I hate this book case. The screws wont fit in and the holes are placed at least one mm away from a comfortable fit. Metal which means it will hurt you in the edges if you are not careful. And what more is that it arrived with not enough screws. I only realized it after I painstakingly assembled 90% of it together. Totally sucks. Honestly if there was a zero star rating, I will not hesitate to give it to this one.

We ordered this book case, thinking it was wood, but it was metal. However, it looks so good, one cannot tell it is metal unless one touches it.

My husband proceeded to put the book case together and broke a connector to one of the corners. We called the establishment that shipped this product and they mailed to us FREE OF CHARGE the part my husband had broken. Now, that is really good relations with customers, great customer service and I was sooooo impressed, that I will definitely look to this company in the future for any furniture. They went beyond the call of duty.

It is cheaply made not as nice as the photo on Amazon, you definitely get what you paid for. My Island came with distorted parts with paint chips on the wood. Unless you are planning on putting it against a wall, I would not recommend to use as an Island since the back is horrible with screws & wood imperfections clearly visible. I actually had to cover the back with matching sheet metal to cover the imperfections of the wood and the screws. Keep in mind the dimension includes the length of the paper towel bar. Therefore, the actual work surface of the top is only 37 inches. I would not buy this Island again even at half the price what I paid for on Amazon. I never write reviews but I felt I had to share my unhappiness.

I thought this cart looked really nice, but when I got it and it took my brother hours to put it together it wasn't as nice as I thought it was. The stainlesss steel top had some dents in it and the top drawer need to be on gliders. The color is nice, but would not buy again.

Be warned this cart is the worst product I have bought to date. To begin with, color is a weird kinda solid plastic looking brown not actual Espresso wood grain color. Such poor construction I had to glue entire cart together with gorilla glue to add stability, and no parts fit correctly. One of the vital pieces was completely wrong and had to be modified to get it to work. I bought a small cart, from another company, also that is 10 times better in both construction, quality, and looks for about the same price. Apply your $200 to something nicer, because you will eventually give up and throw this away as it is just ugly and very cheap looking!!! I would have saved myself much time and heartache if I would have just set the money on fire!!! If a picture tells a 1000 words then this picture is 1000 lies, because it doesnt come anywhere close to the photo in person!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NOT BUY THIS CART PERIOD YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!

It does take about 2 hours to put together but sooooooo worth it! You need2 people but only for 5 minutes! Battery operated screwdriver helps! It may just have been bad luck on our part, but this cart was a lemon. It arrived quickly from the vendor, but was scratched (possibly in transit). I had bought it for my daughter, who decided she could live with the scratch, but then found that it didn't fit together properly when she tried to assemble it. I will say that the company made good on it immediately, so there is no complaint about the customer service -just that the product was not a good investment.

I just moved to a new house and the new bathroom counter is a lot smaller than what I used to have. There are also less drawers so I had to lay everything out on the counter. I hate having bottles all scattered around so I started looking for a two/three-tier corner organizer. All the ones I came across are either too big, too expensive or made with cheap plastic. This one fits perfectly in the smaller little corner and my budget. You can see the dimension of the storage space in the picture I took. Even though it's smaller than other organizers, I was able to fit a lot of stuff on it. It seems study enough so I'm hoping the top rack won't fall down later. I'll update my review it does. I also love that the design is very simple, but still stylist, and the wood color matches my cabinets.

This little shelf is very sturdy and perfect for the awkward corner on our vanity. The design is clean and neutral which made it an easy choice!

The unit looks great and is all I expected, but mine was missing two pieces. There were similarly shaped pieces in their place, but they weren't the right ones (3 of the right side of a drawer and one of the left, for example). With some creative drilling and gluing, I managed to get the whole thing put together, but in the process I may have damaged the wood in some parts. I don't mind a voided warranty, but be advised if you do. This product comes with a letter that tells you to check for all parts before you start putting it together, and I admit I didn't-It was never a problem in the past for me. I probably can't use the right drawer that I had to rig together, but I didn't really know what I would put in the drawers anyway. Otherwise, its a solid, sturdy piece and holds my 46-inch TV quite well.

The materials used in this product appear to be good. I say appear, as upon opening of the box, the posts on each of the 2 side panels were completely broken off. I will apply for a refund.

