It's a simple 3 level shelf with doors made awesome because it goes with the drawer and cabinet of the same series. It was easy to put together and the shelves can be moved around. I've used mine for almost a year and never had a problem. I own the entire series and am very glad to have bought them, mostly because they go together like legos and hold alot of stuff. They have yet to break down or otherwise disappoint me. Their only con is they can be very difficult to maneuver around once they have stuff on/in them. If they came in black then they would be %100 perfect :)

A really handy cabinet....I can think of many uses for it, both inside & out. Cannot believe how fast I received this! It snapped together quickly and feels really solid. Holds everything I needed it to hold. You can't beat this price-wise with anything on the market today that I have found. I will probably buy more of their items when I have additional storage needs. The nice thing about purchasing through Amazon is being able to find these highly rated items quickly and having more confidence that the sellers are good ones. The customer comments are so useful in making informed decisions.

I have one of the 4 shelf utility cabinets and two of the two shelf base cabinets. I used these to replace open shelving which looked incredibly cluttered at all times. These make for a much cleaner, neater, look!

These seem to be quite sturdy. Assembly was not difficult. No tools needed. These cabinets are more than worth their cost.

I will be going away to college soon and I was looking for some simple but attractive shelving options. These are it! Assembly was VERY easy and it took me less than fifteen minutes to put it together. They seem sturdy as they can hold up to my massive manga and book collections. I plan on ordering more of these. One of the nicest features is that you can choose and build these shelves to fit in the space that you need to fill. They are easy to customize by putting them together to suit your taste. The different color choices are great too! I highly recommend these shelves. They look great, they are easy and fast to put together, they are reasonably priced, they are sturdy, and they help the environment. What more could a person ask for?

I purchased this shelf to be used in my home Montessori preschool. I decided to buy this over a traditional hardwood shelf because it was less expensive and made of recycled material...and looked super easy to put together from the handy video supplied by the company. When I opened the box I was amazed at how light each piece was! It took me less than 5 minutes to fully assemble the shelf (minus the backboard which I decided against using). It seems sturdy and it's easy to move around since it's light weight. I ordered the Cedar color and it looks quite naturalit matches our laminate flooring perfectly. The design appears much more sleek and clean than a particle board bookcase because it doesn't have holes and pegs for shelf height adjusting (Way Basics shelves are stationary). For Montessori purposes the top shelf is a little too tall for my almost 3-year old to clearly view the items placed on the shelfbut he'll grow up to it eventually.

My only complaint is that all three long boards came cut open at one corner with a few small dents in the boards. I placed each cut corners toward the back during assembly, so they aren't visible except for the very top board. The damage was probably due to shipping, but maybe Way Basics could find a way to package their products more securely, yet still sustainably. The slight damage didn't bother me, because I have a "whatev" attitude about most thingsbut if you're looking for a perfect product be wary that yours could come damaged too (although you CAN return damaged products to Amazon for free).

Also, I would be more likely to recommend to others and purchase additional shelving units if they were priced closer to $30 or less. But bravo to Way Basics for creating a useful, streamlined, sustainable product!

This bookcase looked very good at first. I loaded it only with normal (not heavy or oversize) books, and it was in a house kept at normal temperatures. Within five months the lower supports started shifting horizontally, as the adhesive started letting go. After six months, the back piece came completely loose. Finally, the entire bookcase collapsed sideways. Fortunately, there was nothing nearby that could be damaged by the collapsing unit.

Before purchasing this item, I read the reviews, particularly the negative reviews. I took a chance and purchased the bookshelf in April. The purpose of this shelf was to store heavy bags of liquid (six 5-liter bags and misc supplies) for medical purposes. A few things I did in addition were: (a) I reinforced the dowels by using hot glue in the holes before connecting; (b) Once the sticky tape was all connected, I used 8 lb weights to give steady downward pressure overnight this "sets" the tape; (c) The main structure is really held in place by the backing board. Without the backing, the 'box' is not rigid and will list over time (true for any shelf system really). After using the nails, I added 6 long wood screws to the corners and center from the back to ensure integrity.

