This product works as advertised. It is a sturdy build that fits snuggly under my pantry shelf. I am able to fit much of my food storage products: plastic wrap, aluminum wrap, 2 boxes of bags.

This was purchased because it is wide enough to accommodate the two main colors of 8 1/2x11 cardstock I use to make cards. I turn the two stacks, narrow side facing out and now I have the most used cardstock readily available without hanging anymore shelves on already overcrowded walls! The shelf is sturdy enough to hold a nice stack of white and ivory cardstock!

This shelf is about 19" wide and about 10" deep at the top. The shelf narrows to the bottom part. The brackets accommodate a shelf with a maximum of 1" thickness, making it a little wobbly for thinner shelves, like mine. These are sturdy but the wobbliness means that I can't put things that might roll out and break. This limits their use in my pantry to lighter things that won't make the shelf droop and those that can't break. I bought a few and they have been very useful for uncluttering my pantry a bit.

I live in an apartment with a tiny (even for an apartment) kitchen. The cabinet space is laughable so I really needed to find a solution that gave me a little more shelf space.

These Schulte under shelf baskets are ideal and work perfectly for what I need. They fit nicely just inside the cabinet so that the doors can easily close, and the arms that hold the basket in place are long enough that they're fairly stable.

I do dislike that they don't have any sort of grip, so they slide off REALLY easily. It's enough of an annoyance that I took a star away because of it, but the baskets are worth purchasing despite that.

We needed about a dozen clips for a special job and these filled the bill nicely. They came on time and no other product that we found on Amazon would have worked as well.

These are nice clips, very sturdy, I doubt they will break easily. I have them attached to the metal "lines" of my expanable wall mount drying rack and they work well. The only warning is: they are VERY hard to squeeze open. These are not good for those with arthritis or small children. You need a good strong grip to open the pincers here. That said, they are effective. I wish they made a bigger size for bigger items as these are fairly small. If you have kids or arthritis I recommend the line hooks with clips on the end, they are less sturdy but much easier to use.

I ordered these because I thought I could use them for hanging hand washed items. But these are way too tiny for that. The clips measure approximately 1 inch long by 3/8 inches wide. The portion of the clip that holds the item is about 3/4 inches. Rather tiny for bigger fingers. But everyone seems to love them for various uses, so probably I'll find a use for them, too. I'll have to go back to the old-fashioned hooks with the curved hanger top for my hand washed items.

Purchased this shelf a week ago and it arrived five days later. The shipping container is as large as you would expect given the size of the shelf. If moving it around a single story, one person can slide this with relative ease, but you'll need an extra set of hands to move this up a flight of stairs. The carton was a bit tattered upon arrival but the shelf was well protected inside and therefore undamaged.

The unit is very nice with heavy wood grain from quality veneer. The shelves are hollow but sturdy (the whole unit weighs more than 170 lbs). The style of the overall finish is far more refined than what I would consider rustic or distressed, but don't expect razor smooth edges and a glass like surface. The wood grain is very pronounced and there are some very slight imperfections that in my opinion make this look more like a custom piece than a factory produced shelf.

The color is listed as cappuccino, but that can mean so many different hues of brown that I've learned not to always trust pictures online. This one is not the near-black that is often called cappuccino. Instead there are very subtle red tones in what is otherwise a deep and rich gloss brown. On my PC monitor the picture posted on Amazon is a good representation of the color of this piece.

Assembly was very easy. If you have a Flathead and Phillips screwdriver along with the included Allen wrench, you have the right tools. Assembly took about an hour without an assistant. Because the planks are thick enough to stand on edge, it was quite easy to set the screws and align the shelves using the standard cam and dowel type fasteners that most people are familiar with. As testament to the quality of this unit, all the pre-drilled holes aligned perfectly which isn't always the case with this type of furniture. The hardware set was complete and it even included straps for anchoring the unit to a wall.

I only have one quibble with this unit and it is minor. The plastic caps used to cover the holes for the locking cams are medium brown plastic that stand out too much in my opinion. Luckily only a few are visible, but in my opinion the unit looks better without them.

