I bought this item for my home office. I have had it for several months. The shelf support pins are made of cheap plastic and break when you place books on the shelf. This has happened several times. I called the company and they sent me a whole new set of pins. I have tried to find some metal ones without any success. They are an odd size 5.95 mm or 15/64 inch. This makes the selfs useless for holding books.
This bookcase dimension was perfect for my kid's room along with a black and white desk.Thinking of buying another one to put them together. The quality of this product was excellent and it only took around 20 minutes to assemble all the pieces. 16.8 X 13.8 X 87.2 is a good size but if it were available in the size of 20 X 16 X 80 then I would've been far more satisfied. Delivery from Amazon was very fast.Replaced order on 8/12/12 and got 8/15/12 without any damages.

Be sure to open as soon as you receive your shipment. We did not as it was a pre purchase for a remodel to be used in our closet organizer and when we finally opened to assemble there was some small damages. Thankfully as a closet shelf it won't be noticeable.

I got this delivered a few days ago and will say that it looks good, but was very difficult to put together. I ended up having to go to a hardware store and buy some of my own screws because the ones that came with the unit broke during the building (fortunately none of the wood was damaged in the process). Also, the glass top didn't fit in place once the stand was put together. I ended up having to take some of the screws completely out in order to get the glass in place and then put the screws back in and was unable to tighten them all the way. Arrived in great shape. Packing was very good and putting together took me about 1 hour and instructions were easy to follow with all parts included. Unit really looks beautiful because of the curved wooden arch and the tempered glass. It is perfect. For my 70 inch tv which looks gat on this unit. Good value for price with this purchase and great looks too.
I ordered 3 of them and they were easy to install except the 1 shelf bracket was put together backwards. It was rivoted together so we had to cut the rivots and attach it to the other side with bolts in order to install it. I would have returned it for an exchange but we wanted to get them installed that day and it wasn't that difficult to fix. I just think for the price we paid, they should have been made correctly. That being said though, the shelves themselves are beautiful and the bracket is very heavy duty and I would have given it 5 stars if it wouldn't have been for the one that was assembled incorrectly.
We use a lot of spices, and even make some of our own, so we usually have a lot of spice jars. After years of knocking over spice jars we decided to put spice shelves on the cabinet door. These fit on our cabinet door perfectly and look good too.

These are great!! I purchased 7 of these and mounted them to the inside of my pantry door. It brought style, uniformity and functionality to my array of spices. My only complaint is that the screws are too long. To solve this we gorrilla glued a 1/4" piece of wood into the back of the cabinet, stained it and then used the screws to go into that piece of wood. We also added washers and then used more gorrilla glue to secure the screws permanently. We have a small kitchen so this was a really great buy to help keep us organized. I love it! Worth the extra attention to make it work!
The product adds a shelf to any tackable (you can put a thumb tack in it) cubicle wall. Good for getting your knick knacks off the desk. The shelf is supported by five pronged supports, like the prongs on the tackable wall clips. Mine was shipped without the supports, but the distributor immediately sent replacements. The black metal mesh design is similar to and will match other black metal mesh items. The lip is a little over an inch tall, so picture frames migh not be clearly seen, but makes it good for holding loose items. It holds a reasonable amount of weight, can hold a little bit better if placed at the bottom edge of cubicle panel and less weight when placed in the middle of the panel, depending on how the panel is constructed. Be aware of the measurements and plan your placement before purchasing.
Absolutely love this roll out shelving unit~! It is a heavy duty shelf, able to accommodate bulky appliances such as a food processor, was super easy to install, looks great and has greatly simplified my life. No more standing on my head to reach items in the back of my lower cabinet~!!! Not to mention, the price was extremely reasonable compared to buying off the shelf @ Lowe's and there were more size options available. I bought one other and intend to buy one more~!
This is a beautiful unit. My only problem was in lifting it once I had it assembled. It is SOLID and very heavy. The directions are clear and all the pre-drilled holes are in the right places. Highly recommended.

I took three week for this company to ship it and once it arrived, I felt that I was stuck with it. The wood, although nice and strudy was warped. Once I got it fully assembled, I noticed that is was not squared and could not hold the weight of my 35 inch Zeinth TV. Also note that the shelves are useless...nothing can fit on them but old VHS tapes.
I bought this from a local stores website after seeing it on Amazon and other places online. It is a very attractive piece, seems well made. One caution is that the spaces for the AV electronics is pretty small. I was able to fit a blue ray and satellite box easily enough, but when I tried to fit my AV Amp in ther (Yamaha 5.1 type) It just barely fits from a height standpoint(concerns about overheating) and it doesn't fit the depth. The stand is only about 13" deep in the electronics shelf and most amps are 13-17" so be careful and measure your AV boxes before ordering!
I was so happy when this arrived after staring at my disorganized pile of wraps for too long... until I discovered that it did not fit anywhere in my kitchen. I believe I have standard sized cabinets & shelves, so didn't expect this problem--it only fits on shelves about 1/2 inch thick, and can't fit into a cabinet either as it's too long and the doors won't close. I finally found a random shelf in my pantry where it fit so at least I got to use it, but would have saved myself a headache if I had known about the shelving measurements. It holds standard sized wraps well, though too short for parchment paper sizes.
