I purchased this cart for my wife. She is a nurse and finds it very easy to push around at her job. The assembly goes much easier if you have a good dead-blow plastic hammer, Be sure to use liquid soap on the inside of the pipes (legs) and the tray spindles that go into the legs. Rub a little on each surface. It makes pounding them together much easier. I would recommend this cart for most light duty work situations, or around the house if you have the need.

This cart was carrying a light load a small sound system. First a wheel fell off and the housing disintegrated. Then the shelves came apart. It was not at all sturdy, and it was more difficult than it looks to put together, even for a mechanically-inclined person.

We use this cart to hold the supplies needed to care for my bed-bound mother. We put all of the supplies on the cart and store them in a separate room. We can just wheel this out to her bed and have everything we need. It arrived quickly and was easily assembled. It suits our needs perfectly.

This is my 4th and final tie rack, unless I buy 70 more ties.... Here's the difference cut and dry. I've read a complaint about needing the right size closet bar. The answer is remove the optional middle piece and use the screw holes on the top. So it WILL fit any bar. I love how you DON'T have to use the top screw hole options because the middle piece on most tie racks will pop out if you bump it the wrong way, the whole thing will fall, and you'll have to put all the ties back on it again. This rack does NOT have that problem. 2. Motor runs fast so it doesn't take 6 years for the right tie to come around AND it runs fast fully loaded, which is important. I've had old racks that I got so frustrated with that I just picked the tie I wanted from the side and never used the rotary option.

Bottomline, it fits, doesn't fall off, is stable, fast, and has a large capacity. AND the light is bright....

Way better than any junk you'd find at a men's store or bed bath and beyond type store.

This is the best revolving tie rack I have ever owned. I am a tie connoisseur and have over 1,000 ties. I have 7 different models of revolving tie racks in my closet and this model is the quietest, and best constructed of the lot. I read another review that said you had to remove the rod in your closet to install this rack? That's just not the case with this rack, you simply remove the slide and lock piece on the top of the device, then replace it on the other side of the closet bar. Very Simple. You will be very pleased!

First of all the customer service received was very prompt, courteous, and responsive. That was much appreciated. Highly recommend the store.

Purchased one and it is currently working very smoothly.

It is true that you need a closet rod for this product to work, it is true that the product is somewhat flimsy and cheap plastic feel, it is also true that the product does not make much noise and when it works it works well and the light on it is helpful.

When I first opened the product I was a bit taken aback by how toy-ish the item felt and the initial installation was not successful as the internal flimsy plastic receptacle for the tightening screw was broken (you could hear it rolling around inside) and hence the unit could not be secured on the closet rod, however, the motor operated without making much noise and the speed of rotation was comfortable enough to allow one to view the collection of ties as they go around (note: you really do need to have a good number of ties 2 dozen or more as this unit can hold 60 or so to make good use of this).

With the defective product I contacted the seller and received a very timely response and apology. Paid $3.95 to have product exchanged out (did not have to pay to send product back) and the replacement arrived in two or three days. This unit installed without a hitch, well a teeny tiny hitch (had to tug on the belt ever so slightly to get it to start rotating) and currently operates nicely.

Things to be careful about: a) be gentle when installing it as it is made of flimsy plastic and a fall or too much force could easily crack the plastic b) make sure you balance the weight of ties on either end of tie rack for optimum functioning.

Yes, this product is a delicate toy and should be treated as such. I would be willing to pay more if I could find the exact same thing but made with wood or metal alloy or something sturdier it would be classier and perhaps more durable.

I did search the web for a much higher quality one but had no luck, even the wood looking ones are made of plastic.

For now I don't have to go through the neck tie hanger to sort through the collection of ties one by one; they just rotate round and round before my very eyes! It is a product that provides an economical and reasonable solution.

It does exactly what it says it will do. It holds quite a bit actually, although some people said it was flimsy, it's not at all. On the top shelf I have a 150lb aquarium and on the bottom two shelves I have books. It holds it and doesn't even bow down with the weight. The color looks good and it was easy to assemble. Assembly only took 10 minutes although the directions are kinda useless, it's self-explanatory.