Overall I am very pleased. Excellent shelf for the money.

This book shelf looks great, is surprisingly sturdy & fits our needs perfectly. For the price, this is a great deal.

During the assembly I began to notice imperfections in the laminate that were poorly touched up. In addition, two of the top shelfs where crooked due to the way the holes where drilled. The bookshelf looks nice, but the quality and manufacturing is poor and is nothing like you would expect with an American made product. I guess this is what is expected when it's made in China these days.

best racks I have seen. nice silver finish. they can be set up by one person in less than 2 minutes and a very solid and stable. try to buy direct from the amazon store and get the free shipping . the other stores claim they have them for less and and then don't.

I initially ordered 3 of these, thinking I would order more if need be. I knew the measurements, but it turns out these are huge when you see them in person. I had ordered them to straighten up the garage, which was full mostly of boxes.

These shelves go together super easy, although it is a good idea to have someone help you, simply given the size of them. No tools are necessary, apart from perhaps a rubber mallet to knock the pieces all the way together. Once the main structure is complete, there is a piece of MDF that lays across to form the actual shelf. Should that ever get wet & fail, it's a simple task to actually replace it with plywood for the same purpose)

Once the shelves are together you realize how sturdy they are. I should mention that if you get 2, you can actually connect them in the middle, so you can save a little space if need be, but still have all the shelving space you needed.

I have absolutely loaded up these shelves without so much as a creak from them. These are heavy duty shelves that can take a beating and keep working fine.

My order was from amazon, but it looks like it's 3rd party sellers selling them now. A word of caution if you do order them from amazon, it will be shipped via a freight carrier (CEVA logistics in my case) but they were super helpful in every aspect. they called to arrange the delivery, and the driver actually helped me move the boxes into the garage.

If you're needing some super strong LARGE shelves, these should absolutely fit the bill. As I said in my review for the smaller shelves, yes. They are pricey. But quality costs, and these are shelves that will last a lifetime.

This shelf is fine. It adds a nice touch to the wall without sticking out too far. I have seen better assembly for floating shelves though. I prefer the metal installment to this one. It has a piece of wood that is a bit trickier to mark the spots on the wall with this type of installation, but worked out fine. I'm pleased with the purchase after all is said and done.

I bought two of these shelves and am very pleased with them. They are attractive and sturdy, and the folding action works smoothly.

The packaging shows care -the shelves are individually wrapped to avoid any nicks during shipping and the small hardware is in its own box with a very clear inventory so that you can check that you have everything before you get started. There's a part replacement order form in case anything is left out of your shipment, but both of mine were complete. (These might seem like obvious precautions, but I've ordered lots of assemble-yourself furniture that wasn't nearly so well thought-out.)

Assembly is not too hard. The instructions suggest that you might want an extra pair of hands, but I found that if I leaned the side piece against the wall while I was installing cross-bars, I could put together the whole thing by myself with no tools or materials other than the ones included (and I am not an especially handy person). After the previous review, I was worried that the pieces might not be made precisely enough to fit together well, but I didn't have too much trouble there; following the directions and tightening the screws gradually I was able to get the whole thing to come together snugly.

I've loaded the finished shelves up with books (including some pretty heavy dictionaries and art books) and they're showing no bending or strain. I may buy more of these for other rooms.

The bookshelf arrived quickly, there were no missing pieces, and no additional tools were required. The wood pieces were in great shape. I am pregnant and put it together with ease due to the clear and concise instructions. The final product looks great in the baby's room. :-)

The shelf is nice. However, the "pre-drilled" holes were way to small for the screws the manufacturer supplied. If you try to use the hex wrench supplied without re-drilling the "pre-drilled" holes, both the hex wrench and the screw head will strip and you will have a problem since you can not at this point tighten down the parts. So if you buy this shelf make sure you have your drill out. Once you re-drill the holes it's a breeze.