The first thing you notice when unpacking this TV stand is the quality. It oozes out from every "pore." The wood is wrapped well and has a lovely finish; the glass is well-protected and looks bullet-proof. Putting it together was easy, but I did need a buddy to help get the glass in place.

Only main issue I have with this is it is a huge dust magnet! But that's what you get with black smoked glass! Just plan on dusting it often, or live with the dust build-up.

I got this delivered a few days ago and will say that it looks good, but was very difficult to put together. I ended up having to go to a hardware store and buy some of my own screws because the ones that came with the unit broke during the building (fortunately none of the wood was damaged in the process). Also, the glass top didn't fit in place once the stand was put together. I ended up having to take some of the screws completely out in order to get the glass in place and then put the screws back in and was unable to tighten them all the way. I do worry about having too much tension on it and that the glass might break in the future.

Most of the furniture in my house came disassembled, and we frequent Ikea and similar stores so I've spent a good amount of time building this type of furniture.

I don't know if I would recommend this stand to others... It does look good now that it's finished, but I'm concerned about its longevity with the way it all fit (or didn't fit) together.

Arrived in great shape. Packing was very good and putting together took me about 1 hour and instructions were easy to follow with all parts included. This towel rack was fine for about a year and a half, then we noticed that any towel we hung on it would stink of mildew. At first I thought it was the towels just needing a wash, but even fresh towel would stink after just a couple days. Upon closer inspection we noticed little spots of mold growing in the rack. We plan on replacing it with a metal rack.

The shelves are beautiful. But, the screws must be set into the wall at exactly the right distance. The tolerance is less than 1/16". I ended up enlarging the screw head opening on the back of the shelf and using Gorilla glue to set the anchors exactly in place as the shelf was being mounted. It was worth it. Whenever I look at the shelf I feel good about it.

I ordered this to help organize the small room I have here is Afghanistan. It looks great and works well with what I need it to do. The mounting template was 100% accurate. I didn't like the fact that Amazon would not ship this item directly to me. I had to ship it to my parents and then they had to ship it here. Also, the wall anchors are cheap and don't work. I drilled the hole in the wall and then put the anchors in and when I attempted to screw the screws into the anchors I only got an 1/8th of an inch in and then the anchors simply turned with the screws. I attempted to push a little harder and that simply pushed the wall anchor all the way into the wall because there is no stop on the ends. Get better drywall anchors and this product would be great.

While I love the way this towel bar looks in our bathroom, the mounting hardware and made mounting the rack on our wall extremely difficult to execute. The result was that it is not the strongest hold in the world we are very careful when using it. The process could have been made a lot easier by an engineer who was more of a consumer advocate. We've installed a lot of gadgets over the past 30 years, and this was by far the worst installation we've ever done. I think the manufacturer's efforts to keep the mounting hardware hidden led to our difficulties, and there has to be a better way to accomplish this goal.

This product is serving it's purpose for me. Although, the bottoms of the drawers are very flimsy and easy to break. It's good for light items, but don't store anything heavy in it, or the bottom is likely to fall out. I will say that it does look very nice, though.

This unit arrived with so much packaging protection that it took over 20 minutes to free it from wrap, hard cardboard covering, and plastic, even on the feet. So it arrived in PERFECT shape MANY things do not arrive that way anymore! I was impressed! This is just right, not too big and not too small. Fits well in my small bathroom in the corner which still leaves us with a lot of room. The drawers come out fine and are all made with wire supports. They are made to slip out with support since they are baskets. Use it for light objects (towels,tissues) and the drawers will come out easily. You wont be sorry you got this!

If I would've seen this in the store, I wouldn't have given more than $30 for it. It is very cheap looking and not sturdy at all. I have to hold it to keep it from tipping over just to pull open a drawer. So plan to get items in and out with only one hand, since the other one will be holding it upright. I'm only keeping it because it would be too much trouble to send back. Not satisfied with product at all though. Paid waaaay too much money for it!

This is a good corner shelf with decent storage at a great price. I'm using it in my office bathroom for storage and it looks quite pretty. Due to the fact that it's a corner shelf, the drawer sizes are a bit odd, so it doesn't hold a ton, but it works, well.

