I actually have these organizers on a book shelf in my office that is immediately behind my desk. I am a tech guy and have an unwieldy assortment of stuff...these are great for organizing all the cables and gizmos. Disappointing was having to work out a credit with Amazon because I was short shipped. Don't know whether it was Amazon or the manufacturer, but it was something that Amazon should have noticed in any case. I would give 5 stars, but the design is aimed more at strength and the interior space of the units are compromised as a result.

These are the "economy" line from a major bin manufacturer. However, the quality is still very good. They have a very positive lock when they stack and feel very well made. When stacked, each bin will sit slightly in front of behind the one below it, depending on which holes you align the feet.

My closet is beautiful and organized. I put the large Easy Track closet organizer on each 8'wall with 2 drawers and shelves. The whole thing rests on a horizontal metal strip so you do have to be careful not to overload it. I found this out the hard way, but I had seriously overloaded. With just all of my clothes, shoes, purses, etc. it is fine, but I had stacked some books and photo frames on a shelf and the whole side pulled out of the wall. It was easy to fix and I added legs on the center section just to be sure. Since then, no problems!

Great match for my existing cherry laminate shelves. well made, arrived in a heavy duty box and on time. Woulkd buy again from this company.

I got 2 of these and love them. I put large German beer mugs on them and it fits perfect. It was hard to find ones that had a big enough platform to fit a 4-5 inch wide mug. But these are perfect.

These are beautiful. We ordered two for our focal wall. They are constructed very well and look so much better than the pictures above. Only one suggestion; the standard screws aren't very heavy duty. If you're drilling into studs, I suggest picking up your own. Even after adjusting my torque settings on my drill, I still managed to break off two. Buy your own ahead of time. Other than that, these are amazing!

This product is a reasonably sturdy hanging storage system that is not too hard to install. The construction is vinyl coated wire baskets/shelves and vertical supports. The shelves are strong enough to support canned goods with minimal flexing. The one drawback I found was that the spacing of rungs on the ladder style vertical supports is too close to allow easy insertion of the shelves. I was able to install them but it required some amount of force and twisting. Also, to prevent any movement when the door is opened/closed, the plastic clips for the sides must be installed with screws not the adhesive pads supplied with the product. I used plastic anchors drilled into the hollow core door. This does mean that the door will have holes if the unit is removed.

Bought this for my small pantry that desperately needed some space. There are no measurements on the description, but it measures 17 inches across. My pantry door is narrow (18 in) so it just barely fit-we used the wall mounting hardware that came with it to prevent flopping back and forth, and mounted the bottom half under the doorknob (as the door is too narrow to have the whole unit hanging. Cleared up quite a bit of space in the pantry that was formerly overflowing. I love inside-the-door storage and this was a great solution!

Bought this to fit on our small pantry door for more storage. Assmebly was easy and we did use screws to mount it to the door. The racks do bend/flex a little when cans or heavier items are placed in them but doesn't seem like they will break. Had to bend the outside frame .5 of an inch to fit around the door handle (again, the pantry is small). If I had a normal sized pantry (regular door size) I think I'd look for a wider rack for more storage. This rack was just a tiny bit larger than needed for our small pantry but with some modifications it fit fine, however I think I'd find it on the small end (width wise) for a normal to large size pantry.

I've only had this a few days. It holds a pretty decent amount of extra stuff, and installation was easy as can be. I would encourage anyone installing this to use screws to securely keep this mounted to the back of the door. I used smaller screws because the ones that came with it seemed to be a little too long for my door. I was afraid they would go through the other side. Another good thing about this are the items stored on it are very visible and easy to gain access. There was stuff in our pantry that we would never bother to use because it was too hard to find. Seems sturdy enough and overall a very good buy.

This is a great little kitchen hardwood cart. The price can't be beat for such high quality. I ordered this item and it arrived super fast, in excellent packaging and with the most complete instructions for assembling something that I have ever seen. Leisurely taking my time, the cart was very easily assembled in 1.5 hours... someone who was moving quickly could likely get it assembled in 30 45 minutes. Again, with the great instructions, I think even an untrained chimp would be able to easily assemble this cart :-)

The Cart is made of wood, which is a big plus. I bought the Cart to put in my kitchen to blend with a Oak Shelf Unit. It doesn't blend. The Cart has two different wood shades instead of all one color. It is also very rough. The finish should have been sanded to a smooth finish, but it is not. It's not what I expected.