After 4 months of storing up to 100 lbs of liquid, and loading unloading as needed... I can say there is no wear to the bookshelf. It's as solid and stable as the day I put it together. I really wanted a metal or wooden shelf, but the wooden ones were particle board, and neither offered the very specific dimensions I required. I have to say, I'm happy with the product.

One thing of note to be aware of is don't place wet items on top for too long, as they will begin to soak through the liner and could disturb the looks and integrity of the material. Not a negative, just be aware.

Well packaged but the pieces showed signs of poor handling such as scratches, small dings, scuffed edges, etc. None of it was "send it back" bad and considering the price and what I intended to use it for it wasn't an issue for me. The condition wasn't shipping as the boxes were in perfect shape so I'm thinking it was prepackaging. This also makes me wonder how well the surfaces will hold up to day to day use.

Assembly was incredibly easy and the thing was stable right from the first pieces being stuck together. There is some play room with he pieces until you really press them together at which point you are pretty much stuck with it. The one exception is the backing... DO NOT MISPLACE IT. Once it is on it is on and it fits right up to the edge all the way around so a little misplace can mean a white strip sticking off one side and being visible from the front. I have this problem on both of the two I assembled tonight but with some careful razor work it is fixable.

In short these are well worth it for the price. Don't expect something to showcase your fine china in or as a centerpiece to your living room but for the kids room or side tables or the bunch of other uses you can make of a little set of shelves like these they are perfect.

This stand does the job as advertised with few complaints. That being said, I wish it was a little taller. We are currently using this stand for our portable Video Conference system and it works great.

My wife and I were looking for something to store some stuff in our freezer. These bins were perfect in size and withstood both room and freezing temps. The solid construction means they won't warp if you have to pick them up fully loaded.

We ordered 2 of these racks for our laundry room where we enter through the garage so that our family can put our shoes on these. My 4-yr old put them together very simple, they snap together. These make great shoe racks for us because the small kids' shoes don't fall through like they would on a normal "shoe rack". Very versatile and stable. From the front, which is what you see in the picture, it looks great, but from the back, there are silver metal screws up against a black backing which looks cheap. The wheel locks leave something to be desired and putting it together was a huge headache. Considering the price, you really can't find something like this without paying more, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Instead of thinking I got a deal on this, I feel I got what I paid for.

This item does not have a finished side on one side yet it is called an island. It says some assembly required but it is a build your own island from many many pieces situation. They package multiple types of screw in one bag with letters on the bag but you can't tell which letter coordinates with which screw. The wheels do not lock but they are supposed to, so if you lean against the island you and the island go flying across the kitchen. The drawers are more shallow than the depth of the island which is not that deep. Plastic drawer guides. The pulls are so cheap they hardly weigh anything but are made of metal. The top is a smooth not brushed stainless so it shows every fingerprint. I do not recommend this item at all.

My wife bought this. I thought it was OK until I took the zillion pieces out of the box and started putting it together.

It's cheap, cheaply made, and the instructions are the worst I've ever seen. Putting it together is a total PITA. I came online to see if there were better instructions for it and this page came up first. I thought my wife might have paid $50-$75 for this piece of stuff, and was utterly SHOCKED to see it cost nearly $200.

I received this as a Christmas present from my sister. I was able to assemble it together, but had my husband help me put it up on the wall since it is a little flimsy. It was easy to put up and looks great on our staircase. We're planning on getting a second one for our other corner soon.

Black Contact Paper, 18" x 75'

I wanted to chalkboard a section of one the walls in my son's bedroom but didn't want to deal with the fumes caused by blackboard paint, so I decided to use the Kittrich Chalkboard Contact Paper, 18" x 6' on Masonite boards as suggested by a reviewer for that product. However, I ran out of the chalkboard paper and realized I would need a lot more than 6' of paper, and this 75' roll was the solution. Since this product doesn't explicitly say "chalkboard paper" I wasn't sure how well it would take chalk, but for the price it was worth trying. I am happy to report that it works great as chalkboard paper as well. I also used some transportation wall decals for decorating the room and cut out some "roads" for the vehicles using this paper (I simply used yellow chalk on the paper to draw the dividers for the roads). I have also pasted some paper on one of my kitchen shelves to convert it into a chalkboard to write down todo and grocery lists. And I still have a TON of sheet left. Am sure it will come in handy for something in the future.

