Spectrum WRW836 allscapes Woodridge 8 by 36 by 1-3/4-Inch, White, Shelf Kit

This is a great shelf for the price. I purchased four shelves, two 24" and two 36". Some people have noted that the screws are packed inside of the shelf support and that it can be impossible to get them out. This is true and happens on about half of the shelf supports I opened. However, these are wood screws and I was going for a particular placement that did not line up with my studs. Instead, I used two 1/8" butterfly bolts on each shelf which should be plenty of holding power (approximately 50 lbs each) for the nick-nacks my daughters will use.

The shelves were beautifully packaged to avoid damage in transit and arrived in pristine shape. I highly recommend these shelves.

I ordered 2 of these shelves for my nursery. They arrived each having a corner chipped and slightly damaged, but not bad enough to go through the hassle of returning them. They were pretty simple to install but be sure to use drywall screws and/or anchors otherwise they can't hold any significant weight.

Love this shelf. It was super easy to install. I did it all by myself! Looks really nice. We used it below our wall mounted TV to hold the dvd player & satellite box.

Rubbermaid 1780723 Pantry Organization Under Shelf Pull Out Drawer

I have two of the "large" drawers. Easy to install to wire shelving (need small flat-head screw-driver). Fits 16" deep (front to back) shelving. The drawer pulls out at a downward angle, and FYI doesn't pull out quite all the way like a regular. In fact, see the photo above that's as far as it comes out. Also FYI, I picked up the large drawer at Walmart for ten dollars!

I couldn't find dimensions for this item before I bought it (or the large one IIRC). So, the box says 15.50 x 7.62 x 4.15 in (39.36 x 19.37 x 10.56 cm)

It install easily under a wood desktop and it has clips that make it look like it would install easily under wire shelves although the box says "fits under 16" shelves" so it may not fit all depths of wire shelving. When open the top of the drawer at the front is about 6" below the bottom of the desk top and about 4" out from the edge of desk. It is easy to access the whole drawer although with my lighting the rear is very dark.

I hope this helps. It meets my need nicely and was pretty easy to install.

I saw these for 30% more money in my local Lowes and was thrilled to sell them at a great discounted price on Amazon. These are terrific they take less than 10 min to install, and you can use them under wood shelves or wire shleves. They have unique clips and they are well made and work great. Where couldn't I use these!!!

You would think someone would market a simply attached drawer that you pull out and put stuff into. This thing is a total piece of crap. It pulls out very little and everything slides down in a pile.

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that other than having holes in the frame the design really doesn't make it easily mountable to a wood shelf. I was able to complete my project however and am very happy with the result.

This shelf is the perfect solution to keep the bath tub supplies off the edges of the tub. I do think that the wire product may end up leaking and paint cracking over time, but is exactly the product I searched for.

We purchased a similiar item at a yard sale. When it began to show wear (rust on some of the metal under the coating) we needed to replace it. The only place I could find it was online at Amazon. I ordered it on Sunday night and it was delivered the following Friday. I love this one because it adjusts to fit the tub.

It only fits on the very end of my tub, along the wall. Basically, where there was a ledge already, it'll sit on that without falling in. Any other spot, and it's doomed.

I'm not going to return it because it still keeps my daughter from pouring a ton of water on the floor during bathtime, but it doesn't give the darn near full protection I'd have liked. I still have to keep an eye on her to make sure she's not about to dump her shelf of soaps in the tub with her, which was something I was trying to deal with by buying this shelf.

[I'm raising my rating by a star simply to alert any prospective consumer that this one is 1. better looking and 2. sturdier than some otherwise near-identical instant shelves "advertised on TV" and sold on Amazon. If you want to give one a try--for holding magazines, books, an antenna or cheap speaker, etc., and certainly nothing breakable, this is most likely your best bet.]

Ever strike you as odd that the makers of the most disposable gadgets use television to sell their wares, then try to get extra bang for their buck by advertising the same thing on a site like Amazon with the endorsement: "As seen on TV!" I haven't seen the ad for this one (iPods and books have become more attractive alternatives to insomnia than telemarketing as seen on a high definition, 1080 pixel flat screen). I can just imagine the television ad--a calm housewife very smoothly, deftly, and easily attaching these shelves to every nook and cranny in the house with one effortless spin of the dial--no strain, no pain, no damage to the fingernails.