I purchased this unit along with two other, larger units.

One of the nicest features of Whitmore units is that you can decide how you want to space the shelves, so you can create a "customized" unit to meet your needs. These shelving units are easy and quick to assemble; you don't need any tools for assembly, and it takes less than thirty minutes to unpack the parts and assemble the shelves. The unit is well-made and attractive, and the smaller size makes it very useful for a variety of purposes.

However, this smaller unit is MUCH more lightweight than the larger units. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it is so much lighter; I expected it to be constructed like the larger units, only smaller in size. Still, it is sturdy and useful.

The Whitmore small Supreme 3 Tier Shelving Unit is a good product. It performs as advertised.

The directions for assembling the unit are missing a critical point. THE LIP OF THE SHELVES MUST FACE DOWN.

This appears nowhere in the directions or drawings.

Whitmore's Customer Service Representative recognized the problem immediately and told me how to correct it.... simple....take the whole unit apart and start over.

I suggested that instead of wasting 30 minutes of their customers' time; they might want to add the simple statement in CAPS above.

If I bought another Whitmore product,I would probably call customer service first... just to be sure the directions are complete:-)

This is a great product and an absolute bargain for what you are getting! The door hanger and toilet paper holder are standard. The door hooks take two seconds to put together.

The over the toilet organizer was very easy to put together (I think putting together the entire box took me less than 30 mins.). All of the screws fit (you MUST have a screw driver of appropriate size), all the pieces fit, and the instructions are fairly straightforward and simple.

One issue we had was with the placement in the bathroom. Because there is so little space between the wall and our toilet and our cabinet (all of it is maybe 2 feet across), it was extremely difficult and near impossible to screw in the bottom "stabilizing" rod. I somehow managed to put it on and am not sure how I will be it off when we move.

Also, there are two screws to place in the wall to stabilize the shelves. However, due to where our mirror is, we were unable to put one of the screws into the wall. Also, they somehow expect you to get the screws into the wall, but there is no way to hold the screw driver perfectly perpendicular to the wall with the front rod in your way. Again, managed to semi-screw one stabilizer into the wall.

You will need a hammer OR a power drill to make a hole in the wall. I recommend a power drill, but you have to use the hammer and prongs (included) for drywall if you have no studs in the area.

All in all, good buy. Was very happy with it. Color is about exactly what is shown in picture. Clears up the clutter on our sink and makes up for not having any shelves in our bathroom!

This took me some time to put together since the instructions and parts are a bit tricky but now that it's up it looks great. It came with anchors so I don't have to worry about my kids pulling it down also. The over the door rack has brackets that are to wide to fit over my bathroom door when it's closed so I'll probably try and screw it into the door. Tp paper is nice too.

You really get what you pay for here. The materials are so awful, the screws strip easily, the whole thing is extremely wobbly, your only hope is screwing it to the wall really well. It will not stand independently.

I liked the fact that there were three shelves and the wire bottoms are close enough that I can even set things like picture frames on them. Good instructions and easy to install; we added a screw in a stud for extra measure, but it was probably not necessary. Cabinet looks good and is well made.

We're renovating a home with three baths and I logged numerous hours on the internet searching for a black cabinet this size and style. There aren't many black ones out there so when I finally came across this one I was so happy! Happier still when I opened the box and saw the quality of this cabinet. The depth is perfect to hold the things necessary in a powder room and the beadboard back gives it a french country look. I would say it's a price performer and gives our bathrm the look I wanted to achieve with the black mirror over the sink.

Very nice cabinet. Made well. I ordered two, and in both cases the corner of the top shelf were slightly damaged. Not enough to send back, but just enough to notice. That isn't the problem, however. The installation was an absolute beating. The pre-drilled holes used for mooting are too narrow to be drilled directly into the studs. The cabinet itself isn't very heavy, so the supplied sheetrock fasteners work well. The main problem, however, is the in order to install these cabinets, you need to hand tighten three inch sheet rock screws using a 3" screwdriver, or less. The mounting holes are positioned in such a manner that an electric drill or even a standard 5" phillips is too long to fit.