UPDATE Oct 2012:

We have been aggressively using the paper that I pasted on my fridge since my son loves drawing with chalk. So far (after 1yr of use), it has held up very well. No tears or rips and no fading. I occasionally wipe it with a wet paper towel and it's then as good as new! Very happy with this purchase. I have also used the paper to cover some old tins that I use as holders for pencils, crayons etc. Looks very cute.

I purchased this item to make vinyl wall art and to darken the windows in my home theater room. It worked great for both projects and ther is a ton of it left. It was much more affordable than buying window tint and premade vinyl lettering and it also allows you to be creative. It is very easy to remove and does not damage the underlying surface so you can change your wall art as often as you wish. Also as I have mentioned, you get a 75 foot roll of this stuff so there is plenty of it to mess around with.

I have always liked the simplicity of using contact paper to "clean up" otherwise old or messy looking spaces. I am not saying that I would use contact paper to cover furniture in the home if you are wanting a classy or "rich" look! But, as a school teacher teaching in a very old building with very old tables that are dull and mismatched and have little finish left on them to clean them properly...a little contact paper really can pull together the "look" and it is very easy to clean! I have used contact paper to cover gross looking tiles on classroom walls, to dress up my old chipped desk, dented file cabinet and even to cover containers such as margarine tubs or juice cans there is such a variety of colors and patterns out there that you can coordinate both to come up with a solution to a drab decor! It sticks smoothly and evenly, takes a short time to complete the job, wears well over time (as long as you are careful not to purposely abuse the area or put it on something that will obviously get mistreated!)

Children appreciate a classroom that is fresh and interesting and "fun" to work in....contact paper has always come through for me in these 16 years of teaching and one more thing....you can change it out inexpensively as you wish.

I am pleased to have found this black contact paper in the huge quantity! My creative imagination can soar -enough material for almost any project! I covered a small formica-surfaced vanity counter with pleasing results. On the minus side -it is thin. Every little speck, even a hair, will make a raised imperfection on the finished surface. (I deciced to go with it, and let the "imperfections" become part of the design -even added some; in drawers and on shelves, it won't matter as much.) Also, especially at the beginning of the roll, there were lines that didn't seem to disappear with application, and I discarded several inches.

This was one of the more disappointing purchases I have made in a long time. The "Satin Nickel" finish is realy just grey paint. We could live with that, however, when we installed it in our bath/tub shower combination guest bathroom the pole bowed and was very wobbly. I tried several measuers to reduce the wobblyness and was getting ready to try gluing the poles together when I decided to check out the reviews (we bought this at Home Depot). The reviews of the other version of this are terrible. I then found a stainless steel model from simplehuman and ordered it after seeing the 13 5 star ratings and nothing less. The 5 year warranty is incredible. I prefer to spend the money now instead of every 2 years.

I find that I have to replace my corner shower shelves about every two years as they get rusty. This is the first chrome one I've purchased and I was eager to install it. It looks really nice and is quite easy to assemble, but I am perpetually annoyed when I set things on it. The shelves tilt downward ever so slightly, so half the time when I set a shampoo bottle on one of them it comes tumbling off. It looks like I am stuck with this for the next two years.

I'm not sure if the reviews here are about this same product!?? I found the instructions to be well written, assembly relatively simple, poles and shelves nicely chrome finished and far more sturdy than I ever expected. I admit it would probably be wobbly if it was freestanding. But in this case it's right in the back corner of the tub , which I am assuming is exactly where it was designed to be placed and we've got it loaded up with 18 bottles of product, several of which are nearly full, weighing in at a whopping 20-32ounces, each. Although the instructions recommend carefully cutting off of the shortest pole in one inch increments as per a chart . . . I lazily opted out and completely omitted one of the pole sections to fit the lower ceiling in this particular bathroom. I truly expect this thing to last for years to come! I am storing the extra piece in the linen closet with the assumption that in the event of a move, this caddy is coming with me. I do gladly recommend this product!