Four stars for decent quality and moderately easy assembly. I spent a tad over one hour assembling the unit with only minor difficulty in interpreting the drawings. We store cookbooks in the cabinet and drawer, and have a large (ancient) microwave on top. The unit is solid, sturdy, and works very well for us. I consider it a good value for the price.

Stork Craft Heather Dressing Table with Drawer

I should have known something was terribly wrong when it shipped to me in a box marked "Chang Table". Yep, in huge letters, it says Chang Table. There's not even a space for an 'e' that might have been stripped off.

I saw the other poor reviews on the product, but I had experienced very good luck with other StorkCraft products, including the Stork Craft Tuscany 4-in-1 Stages Crib, Cognacand Stork Craft Beatrice Combo Tower Chest, Oak. So I guess I hoped for the best. The table arrived quickly and the box seemed to be in good condition.

When we opened the box, there were several pieces that had deep gouges (deep enough that large chips of wood were missing, not just scratches) and the entire thing was very, very flimsy. I didn't expect it to be heirloom furniture, you get what you pay for. But I did expect to feel comfortable putting a baby on top of it for a while. There's no way I'm going to put my baby on this contraption. The shelving is incredibly thin cardboard (much thinner than the composite board used on other pieces of StorkCraft furniture)and the runners for the drawer were both bent. There is a changing pad that comes with it, but I can't say I'd ever use itfeels like a blanket wrapped up in a Hefty bag.

Assembly was the typical StorkCraft experienceyou need to go slowly and study the photosthere's barely anything written out for directions. The cardboard did not fit correctly into two of the shelves, and I don't feel confident it would hold any weight. We did eventually get it together, hiding the chipped pieces as best as possible. The drawer would not fit into the space left for it, and we ended up chipping the front legs of the table just trying to get it to close. It never did close all the wayit left about a 2 inch gap between the front of the drawer and the table. Then the drawer got stuck in therewould not come out and would not go all the way in. My husband had to use a good amount of force to get the drawer pulled out, and when it finally rolled back it broke into about 5 pieces.

I am honestly appalled at the quality of this piece. StorkCraft should be ashamed to sell it. I also wonder if this particular bit of furniture is outsourced to another factory, because their other furniture has been just fine. Please, do not buy this table. Spend a little bit more on something else, or just buy another brand's cheaper table. This is absolutely the worst thing I've ever bought on Amazon, and the first negative review I've ever had to write. Stay far, far away from this "Chang Table".

Sent product with missing parts. After 3/4 way complete realized they were missing. Called manufacturer who sent the parts 10 days later only to realize they also sent the wrong parts again. I think the product changed with assembly, but they still provided old product directions. After all said and done, the drawer sticks and is very difficult to open with one hand because of length. Had to cut my own hole for safety belt because they shipped wrong part, and is not has sturdy as I like. I purchased all stork craft for my nursery and all were great but this one. It must be made at a factory that is unable to perform quality work.

This review is based on my experience assembling the changing table over the weekend. The baby hasn't arrived yet, so I can't comment on its usefulness as a changing table.

I love the overall look of the table, but the package arrived somewhat damaged and with missing pieces. At least three wooden pieces had deep, visible gauges on them. One of the pre-drilled screw holes was stripped, so that the plastic cam bolts that came with it could not be driven in. Also, when some of the screws are made of plastic, it increases the chances that you will accidentally damage them while you try to force them into a reluctant hole.

Missing parts and damage I can understand, but I wasn't pleased with the customer service. The box ships with a slip of paper that gives you a number to call to order replacement parts. It does not tell you what information you will need to give the operator. I'm a working guy, so obviously I was putting this furniture together on the weekend. I call the parts department, and they are only open Monday to Friday. Why they wouldn't have weekend hours when 95% of their customers are going to be assembling furniture then, I can't imagine. I was frustrated, but I wrote down all the part numbers that I needed, and took the packing slip with me to work. I called from work and waited on hold for 15 minutes without any indication of what the waiting time would be. The person who answered the phone asked for a bunch of information, including the "country and date of manufacture", which were nowhere to be found on the materials I'd brought with me. Nor could the operator give me specific information about where to find them, other than "on the package." Hopefully, when I get home it will be obvious. I'm glad I haven't thrown away the box yet.