I found this single part so frustrating that I was left literally scratching my head. Worst part, I ordered two. If you can devise a better installation using a back mounted french cleat you would be much better off.

The cabinet was more distressed than I wanted. The doors did not meet evenly and one of the hinges had a stripped screw so was not on straight. The missing paint was scattered about and just looked like it had been mishandled. The back is made out of cardboard.

I was very disappointed in it and ended up painting my old cabinet and putting it back up on the wall.

The return process was incredibly easy and efficient. No complaints there. It was the first Amazon purchase I had ever returned.

Excellent size, (although the usable depth is really about 9" not 12" as indicated). The color is a nice antique White and matches the Thomasville antique white on the vanity and mirror frame in my guest bath. Well built with sturdy hinges and good door fit. I shopped Lowes and Home Depot and did not find an in stock item with this quality and price.

The big minus is that the metal bars that you hang the clothes on are so thin that they make creases in the clothes when they are dry. I wish the bars were thicker, I never had this problemw with other wooden clothes drying racks that I used.

I recently bought this rack and I absolutely love it. It's got plenty of room, it's sturdy, and it comes with a mesh piece that can be placed on the top level for sweaters. And it folds up to store flat. I don't have a lot of storage space in my apartment, so this rack is perfect.

This drying rack looks high quality compared to other metal/wood drying racks that I see in store, and comes with a mesh on top. However, after light use I noticed that several bars have bent, so don't put heavy clothes/towels on it. One of the legs was also slightly bent because my wife was moving the rack around the house, but luckily it was easy to bend it back.

I was debating with myself on whether to give this item 3 star or 4 star, in the end I gave it 4 stars because I use it to dry my baby's clothes/towels so those are relatively lightweight, but if you have big towels to dry you should look for a sturdier drying rack

I purchased two of the Mesh pullout drawers and they were the only pull out drawers I could find that fit under the bathroom vanity because of all the plumbing.

You can either screw them in place or just let them sit on their ruber feet.

They hold tall and small items and slide in and out with no effort at all.

I plan on buying two more very soon.

The product fails to have simple rails or controls to prevent tipping. any load on either the upper or lower shelves causes the contents to spill on the floor when pulled out.

I purchased this slide out cabinet basket to hold the K-cups that go to my Keurig coffee machine. This basket holds MANY more K-cups than those carousels, which look nice, but TO ME would be inconvenient...take out, replace, take out replace, etc. (Carousel doesn't look that nice with empty spots.) I've seen other baskets sold specifically for K-cups, and while they are more aesthetically pleasing, they don't hold as many as this basket can, plus the bottom part of the top basket can be in your way with that other basket, since you have to reach your hand in, hitting the top of your hand on the bottom of the top basket. THIS basket bottom slides out making the bottom basket more easily accessible. Let me also repeat that this basket holds MORE K-cups, so it doesn't have to be filled as often.

If you don't like the color, I'd guess it can be easily painted.

This product is sturdy, even without fastening it to anything.

I gave this item only 4 stars as a little corner of the mesh was sticking out...its no biggie really though, as I was able to maneuver it into place with decent pressure. I'd still consider this a sturdy product.

I ordered 4 of these to try and organize the space under the bathroom sinks. I am very pleased. Now it's so easy to actually get to the bandaids, essential oil, mouthwash, hairdryer or whatever else you put in there. I also noticed that at first if I pulled the baskets out, they were front heavy and would tip forward. I found that by securing one of the bread ties that came with the original packaging around the bottom rail and basket about 3 inches forward stops the basket from tipping. I didnt even secure the units down with the screws that came with it.

I bought them at another store and the ones I have came with screws so you can screw down the bottom frame so the frame can't move. However, I haven't needed to do that.

I use one under my kitchen sink for cleaning products (in addition to a wire basket on the inside of one of the cabinet doors).