I bought this item from a seller on Amazon, they failed to ship so Amazon directly and quickly handled the situation with sending me one that shipped directly from Amazon. I had a white one that lasted a year and rusted and began to look horrible. This replacement caddy is nice for the money. I can see it lasting for a longer period of time. The finish is nice as are the shelves. I am extremely pleased with this item and Amazon for their quick efforts to please their customers.

I found this pole caddy easy to assemble, I didn't even need to read the instructions. The caddy fit between my tub ledge and ceiling using the two long poles.

The pole caddy did bow a little when I first tried to install it, but by pushing the caddy fully into the corner and making sure the spring-loaded top section was lined up correctly with the bottom of the pole, the bowing was corrected.

Some reviews mentioned that the shelves lean forward, the shelves on my caddy are level. I was able to fill the shelves with the multitude of hair-care products that my daughters use.

This pole caddy feels flimsy compared to the unit it replaced, but for $20 it was a better solution than trying to remove the rust from my old pole caddy.

I bought one for a small apartment kitchen. It works just great in a 6" gap between fridge and counter, exactly like the photo in the offering. It quickly snapped together in three minutes. I use it to store my cooking oils, sauces, and spices, and I can quickly see what's on hand.

My chief criticism is the price. The product is very light plastic and just sturdy enough. I would expect to pay $14.99 $19.99 for similar.

If I could cover the front of this with a cabinet cover panel (readily available for almost any cabinet series), I would use this even in a fancy gourmet kitchen, but the curved front panel and thin plastic do not readily permit any customization.

We remodeled our kitchen and I opted for a lower storage cabinet with drawers instead of a dishwasher. This left a 6.5" space which was great for the stepladder and a few trays but looked messy. This little pantry fits perfectly in that little space. Now I can fit cereal boxes which are generally too tall for my cupboards, wine bottles and other stuff. I am delighted that it also holds the 18, 22 and 24 count boxes of Keurig K-cups perfectly which is great because they take up sooooo much room. Please note that the stuff on the top shelf will be visible because the way it is designed leaves approximately 6 inches of open space at the top. (Put the pretty things there!) The bottom shelf has the front and back trays with the sides the same height, both about 3 inches. The middle and top shelf have one side about 3 inches and the other about 1.5 inches. The bottom shelf has vents on both sides and the bottom while the upper 2 sheves have vents only on the bottom with solid sides. You could put it together with the bottom shelf on the top if you needed extra drawer space, which I considered for big kitchen tools and pot holders. The shelves and sides are interchangeable and the wheel sets will fit in any of the shelves. The unit goes together in about 2 minutes, no tools or screws BONUS!!! It seems very sturdy too. I had it out of the box and filled in about 5 minutes. Now my coutnter tops are clear. Yay! One more thing, I didn't have a tape measure handy, so my measurements were eyeballed and approximate.

I picked this up to go in a tiny little gap between the sink & wall in our bathroom. Since we have no linen closet, storage space is premium & this was the ONLY slide-out shelving I could find that was narrow enough to fit the space I have.

I was a little worried that it might not be sturdy enough to hold much or would look cheap, but it's perfect. While it does look like plastic, (which it is) it doesn't look CHEAP just "utilitarian." I'm also looking forward to the fact that the plastic will clean up easily with any eventual toothpaste-wars my teens might decide to wage, without warping or staining. Most importantly though, it doesn't wobble at all when slid in & out, and is currently holding a half-dozen cleaning supplies, a small mountain of shampoos & body-washes, and the mouthwash & toothbrush-recharger that had currently been cluttering the sink. I am MORE than impressed with how much this little shelf can hold!

While this definitely has the potential to be wobbly if used as a stand-alone unit because of it's height-to-width ratio, it is VERY sturdy when slid between two solid surfaces! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting something to fill a gap!

I would put it in my cart and take it out and put it back, then save for later and then put back in the cart etc. I wasn't sure if I should purchase it or not. Finally my husband said "just buy it already" so I did. I was very excited to receive it, but when it arrived I was shocked at how small the box was. I asked my husband to put it together and when he finished and brought it to me I replied, "where is the rest of it?"