Wake-up call. They're not that easy to screw in (make that "knife in") to your walls, especially if the material is not porous plywood (or even cardboard). So after turning red several times over, I managed to get the blades to wedge into the corner walls--sort of. I'm fairly confident the shelf will stay up--though expecting it to hold anything weighing more than an ounce or two may be asking for a bit much. The picture on the box shows shelves loaded down with stereo speakers, a dozen CD jewel cases, a short-wave radio (it had better be battery-operated, because there's no place for a cord to go up the back side of the shelf).

The instructions for "SmartShelf" say "holds nine pounds," and even provide additional pictures of potted plants, tools, glass vases. Dream on. Still, I figured $5 per shelf would be worth it if I could get each shelf to hold a single book or magazine that I was in the process of reading (please don't put your laptop computer on the shelf and expect Apple to repair it, in or out of warranty). I've noticed that magazine publishers are reducing the number of pages and enlarging the print of their publications--so maybe it has a chance of fulfilling my wildest dreams. If not, we could all use a bit of extra suspense in our lives now and then. (Just don't ram it into a corner where kitty can take a shot at practicing his standing leap.)

I bought these shelves because I needed something and really couldn't afford the nicer made shelves. Well it was a complete waste of time. I got them to stay up on the first try, but 5 minutes later everything came crashing down. Now I can't get them to stay even on the wooden panel walls in the livingroom. ive had one of these mounted in the corner by my bed for ages and ages. it holds a small bedside lamp and a book and some other junk just fine. i have seen these advertised on tv, and the advertisement makes it look easier to install than it really is. it is difficult to press and lock the shelf into the wall, but once you do it right, it's very sturdy. there's a trick: once you get it into place and are ready to lock it to the wall, you'll want to use an object other than your bare fingers to do the job, and you have to press pretty firmly. it takes some muscle. i used a flat head screw driver instead of my fingers to press the lock in. it also helps to have someone hold it in place for you. if you actually press it hard enough to the lock position, [ and if youre paying attention to what youre doing you can see that it is locked in place] it will not come crashing down. mine never has. you just have to pay attention. really, it isnt as easy as it looks on tv but if you install it *all the way, and properly* it will serve as a sturdy place to keep stuff in a low traffic area. just a reminder, be careful of the razors. :)

I have had one for years and couldn't find another one. They are great in garages and for high places if you are short. I also love the red color. It works just fine for me.

The casters on this thing are terrible. The rest of it is fine, but don't expect to move this around with your foot. You'll have to pick it up to move it. Another problem is that once you put it together, it can't be dismantled (pieces of metal have to be bent as you snap it together), making returns extremely difficult. You'll have to return the whole thing assembled, versus in two parts, and the box isn't big enough for that.

The instructions read: "Note: Once the product is assembled, it cannot be taken apart or returned."

While this isn't the most durable product available, for the price you pay, it's certainly worth the purchase! I got this for my son to store his toys in, and it's working perfectly for us. As it's out in our living room, I was hoping it would be a nice, sturdy piece of furniture...but c'mon, for this price you really can't expect much more than what you get. It was a little difficult to put together...definitely need two pairs of hands or a lot of patience...! But once it's together and a few extra brad nails are nailed in to the back for reinforcement, it serves it's purpose well! Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product to others who are looking for a nice but inexpensive storage solution!

While this product does offer eye-appeal (I bought an entire set for our office), it definitely lacks long-term durability. Fortunately since I ordered an entire set, I have plenty of space to spread out heavier items in several baskets, as I would worry about placing excessive weight in one location. The items were OK to assemble, easier for two people than one person alone; however, I do find Costco's furniture easier to assemble and far more durable than this brand. However, that being said, this set offered the ideal dimensions for our office and definitely does not overwhelm our smaller spaces.

I bought this to hold lightweight clothing (underwear, pajamas, tank tops) and it was easy to assemble and does the job well. I'm using the top surface as a shelf and have had no problems. The unit doesn't seem exceedingly sturdy overall though, but I didn't buy it to hold anything heavy so no big deal, just FYI.

We actually keep my 2-yr old's toys in the bins. It has held up great over the past year so far. From far away, it passes for real wood, up close, it doesn't. But we have no complaints!

Good for the price. I ordered two for side tables on either side of a sectional in our living room. The size is perfect for the space I needed & the price point was hard to beat. These were very simple to put together on my own, even with my toddlers 'helping'. The down side, the manufacture did not even attempt the faux wood look on the shelves, they are just painted a solid coordinating color. Also, the finish is a bit more orange than I expected or had hoped. The wood look on the top and back board looks and feels like dried out wood if it were a real wood piece I would say it needs to be oiled, but I'm afraid that might to harm so I have not tried.