I use two in my pantry as it is much deeper than wide, and I was tired of trying to see what I had in the back of it.

I highly recommend these.

We are using this cart in the county law library and it's great. It was really easy to put together and adjust. For our needs I put the shelf on the bottom and the bins in the middle and the top. It's big enough to hold a lot of books, but with the 4 wheel steering you can turn it around in the middle of the cramped aisles! I would definately recommend this product!

This is a great item. It was easy to put together, sturdy and the wide wheels allow for easy movement. The two baskets, along with the handle, are adjustable. I have the lower basket at the lowest point and the upper one about a third the way down. This works out great for moving grocery/purchases from our car to our small home elevator, our garage is under our home about 17 feet off the ground. The bottom basket can hold large items (24 rolls of toilet paper, 8 rolls of papertowels (both sideways) with room for a gallon of milk and other items along the side. The upper basket is low enough to place other bagged items. The top shelf is the perfect size for a 'Costco fruit box' loaded with goodies. I am more than pleased with this item and would certainly recommend it to anyone. I am waiting for my husband to decide he wants one for his auto tools, to move easily to our vehicles. This item was just PERFECT in every way.

I was so excited about this purchase. I am a mobility-challenged homemaker and I planned to use this cart as a baking center that I could use while seated. It arrived via Fed Ex in only one day. A GREAT thing. It comes with the cart box double packed in an Amazon box. Great packaging! My husband went right to work putting it together. My hubby is very handy with assembling things like this and we were very impressed with the sturdy weight and quality of the pieces in the box. All was going pretty well until he arrived at the 2nd (center) shelf. If you look closely at the shelves, you will notice that there is a decorative rim welded to the top of each basket and the top shelf. On the corners of these rims are round cylinder-type pieces that go on the leg posts. What you might not be able to tell from the picture is that these round pieces are slightly tapered and the small part of the taper is on top. Well, it SHOULD be on top. On one of our deep-sided shelves, the rim was welded on upside down. This made it impossible to keep the shelf in place if heavy objects were placed on it. Today I called the Honey Can Do Company in Illinois. I spoke to a woman whose job should not be answering phones. I explained the situation and had to keep asking if she was there...as I spoke she made no indication she was hearing me or had any understanding of what I was saying to her. Just dead silence! Finally she asked me for my phone number and then my address and then said "it" should come in 7-14 business days. I asked if they could do overnight delivery...after all, it was their error and I'm the one stuck with a partially assembled cart. She curtly answered, "7 to 14 business days." I felt like I was talking to a robot except a robot might have been more expressive. So we wait. I think this will be an excellent product once it is assembled and I still look forward to using it with my baking supplies and electric mixer all in one place. I'll update when I've had a chance to put it to use.

September 4 The replacement shelf FINALLY arrived today. It was shipped in a box that was easily 3 or 4 times the height of the deep wire shelf and with absolutely NO packing material around it. Consequently the shelf bounced and rattled its way to my home. When it arrived, the box was greatly damaged where the shelf had torn through it and some of the wire sides were dented in. NO WAY were we calling to request another one. My husband was able to bend the damaged parts back into shape and finally my cart is together. It really is a nice cart but this company is the pits. Obviously they take no pride in the way they handle customer service...either over the phone or in the shipment of replacement products. We now refer to them as the "Honey Boo Boo Company". It's a good thing they have Amazon to do their shipping for them and to *try* to make them look good. Since their actions invite negative feedback, I will comply. I still do, however, look forward to putting this product to use in spite of their shoddy behavior.

I love the cart, it's perfect for some extra storage in my kitchen, looks nice, and it's very sturdy. Just a hint, I was having trouble with the black pieces that connect to support the trays. I couldn't get them to stay together, some did and some didn't. Nothing in the instructions addressed my issue. So I gave up and when a friend came over she noticed that the inside of the black pieces were marked and you had to find the two matching pieces to snap together. When you did that they clicked together very easily and did what they were supposed to do. I know I am a dolt when it comes to anything remotely mechanical. So for anyone with a similar affliction, there's your answer!