Now this might be my mistake for not reading the information close enough, but I honestly thought that this item would be taller and longer. I will only be able to put MAYBE half of what I planned on it. Now like I said this might be my fault and normally I would rate this a 4/5 for the fact that it is so small, but this item is receiving a 2/5 from me due to quality.

The tower is made of a flimsy hard plastic that is snapped together. It is supposed to roll smoothly in and out of the location you put it but does not. First when I tried to pull it out the top end cap came off. Then after fixing that I pulled it out again and the back bottom wheels fell off, and this was before putting anything on the cart. It is really more frustrating than anything, but for the amount I paid I would have at least expected it to stay together. I understand the idea of "you get what you pay for", so for $29 I didn't expect anything too fancy, but I did expect something that wouldn't break before even putting my stuff on it. It is really too much of an inconvenience for me to ship this back, and who knows maybe once I start using it I will love it, but I don't think that will be the case.

My advice to anyone trying to decide if they want this cart is beware. If you really need storage space, spend the extra money and buy the original Thin Man Pantry which will be of much better quality.

This is a great idea for using that space between the refrigerator and wall/ cabinet/ stove. It slides back far enough to allow opening of the door, yet slides out to give access to the items stored.

The cart is made out of Polypropylene, a firm yet flexible plastic. This means that you will have trouble with buckling over time if you attempt to store heavy items like liquids. However the advantage of this is I am able to easily drill a few holes and attach a pegboard to hold more utensils and a few baskets for spices.

What I found missing in this description was the dimensions. I measured this at 22 inches wide, 25 inches tall and 5 inches deep. As an interesting addition, you can buy more then one and make this a taller, 50 inches, unit to hold spices, foil bag mixes, and wrap boxes.

I ordered three of these, and when they delivered, all the boxes were damaged on all four corners. Oh no, I thought. But inside the boxes these were carefully packaged, with plastic caps between each shelf on all four corners. Nothing was damaged except the boxes! They were relatively easy to assemble, and it didn't take me long to set up all three. I would recommend these to anyone, for just about any use since they look great too.

I have several units of these black 72inch 5-tier shelves which I purchased a few years ago and I recently bought two new unit to expand my storage capacity. The new units (#21856) are stamped with the same logo (Sensible Storage) as my old units, but they differ quite a bit in the construction of the shelves (the posts look the same). The shelves are constructed with narrower gauge steel and they give quite a bit when I step on them, unlike my old units. In retrospect, I noticed that these shelves claim to hold 350lb per shelf whereas my old unit was rated for 800lbs. I thought I would point this out to anyone expecting a heavy-duty unit. These shelves are fine for less demaning loads.

The WIREtech product is awsome. I have 3 different units in my garage/ 3 different sizes. I found my parts list on the manufacturer's website: The product is from Sensible Solutions. You can find alot cheaper wheels that work just as well at Lowes or Menards and not have to pay the high prices you find at some of the online stores. I have 2/3/4" wheels under minework great!!

Should have heeded other buyers' reviews, because they were fair warning: The packaging was miserable, and the package arrived with the marble top broken. I'm not going to waste my time making a complaint or trying to return it -it's just a cheap little table for a corner of my living room. But if you buy this table, EXPECT it to arrive broken; if it arrives intact, be grateful.

We got this as an inexpensive table to put a phone on in our conference room. When it arrive it had clearly been returned and re-packaged before; the packing job was a mess. All the items were loose and banging around. In addition, the table came without any hardware, so I returned it. Probably better to spend a few more dollars and avoid this cheap solution.

When I received the item, the box was a little banged up and the inner box was too loose inside the outer one. When I opened the inner box, there was a piece that had separated from the marble top, which I was able to glue back together, and the bag of hardware had popped open and loose screws and washers were all over inside the box. All pieces were present, but it took extra time to put it together because of the broken piece. The table is functional, but rather cheaply made.

This is a great little table for the money!! I have it sitting on the second landing of my staircase with three flameless candles on it. It looks great and the faux marble top looks real!! Again, this is a fake marble top but unless you touch it you can't tell the difference as real marble is quite heavy and ALWAYS COLD to the touch. This is not light weight by any means but it always feels warm to the touch. It looks great though!! Both the wood and top are great quality!!! Works great for my needs!!