Overall, I'm not thrilled, but they are serving the purpose I need without spending over twice as much for the PB ones I was eyeing in the same basic design.

Good for storage, but overpriced. Also unit is unstable and could pull over easily, I mounted boards to bottom to stabilize it.

I picked up one of these on sale at Target. Ours is neither pastel nor primary colours, something in between I think, with a white frame. I'd love to get another set, or even two, but they are terribly overpriced considering what you get and you have to put it together which can be dodgy. I think if I could find some somewhere for less that forty bucks I would buy again, otherwise it's just not worth it.

I bought this, built it, and came to the conclusion that there's a good chance my kid who will be pulling to a stand shortly has a great chance of pulling on this thing right down on top of her. There's a competing product that has extra feet on front and back that makes it much more difficult to tip over. With this one, the base is so narrow from front to back compared with its height that you apply the teensiest bit of force in a forwards or backwards direction near the middle or top and you create a pretty effective moment arm and it'll topple right over. I don't care how much lead weight you put in it. Widen the base and the force has to be much much bigger to get it to rotate forwards. I have an engineering degree and practice pediatrics. I don't like it.

I thought the assembly required for this wine rack would be no big deal, and its really not. However, the screws don't all fit and it is slightly wobbly. I had no trouble with normal size wine bottles fitting. It does look nice, as long as you don't bump it too much.

The wine rack comes with some minor assembly required. Not a big deal, right? Guess again. I put every ounce of strength into trying to get the bolts to screw into the threaded holes to no avail. They got about half way in and then they would move no more. With the rest of the unit assembled, this caused a heavy wobble. I returned the product for another, which was even worse. This second time I got out some heavy duty pliers to try and force it, still no movement. I gave up and requested a refund.

Long story short, this item is not worth your money.

As other reviewers have noted, the quality control is not so good and results in difficulty in assembly, stripped screws, and/or a wobbly final product. I was able to resolve this with mine (and I bought it with this possibility in mind) if you have a few tools, you can make this work for you, in which case its a good purchase.

In my case, the screw holes were not aligned with the center of the rods, thus making it impossible to attach the screws. All that was needed was a drill with a 3/16th bit, and I was able to widen the holes slightly to handle the misalignment, and get them attached. I used some loctite on the screws, and able to attach them without stripping out the head or the threads, and it feels pretty solid to me.

I received my wine rack today and i put it together in 5 mins. I only had a problem with one of the screws not going in ALL the way but its seriously no big deal.

Several people have complained that it only holds 6 bottles, but really the 7th bottle goes all the way on top of the wine rack. You cant tell frm the picture, but the 7th bottle fits perfectly on top.

they are so tiny that even my books could not fit in vertical position... somebody wrote about screws showing off on the back... odd, but true, my bf had to kinda saw the "hooks" (he just has a lot of tools:) so we were good. So, the thing is , the shelves are not so usable or efficient , its more for decoration, cause they are just way to small and light to hold something big...i kept them. i uploaded a few seconds video so you see how they look like in live.

I was surprised with the quality of them because so many wall cubbies are made cheaply, but these look fantastic in person! They are very well made and look much more expensive then they actually are. The color perfectly matched my mahogany coffee table. The large rectangle one can be hung vertically or horizontally, which is nice. I got mine from Bed Bath and Beyond for $29.99 and I also used one of those coupons they are constantly mailing out to bring the price down further.

These "wood frames" aren't even close to real wood they a poly-wood fiber mold. the fact that there material isn't good the hooks on the back aren't great either. The boxes are designed to hang flush it he wall but the hooks aren't recessed o it hang off kilter

Poor packaging. The way the items were packaged caused the frames on the two smaller shelves to break off completely. The shelves arrived broken on two occasions (original order and the replacement order). I figured I would try a third time but that was going to be it. On the third try, the frame on one of the smaller shelves was slightly lifted but I was able to push it back down and you can't even tell. I would like to note that the damage was not due to poor handling as the outside box was in perfect condition.

I am very happy with the shelves, now that I actually received some that were not broken (3rd time's the charm!). Although, I did not expect the shelves to have a frame around them (it is hard to tell from the picture). I wasn't sure about it at first since that is not what I expected, but they do look very nice.

This arrived broken even though the box was fine, so that indicates bad workmaship. I suppose I could have glued it back together....but it's not even real wood, just cheap composite. Plus the indented frame looks weird, it's not flush agains the wall as you might expect. You can get a much nicer looking, sturdy, real wood version at Lowes for less.