I normally do not write reviews however, after assembling this book shelf I thought I would caution potential buyers of some of the problems I encountered. It should be very easy to assemble but the holes predrilled were not large enough. They enclose a hex head wrench which is small and really can bruise your hand when trying to get the screws into the predrilled holes. I finally got out my drill and enlarged the holes to make it somewhat easier to assemble even then you need to use caution as to not make them too big. It is a nice piece of furniture but assembly is difficult only in that it is not drilled properly!

This is long but stay with me. I am not an unreasonable man. Most would consider me a semi pleasant person; I love puppies, enjoy Judd Apatow comedies, and find babies mildly amusing when they aren't pooping, vomiting, or screaming. However in spite of my generally jovial disposition I have a seething, nay crippling hatred for this shelf which may be the geographic center of all of the world's evil and the root of all moral decay. Now in my afore mentioned passionate hatred of this festering pile of evil do not want to overstate it's faults and thus do not want to lightly throw out the term worse than Hitler but it's certainly worse than Mussolini (the George Castanza of WW2). I know this may seem a reach to you who have not experienced "the shelf" but allow me to explain and maybe change your mind.

First the good part it was packed securely. Shelf wobbles in a cartoonish way similar to a Dr. Seuss cartoon which entertains small children and slow witted teenagers. Okay that's all the good parts.

Now the negatives which I could literally fill a library with, seriously after putting the abomination together I was ready to move to Montana and write a manifesto but I digress. Firstly I'm color blind and I can see that this is not black, it's red, and when they can't even get the color right you know you are in trouble. However if you place this in a dark room it darkens like all things placed in a dark room and given it's tinker toy like construction might I highly recommend a dark room and Styrofoam books. Secondly it's not made of wood it is made of MDF (medium density fiberboard aka crap) which is wood in the same way a drag queen is a woman, it is given the appearance of wood by a veneer which is fancy talk for a sticker with wood designs on it. Yes, high quality indeed. Next much like a middle aged man with a fake tan and a Corvette it's hardware is simply too short to be of any real use, the fun part of this is it gives the shelf an air of excitement similar to that of crossing a 100 plus year old rope bridge that leaves you wondering...is it going to hold the weight or collapse. The suspense would be entertaining if it hadn't A) cost me $[censored] and B) wasn't holding my $[censored] Blu-Ray player.

The assembly is nightmarish and I am a person who is reasonably handy. Now let me clarify the steps themselves aren't difficult but step 1 should really be the last step and you will have much fun with the all too short hardware as mentioned above. Of particular joy was the fun of trying to drill the two center pieces that hold the shelves in since; one, MDF (crap) is prone to splintering and two, veneer really highlights any flaws it makes trying to drive ¼ screws into "wood" that was barely an inch thick a real treat. I especially enjoyed the part where my left arm went numb and the vein in my eye burst leaving me blind and with alight slur to my speech for several days. Good times! Now as part of the assembly you are given some trim to hide the poor construction and all of the ugly parts, using my drag queen metaphor think of this as the scarf to hide the Adam's apple, this trim will drive you beyond the point of insanity. It continually pops off, due to the short hardware, and is very difficult to get on straight which again with the wonder of MDF and veneer your assembly ineptitude and poor construction is highlighted as sort of a scarlet letter that sort of screams "hey look at me I'm cheap furniture!" Once you have dealt with the trim and decided life truly has no meaning you will be confronted by the back covering which at least gets credit for a semblance of honesty. See the back has abandoned any pretense of being wood and is honest to god cardboard with a front side covered with the wood sticker veneer. I, who at this point had moved to an Apocalypse Now level of insanity, decided I would not stoop to putting cardboard on my furniture and maintain what little dignity I had remaining but the problem with that is the cardboard holds the adjustable shelves in place and is the only thing that keeps them from sliding out of the back so pick your poison, your dignity or shelves on the floor? Speaking of the adjustable shelves, they rest on tiny plug in things and are not secured at all this again adds to the rope bridge suspense factor I mentioned earlier.

