This purchase was made after I bought a heavy wire and wood shelf with hanging hooks at a local store. I wanted something similar for another part of the kitchen, and this was perfect. My other shelf is not good with the drywall, and this is lightweight-aluminum? Anyway, no complaints on my part! Attractively 'aged', and I wish that I had bought two of these instead of the other. . . Again, tho, the lightweight part might throw some people, but it works for me.
This rack is large, and pretty sturdy. The drawback is that it does not cope with humidity very well; the chrome plating is thin enough that regular exposure to moisture will cause parts of it to rust a little. If you have a well-ventilated bathroom (and you are in the habit of actually using the ventilation when the shower is being used), or a bathroom in which the shower is rarely used, this will work very well. However, if your bathroom mirror is fogged over on a regular basis, you probably want to look elsewhere.

I wanted a towel rack and the only spot I had near the sink was over the toilet. This rack worked out great. It was shipped quickly and was quite easy to put together, I did myself. My husband mounted it to the wall but I dont think it was hard, just a few anchors and screws. I put two baskets on the shelf but you could stack towels or anything you might want. This rack is very solid and looks good. I think it was a great deal especially when you see the prices of some of the "hotel style" racks. It is sturdy, pretty, and functional. It hangs two regular sized towels to dry. And holds folded towels at the top. It's quite handy. Putting it together was a snap. As a tip for hanging to the wall, trace the holes of this rack onto a large paper (like newspaper) and then center that paper onto the wall where you want to hang this rack. I bought this for a very small bathroom. I mounted it inside the bath/shower opposite the shower, high enough to avoid getting splashed. I've had it for a couple years now, and it looks like new. The upper bars hold towels and the lower bars are to hang towels and washcloths to dry after use.
I cannot describe the disappointment I felt when I received this product. I expected a few differences between the picture and the product, but the only way I can see this being the same product is if someone took a picture with a very bright flash. This is an almost greenish gray with specks of ivory in it. The quality of the contact paper is normal, so for the price, this is definitely overpriced. I bought this for the counters in a rental house that my husband and I are renting, and it just did not have the clean, sleek look that I expected from the picture. The only reason that I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 is that I did find a way to make it work. Even though the actual print looks like a cheap photocopy of marble, the veins did make a great outline for "fixing" it. I painted over the surface with some watered down, white acrylic paint, and then used different shades of gray and followed the vein lines, then when over with a very thin layer of clear epoxy resin. But considering I bought the paper to save myself that type of work, I'm not happy with the purchase. A picture update is definitely needed.
Bought these for closet shelving that I cut to fit. The price is much better than you can get at any of the box stores.

This is a very nice piece. It's solid (meaning a good weight). Assembly will take a whole morning or afternoon. Took two of us about 3.5 hours (including some errors). Comes in two boxes and both are very heavy. Put down a tarp so that after Fedex leaves you can slide the boxes around without lifting.

Easy to put together. Like an easy puzzle. The pieces are readily marked and easy to check off when assessing what is received. The hardware for the drawers (the slides for the drawers and the hinges) already come assembled, so you are basically fitting the wood pieces together (though you do need to attach the wheels) which is easy and very well explained in the directions. This item came in with two packages, one is the counter top, and the other is the rest of the cabinet. It's quite simple to put together as long as you have the power tool, you do need to pay attention to the details of each component in order to assemble it properly.

Bought this piece to store yard stuff and found that shovels and rakes are so wide that the middle hook is useless. Now if they wanted to make a stretch model I'd give it 5 stars. on the plus side it did get 2 shovels, 2 rakes and a pitch fork off the floor. It can hold considerable weight safely, I'd buy it again.
