it works pretty well but it's hard to manage a lot of cables. If you want to make it look good in the back you'll definitely need cable ties or something extra, but it does a good job of giving the appearance of a clean look from the front. I also appreciate how the TV mounts do not interfere with the connections on the TV, which I've had trouble with from other mounts.

I'm a heck of a critic but even us critics have to give credit where credit is due. Purchased this item just a day ago & rec'd it today expedited shippg w/o the expedited shippg price! Its pictures while fine simply does this item little justice believe me; its simply beautiful! Elegant w/o the elegant price tag. Not just is this a beautiful piece but it serves its purpose very well not flimsy in any way (as some stands tend to be) very sturdy. Assembly relatively easy. Instructions at first glance appear somewhat intimidating hard to identify specific hardware and smaller illustrations however the company's website provides a downloadable version. This enabled me to follow along just fine. Had a question and was able to reach customer svc immediately another plus! I would highly recommend this product and company (Walker Edison) to anyone looking for great furniture with superb craftsmanship. Fairly new to Amazon but they are now my first choice for any item I am in search of. Prices tend to be the lowest around and I feel confident having Amazon serve as the middleman between me and this great big ol' world of retail. Others should take notes! P.S. .....when I read some of the mixed reviews on this product. I am a single mom and needed something in my kitchen for storage. This item appeared to be just what I needed. I read the reviews and was nervous to spend all that money! BUT, I took the chance and I am glad that I did. It is beautiful! I didn't find it difficult to put together at all. I assembled it in less than an hour with only myself and was watching the Cardinal baseball game in between! It seems very sturdy and serves a storage purpose efficiently. Definitely worth the money!

I was wanting something a little larger than what I got, and like other reviews, my husband was very cranky putting it together (yes, he needed my assistance). However, I needed a "functional" piece of furniture that would look nice in the living room and hide all of my toddler's toys, so it worked perfect in that aspect. I am toying with the idea of ordering another one to help balance the empty space of the living room wall that one doesn't accomplish...and of course to hide the many more toys that my daughter will undoubtedly accumulate over the next few years.

The finished shelf looks great, but was next to impossible to put together! My unit was missing a screw for the back, the middle shelf did not have pre-drilled holes (as the previous reviewer noted), one of the wooden dowels for holding the shelves in place was also missing, and one of the holes on the bottom shelf was not drilled straight, so the screw doesn't fit properly. Be forewarned: this shelf will take a LONG time to put together... the holes for the screws are hidden and close to the wood, which means you can only make one tiny fraction of a turn with the provided allen wrench at a time. It took me almost 2 hours to assemble.

This looks OK but it was really difficult to put together. Requires screwing in back panels into middle shelf which does not have predrilled holes, while holding all the pieces together. Needs 2 people.

I was a bit concern after reading other reviews on getting this shelf, but when it came in, I put it together in less than two hours, on my own. It helps if you have at hand a small hammer and a set of allen keys. The allen key that came with the cabinet did not fit great, my standard key fit better. I was also careful in not to completely tighten the screws until the piece is all set together, and that helped a lot. The final cabinet is sturdy and nicely finished, even the back panel is properly finished. It looks great!

I didn't really know how to rate this pros of it is, it is really nice and very sturdy made with real nice wood and it's really easy to assemble. one thing that really frustrated me was that when bought I was not only looking for a bookshelf but also something to hold my blu ray's one thing I loved about this was it said you can have a shelf space of 6 3/8" which is perfect for them so I could have bought extra shelves to throw on there and it would have been wonderful however the actual shelf space is 5 1/2" so I ended up having to use the whole thing just for my movies. So if you're specifically for a book shelf this is the one! however if you want it for other stuff just remember actual shelf space is 5 1/2". Not to big of a deal though just frustrating how misleading it was, I do like their stuff so I will probably just buy one of their entertainment centers...

Very small but functional to place software cds/dvds & small reference books on it. I purchased with the student desk and had a small area to put it in. It's a great one--two punch.

I got this to add to the desk that matches it. It's a real nice desk. The kids loved putting it together. It was fun and easy. The paint used has strong odor but will go away within a day or 2. This get compliments as well. My only gripe is that the paint can come off if scratched. Come panel were scratched already, but luckily they were in non viewable areas.

Tuxedo 60" Black Slim Bookcase

A great unit that looks wonderful.. But the instructions could use some work to say the least. While it all turned out fine, it took a long time to figure out the picture based diagrams. With next to no written instructions, the pictures should have been divided into sub steps to give the builder a better idea of which pieces went where. We were guesssing what the images meant. It often meant noticing tiny changes in how pieces were pictured to gather which things wnet where.

See my review for the Tuxedo TV stand. Searched a long time for an entertainment center. Went with the Tuxedo line for TV stand and tall slim bookcases. Arrived quickly and packaging was first class. Reinforced cardboard box around all edges. Assembly is easy and a one person job. I've only drilled one hole in rear for speaker wire management. I have my speakers on the middle shelf.