Here is the synopsis combined with a diatribe about our low expectations. Many people say "you get what you pay for" but the fact is that the price of this shelf is nothing to sneeze at, this is a crisis of our being conditioned to expect poor quality. In 1983 my ex-girlfriend's mother bought a 1,400 square foot brick house on 3.75 acres of property for $43,000 I don't think I'm asking for much to get something made of actual wood (one of the most plentiful supplies on Earth) for the price I paid (they censor dollar amounts I'm not being purposely coy) a mere 25 years later. As consumers we have choice and while some people's reviews on here are shrugging 4 star "it is what it is" type reviews I'm asking that we start demanding quality not just in furniture but in all products, break this cycle of being conditioned to get hosed out of our money and save your money for something better than this. There are great craftsman and builders everywhere (in your own neighborhood even) who could build you something from real wood for a marginally higher price that could be an heirloom piece of furniture you could pass down to your kids when they go to college. This thing likely won't make it a year. As much as I loathe this horrible shelf it inspired me to demand better and I am now building a book case (told you I was handy) that is 72 wide by 38 high and is made of solid 2x12's and the real wood for this enormous shelf only cost me 1/3 the price of this shelf at Home Depot plus nail gun rental, 1/2 gallon of black paint, and a few dollars of sand paper. So for about 2/3 what I paid for this insult to American craftsmanship and a few hours of my weekend I am getting something that not only can I be proud of but something of great quality that is still going to be standing strong 25 years from now. Sorry to get sort of serious and manifesto-like here in this last paragraph but I guess I just miss not only getting but expecting quality for my hard earned money.

Luckily, I bought this shelf at Big Lots for ninety-nine dollars. It is worth approximately two dollars and forty-five cents. The shelves don't line up correctly and there is a half-inch gap between pieces that are supposed to fit flush together.

Awful awful awful. Do not waste your money...go get something from Sauder instead their stuff is always well packed and goes together as it should.

This is without question the worst shelve ever. I put a lot of effort in putting this thing together but it was falling apart as I was trying to stand it up. I originally bought it to store my kids items, but this nightmare wouldnt last two seconds. I agree with the other buyer that quality is very hard to find these days. I even went to pottery barn which is known for quality only to find that their wood is also man made. Manufactures want to keep prices down but I would rather buy an item that will last years not months.

This shelf was a waste of money. MDF that stripped out when you put screws in it. The bottom face plate (decoratvie) falls off. The shelves are not lined up properly with the adjustment holes. The entire shelf looks as if it sags in the middle ...OH wait...that's because it does. I wish I could box the entire thing up and get my money back. It's crooked, saggy and falling apart.

Yep.. directions were terrible. It doesn't tell you what is front vs. back, so you need to be cautious about the lacquered side. We had to take it completely apart after we realized we were doing it wrong. Also, we got our end piece without being pre-drilled. So, the top isn't drilled down on one side. I've uploaded pictures depicting the missing drill points on the part. I would recommend not buying this product.

This product arrived when on time. The packaging was not damaged, but the item was. The top came with a scratch in the corner. The drawers were both broken where the sliders connect on. I had to glue them together to put the drawers together. If I would have known how easily some of the components could be broken I would have bought a comparable item at a local store.

I opened the box and 2 pieces were broken then as i tried to still put it together i noticed it didnt have holes drilled where the instructions indicated which made it impossible to put together. i didnt read the reviews before I bought it...

I will say this, the return policy looks super simple.. I clicked return item in my amazon account and it spit out a prepaid return label and even gave the option to have it picked up at my residence! In addtion amazon says they will refund my purchase within 2 days of recieving the returned item!! Thats a really amazing return policy especially for an online store.. Im shipping it back tommorrow so we will see how the return goes...

The style is everything I had hoped for and was easy to assemble. Even though the product was packaged very well, one of the drawer sides came broken, snapped in half along the drawer slide. (And a couple of minor dinks on the edges which I touched up with a black sharpie.) Very lightweight, flimsy-feeling wood for the drawers. I glued it together myself, but doubt the drawer will hold weight without breaking again. The product is cheap. YOU MUST BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE VENEER! It will peel off with no effort, literally paper thin. The slides on the cabinet on one side were off. The drawer rubbed the body once in. I had to move the slide, fill in old screw holes and drill new ones for screws. I also ordered end tables, but it's been three months with no sign of them becoming available. If they never do, I'll never have a matching set. Would only recommend for single, or gentle adults. Doubt very much it would hold up at all to children or college students.