Anyway, this process would have been much more user friendly if they kept weekend hours and gave specific directions on the slip with the phone number about what was required to make a parts order. Their existing process seems thoughtless and sloppy to me.

While you get what you pay for, this isn't even worth its low price. The changing pad is worthless -incredibly thin and cheap. Not a deal breaker given that we purchased a nice one. The overall construction is terrible. We have the matching Stork Craft crib and it is significantly higher quality wood and overall construction and it is barely an acceptable level.

The biggest flaw in this product are the "panels" that make the shelves and the changing area. It is no stronger than a piece cardboard from a nice box. Sure "metal" support straps are provided for additional support, but if your child ways more than 15lbs I would HIGHLY recommend going to Home Depot/Lowe's and getting a few pieces of 1/4in plywood to beef up the support or odds are you will break the boards. To make matters worse, you are supposed to have one of the panels with notches in it to pull the straps through for safety during changing. None of the slats have notches so I've already had to create my own in order to put the product together correctly.

Overall, this table is junk. Looks good, but is junk. Don't waste your time or money. Spend the extra $50-$100 to get something better or be prepared to rig things to make it sturdy enough to handle what you are buying it for.

This changing table may look good, but it is anything but! The wood came damaged in some areas. The hardware that was sent with the package broke when trying to screw it in. The drawer does not have a support underneath it, so our drawer will not be useable at all. Also, with the drawer, my husband had to drill 6 screws in from the outside just to make it stay in place, it looks horrible. We are not happy with the end results at all. We wasted over $100 and it wouldn't even be worth it to take it apart and send it back. We are not even sure if we will be using this at all.

Quality is excellent with heavy gauge steel that is 3x the weight of the roll out rack it replaced. Not evident in the photo but there are two "U" shaped bars that support the weight of the two rolling shelves and a rear "U" bracket that is attached to the back of the cabinet. Very sturdy design which includes a double set of steel ball bearings to support the weight.

Directions in both English and Spanish and very well done and easy to follow. The only minor gotcha in the directions was not mentioning that the two roller slides are identical so on one side the release lever needs to be lifted up and the one on the opposite side needs to be pressed down. The instructions say to press both releases at the same time and I took this as meaning in the same direction.

All the screws needed to assemble the unit and to attach it inside a cabinet are included. Oddly enough this is often not the case with most items like this.

My husband and I have purchased several difference size and configurations of shelves from Rev-a-Shelf. Each time, they are exceptionally easy to put together and fairly easy to install. Neither of us could be considered "handy" and we have both put together and installed these products with ease. The quality of the product itself is also exceptional. They can be somewhat pricy, but well worth every penny when you consider how much weight they will hold and still work well!

Sauder Edge Water Entertainment Credenza, Estate Black

We like this entertainment stand. We like the height for our 60" Samsung TV on the top.

The only drawback we found was the depth of the compartments is a little tight. We've had to leave the doors off so far to fit our receiver and HTPC. We could also cut a hole in the back or leave it off, but that's not what we've done so far...

Inner width of each of the three compartments: 17.5 inches.

Inner depth of each of the shelves: 15.5 inches.

We bought this TV stand because we really liked the looks and dark finish. This has a straight black finish, without any significant wood grain. Others we saw were either a lighter color or a "distressed" finish that while nice looking, had variations in the color. We also liked having the drawer and the plain glass doors that are easy to see components through. It's quite functional and versatile for many tv sizes. Assembly was pretty easy and the finished product is sturdy and offers a fair amount of flexibility. The limited shelf heights and lack of adequate venting behind the glass doors are two areas of improvement. The cord hole in the top of the unit is functional if you place your tv on the stand, but might be an eyesore if you plan to wall-mount the tv.

Functionality:

The biggest drawback for us was that the shelves, when you use all three are too small for DVD cases when standing vertically. You can arrange the shelves to use two of them to hold blu rays, but the third will still be too small. The shelf holes don't extend all the way down to the floor of the unit, which also limits how low you can put the bottom shelf.

Otherwise, It's a nice, seemingly durable unit that looks great with flat screens. It's a nice height which keeps it from being too low, but doesn't make you crane your neck like sitting in the front row of a movie theater.

