The main problem with this shelf is that the mounting bracket was not produced properly, it was bent. You can imagine how difficult it is to hang it level on the wall when it doesn't sit flush. Because of this, it did take a few trial and error drills to get things right. Also, because of the poorly manufactured mounting bracket, the shelf kind of tilts back, which isn't a huge problem, but sort of looks silly when viewed from the side.

Other than that, it is a nice looking shelf and one of the few I was able to find that was a good size.

My teenage daughter recently had her room redone from a childhood yellow to a Tiffany Box, grown-up looking blue. We purchased black and white linens for the bed. Since we already had white shelves on the walls, we thought we'd accent those with a third black one. This shelf was perfect. Looks very modern and all grown up!

Product is working very well for storage in my garage however I bought two units, one of which came to me slightly damaged (steel is warped and the holes on one of the corner metal bars do not match up with any other piece (probably due to the warping).

This stand does the job as advertised with few complaints. That being said, I wish it was a little taller. We are currently using this stand for our portable Video Conference system and it works great.

Corner Shelf - Lighted Display Shelving - (White)

This little shelf burns through batteries in several hours. I intended it to be used around the clock as a nightlight and display stand in my child's room...didn't even last the evening.

This is similar to those stick-on closet push lights and I never had much luck with those. If you plan on keeping it lit, you'll spend a bundle on batteries they only lasted for a couple of days. Basically, it's the same as the push light only in the form of a shelf.

Umbra Conceal L-Shaped Floating Bookshelf

My wife saw these "floating" bookshelves, and had to have a set. I bought her a couple different ones, including this one, for around the house. We put it in the kitchen, and it looks great with some of our lighter cookbooks on it. I would want to be a little careful about putting too much weight on it, but it has held up great so far. I'd say we have about 10-15 pounds of books on it.

This is a modern take on book shelf storage. This is unusual in its appearance, I don't think is is any better in terms of practicality but it has a "wow" factor to folks who have never seen it before. A bit pricey but well made and the instructions are clear and overall it's easy even for a klutz like me to assemble.

High quality and fast delivery! The only thing is that it sticks out from the wall a bit more than I anticipated, but it does the trick and looks sleek and definitely makes my book collection more of a decoration than clutter. Very happy with this purchase. I plan to get more once I redo my bedroom.

These are very unique shelves that are reasonably well made. They are a bit expensive, however. But they've held up better than I expected and I've received multiple compliments for them.

I was surprised that it did not hold normal sized books like my school text books, which is what I intendend to use it for. It is for novel sized books. I ended up putting DVD on it, as I dont have many novels. It fine for a DVD holder, but that was not my intent!