This is a very attractive entertainment center. It assembles easily enough (though not without some confusion; more on that below), and the drawers have a good depth to them and slide easily. The open areas of the unit are adequate if you don't have too many devices: it fits our receiver on one side and our Blu-Ray and Tivo HD stacked on the other, which fortunately is all we need it to hold. The hole in back for the cords is small, but it worked fine -just needed some Twister-level contortioning to get the devices connected and cables arranged.

Be careful putting it together: several pieces look like they could go one way or another, but there is definitely a right and wrong way to put it together, and the diagrams are not precise enough. Maybe I missed something, but I ended up putting it together backwards. Fortunately I was able to disassemble and reassemble it correctly without really damaging it.

Intended use: rolling storage cart for large kitchen appliances that I used to keep in a garage cabinet and haul out when needed (not in daily use). Some of these appliances are heavy (15# food processor) so I want to wheel them to the kitchen. Cart's small footprint (20"x 24") fits into a more accessible, unused, unshelved half of a pantry (sliding doors) in the kitchen. The cart is so attractive, that I considered leaving it in full view at the end of a counter where it fits perfectly. But I prefer a non-cluttered look, so it is in the pantry as originally intended, to be rolled out when needed (rolls easily, smoothly, and quietly on tile floor).

The cart's ss top (36"h) can be used as extra counter space. As storage shelf, the top easily accomodates my Breadmaker machine as well as a 12-cup food processor and a blender--all can be used on the cart without having to transfer them to a counter if an electric outlet is accessible. The basket holds the food processor's boxed accessories and an 8" diam. waffle grill; the bottom shelf holds a huge 12 qt. ss soup kettle and a full-size mix master.

The cart is extremely sturdy: heavy-duty,"industrial strength" parts and very well-designed structurally. The ss top is 1.75" thick (not solid but looks solid) with rounded, bull-nose edges on 2 ends. Despite it's small footprint, the 3 shelves hold a lot (one is a basket that slides on side tracks--its and the bottom shelf's heights are adjustable). I measured the distances between the shelves/basket as set to hold my appliances: from bottom of cart-top to top of basket=5.5"; basket depth is 4" so basket can hold an item that is 9.5" tall and still slide out. From bottom of basket to bottom shelf=18.5"...it could be set about 1" lower=19.5". If the basket is to hold loose items that don't stick up more than 4", the basket's height could be set right up against the cart's top (like a drawer) giving more height to the bottom shelf's storage capacity.

Assembly is a snap...no tools required. You can opt to use the swivel/lockable casters (heavy-duty rubber-like composition, not flimsy plastic) or metal "leveling feet" if the cart is to remain stationary. I screwed on the casters cuz intend to roll the cart from storage closet to kitchen.

Is there anything I would have liked different re this cart's design? If I had a choice between the sliding basket or another flat shelf, I'd opt for a plain adjustable shelf which for my purposes is more versatile, i.e. 3 storage shelves. I don't use the basket to hold loose items though others might prefer it for just such a use and say it makes the cart more versatile. I almost considered the basket a deal-breaker, but everything else about it--especially size--swayed me to go for it. As it is, the basket works fine for me, so my even mentioning this is unequivocally purely personal preference.

Finally, if you like a contemporary look, this elegant cart won't disappoint.

I had my kitchen redesigned and had it moved into a bigger room. Kitchen designer and contractor both insistent that I put in an island. I didn't want one as the room wasn't THAT big and having an island takes all that space in the middle would make the left over side much too small for seating. I told them that eventually I'd buy a moving cart with a stainless steel top to match my s.s. counters (they also recommended against those). My decent sized, but not huge cart is fantastic. I can move it out of the way, out of the room, use it right next to my counter with the commercial sized mixer on top where it's out and convenient to use, store ingredients and/or measuring materials/bowls or whatever I need on the shelves. It fills 100% of my needs, it was easy to assemble (no tools), wheels sturdy, moves easily even when loaded down, two shelves are convenient and accessible, and being s.s. super easy to clean and keep looking beautifully w/o any extra care. Could I have bought it cheaper? perhaps, but I am super delighted with my purchase.