The table-top has a single hole in the center, near the rear (wall) side of it to allow for cords from the top to go into the top-center shelf space. The hold makes use of a typical grommet and cap for finishing off the look and keeping cords organized. If you're planning to wall-mount your tv, be aware that this hole/grommet will be visible on the top of the unit!

That center shelf space also has a hole in the rear wall of the unit. So do each of the other shelf spaces. They are fairly small in diameter about 1.5", and the shelves sit against the rear wall. You could probably cheat the shelves about 1/4" for very thin wires, but you won't be running component cables, multiple hdmi, etc behind the shelves. Otherwise, the shelves will either hit the glass door or be further out than the face of the unit. With the small holes in the rear and shelves that fit tight against the rear, there's not a whole lot of air flow or venting for hot components. You may want to cut your own larger vents for use with components that generate a lot of heat.

The front edge of the table-top is nicely rounded (except the side corners), which make it nice for toddlers and it also helps prevent the veneer from being obvious on that top-front. This added to the visual appeal for me. The drawer has faux-maple wood on the inside, including a textured faux woodgrain bottom.

Lastly, this unit is too low to the ground to fit a power strip underneath it. We have a power strip with two rows of outlets, which many home-theater strips do, and once you plug your cords into it, they are too high to fit underneath. The unit is so low, you can stand the strip on its side, either. If your outlets are behind the unit, you'll want power strips that have the flat-profile plug unless you don't plan on putting the unit a couple inches out from the wall.

Damage:

Ours had 1 scratched shelf (so I just put the scratch on the bottom so it isn't seen) and the long bottom molding does have some damage that I'm going to call Sauder for a replacement.

Assembly:

This was one of the easiest units to put together. No glue, dowels, or misaligned holes. It's a combination of the typical cam-locks as well as a new type of cam lock that doesn't use the metal peg in the adjoining piece of wood. Instead, the hole for the cam is cut all the way through the edge of the main piece and the cam itself has a peg attached to it. The peg goes into the hole of the adjoining piece and when the cam is turned, it forces a sleeve on the peg to expand and pull the two pieces together. You do have to hold the two pieces tight together when doing this, so that's the down side, but the upside is that it's less hardware and less screwing things into place. Overall one of the easier pieces to assemble with fairly clear directions including tips on where the finished edges should be pointing.

The unit also has two supports under the center of the unit, directly below the vertical pieces of wood that separate the shelf bays. A note on these: there is a piece of wood you attach the bottom of the unit for each support leg. Then you have to hammer the plastic support foot into the hole of the wood spacer. Be sure to hammer it in all the way.

Aligning the doors can be a bit tricky, but it's the standard adjustable hinge, so no real surprises. The drawer is also easy to put together and they use a clip and nail to hold the bottom panel in place.

The backing easy to put on upside down, which I did and didn't notice until I had 40+ nails into it. Visually, this didn't make any difference, but my vent holes are in all the wrong places. I was able to use a couple, but for some shelves I'll have to cut my own now.

One last tip, front trim easy to leave visible unfinished edges showing if you're not careful. This piece attaches with plastic L-brackets. Do your best on lining them up to the edge of the wood as the instructions show, but you want the top of the molding to be just a hair or two higher than the bottom piece of wood since it's an unfinished edge. Work from one side to the other. Once everything is attached, slightly loosen the screw that attaches to the main unit (not the one that goes into the molding). Doing one screw at a time, loosen, push the molding very tight against the main unit, then tighten down the screw again. This gets you a nice, tight seam between the two pieces.

Conclusion:

Very nice piece of put-together furniture. Average materials, above average looks, and below-average difficulty to assemble. It's not perfect, but pretty close.

Item was delivered one day early but to my next door neighbors house in error.

Box was well protected with additional card board on outside and Styrofoam on the inside.

All of the parts were in the box, however, the top piece had a minor dent/damage about the size of 1/2 inch wide by 2 inched long.

Instruction manual was easy to read and understand. Took about 1.5 hours.

The reason for 3 stars is because there are 2 support blocks that have to be installed underneath the unit. If you do not, the entire piece will sag under the weight of the TV. The problem was they were too large and caused the stand to "bow" in the middle, thus the unit was not stable. I had to use a dremel kit to cut off about 3/8 of each to get it sturdy. Even after that, I had to use shims on one side to level the unit.

It is particle board and does look good with my Samsung 64" plasma. But for $229.00, it does what I need it to do.