I recently converted my home kitchen for the baking part of my catering business. I have used this table this week in the process of making 700 cupcakes for girl scouts. It is the perfect size to hold four dozen cupcakes on trays for the icing and decorating process. Having it on wheels makes it so very handy for so many different things. The basket underneath holds my tools within efficient reach. I'm already thinking about buying a couple more just like it! I do wish it were just a tad heavier to hold up under constant use over time. Overall, it is great.

With most of the stainless kitchen carts I looked at costing upwards of $250, this one seemed too good to be true, but since I was looking for something to use on our patio as counter space next to a grill, I didn't want to to spend too much money. This one proved to be perfect, at least so far.

Easy to assemble, it feels solid and rolls smoothly and easily. The top is heavy duty enough to feel like it wills stand up to (covered, protected) outdoor use and the entire surface is large enough to feel useful, yet not overly obtrusive.

Honestly, for the price, I couldn't be more impressed. We will see how it holds up.

Sauder Homeplus Base Cabinet - Sienna Oak

We bought two of these cabinets as added storage in our kitchen. They fit perfectly side by side in the alcove we have and are good value for the money. The shipment was delayed, but the seller was very quick to let us know that this was going to happen, so rather than start over we decided to wait the extra week. Both cabinets arrived with extra packaging to protect the corners and sides, but despite this, one of the panels (A) was dented and scratched, although not significantly enough for us to return the item. In addition to the damage on panel A, there was also damage to one of the Twist-lock fasteners. The plastic coating was pushed up on one side and this made it very hard to insert in the required hole. We fixed it with pliers. The doors on the second cabinet were much harder to adjust than the first cabinet, and they still aren't perfect, although we decided that since we won't be opening and shutting these every day, it will do for our needs. The cardboard back is standard for this type of cabinet. The instructions are very well written, and thorough, and we took our time to assemble each cabinet (1.5 hrs for each). Overall, they will suit the purpose they are intended for and so we consider these a good buy.

Not really much to say about this cabinet it is sturdy and functional, and the hinges allow easy adjustment to align the doors just right. I use this as a liquor cabinet and there is plenty of height on both shelves for large bottles.

Well made...pretty easy to put together. A little harder to center and place on wall. Some difficulty due to non-pre-drilled holes and no screws included. The shelf looks and works great!

I purchased this cubbie for one of my cottage bedrooms at the lake. This bedroom is small in size and has no closet for clothes storage. This cubbie has worked beautifully as my kids now have hooks to hang up some of their clothes and storage bins to store hats, cameras, sun glasses, sun tan lotion, etc...It looks great and I am very pleased with it. It was easy to assemble, however my husband had to drill new holes for the hooks as the original holes were slightly off and the hooks were on an angle, not straight.

I received my shelf box yesterday and it only took about 30 minutes to build and 10 minutes to mount. I found it very easy to the follow instructions once I matched up the pieces to the diagram in the box. The key is NOT over tightening the connectors. Just follow the instructions (half turn only) and you will be fine. I recommend waiting to attach the coat hooks until AFTER it is mounted. It makes building and lifting it into place, much more comfortable. Be sure to mount the hanging bar with 3" drywall screws and use a level along the top to ensure it hangs properly. You will get best results by pre-drilling the mounting holes prior to final mounting. While there will be a 1" gap between the bottom shelf and the mounting bar, it wasn't a big deal to me since once you put something in the cubby, you can't see it anyway. It is PERFECT for my 9 and 12 yr old sons who can't seem to get their coats to stay on regular hangers!

It does seem to be made of a particle board of some sort, but nothing that you notice when its assembled, it is very heavy and large, chech the dementions, I love it though, its great.