I purchased this as a bookcase/storage shelf for my kids' playroom. The rounded edges and lack of screws/nails required in the assembly (the 8 shelves slot together in a particular order you will need to follow the instructions!)are perfect for this purpose it is a sensible design for a house full of kids who don't look where they are going! However, I must say, until it is filled with heavy books and toys, it is quite wobbly. This is probably just a product of the design and I would be surprised if it fell without severe shaking but this feature would not make it appropriate for display of fragile ornaments/the odd book.

I did not receive any instructions in my box. And even a picture on the box might have been helpful. I could not find a website either. I was able to put it together, though, not before a small piece fell off. This, however, is not the cause of the wobble. I should have splurged for something sturdier, or even something from *gasp* Ikea. I doubt this is "wood-composite". More like paper composite. Which actually makes the material heavier than, but weaker than wood. Unfortunately, that's all you're going to get from products manufactured in China. Also, the "fabric" drawers are necessary if you want neat cubbies, but they add significantly to the cost. So, this piece will be left behind when we move. For the time being, this will do, while my daughter is not quite mobile.

I had originally purchased a few of the red bins that are made for this unit, but I didn't think I needed the unit itself. Well after a few months my 4 year old had filled all 5 bins I purchased, and I knew we needed more. 9 bins on the floor would just look messy, so I bought the unit for the bins. We have 5 red bins and 4 blue bins. He loves the shelf on the top, which is just right for his height. He has his lego sets displayed on the shelf.

My daughter needed sturdy bookcases for heavy medical books. We selected two of the tallest model of these bookcases. She was able to load the shelves with heavy books, without visible sagging at least not in four months. I liked them so well, I ordered three more for my office. I have loaded some shelves heavily, and they are fine.

I like the style. They look good for moderately priced units. The facing on the shelves give an upgraded look. The backs are not heavy material, but don't need to be, since they are generally not seen.

One feature we liked is the ability to order this bookcase in the tall height of 84 inches. Many others are available only to 72 inched. The shelves also are deeper, to accommodate more large books.

They took a while to arrive, between order processing time and delivery time via a freight company, so be sure you can wait for about two weeks. Two units were packed into the same crate, so it was heavy to handle. We had no trouble unpacking them and getting them in place, but I would recommend that two people participate. There was an odor like paint or construction material for several days, pretty strong at first. If possible, give yourself a way to air out the space at first.

I like these units, and would order more if I need them.

The quality is superb, the appearance is just a thing of beauty to enjoy, especially on a plain clean white wall, it is a bit expensive compared to other 2-level wall shelf but the aesthetic side of this thing made all the extra bucks worth every penny. It goes perfectly with my bezel-less SamSung 3DTV. I wish I could insert pictures in this review. The wire management system is very thoughtful though it seems only capable of hiding two HDMI cable at most on each side given the fact that the HDMI cables are thick. Overall, it is a solid wall shelf with a gorgeous appearance. Highly recommend it to people who also like high quality glassy shelf like myself.

John Louis Home Deluxe Stand Alone Tower

I ordered the tower to finish my closet remodel and was disappointed to find only two shelves included. You'll notice the picture has four. The John Louis closet system seems reasonably priced until you realize how many parts and pieces you'll need to complete an even modest sized space. Overall, the quality is good, but for most walk-in closets (mine is approximately 7'x4') you'll need to order at least two complete sets to get it done.

The product is nice and high quality. However, it does not come with any shelves, as shown in the picture. It comes with the sides, top an bottom only. If you want shelves, they are over $50.00 per pair.

I'm returning the product because I think this is a cheap trick to get you to buy the expensive accessories.

In the old days, we'd call this low-balling.

If you have a John Louis system you are already familiar with the tower unit. This is just a standalone unit that you can add for more storage space. It is made of the same materials as the closet system and goes together similarly. One thing to be aware of, it does not come with any adjustable shelves! Depending on your usage, you will probably want 2-4 shelves, so you'll need to factor that into the tower's cost. It comes with the four "walls" sides, top, and bottom, and mounting hardware. So what you have when you are done is an empty tower ready to add shelves, drawers, etc. to.

I ordered this along with the closet organizer system from John Louis to use as a shoe rack for my wife. I was a little annoyed that it does not come with any shelf inserts, they are sold separately, which makes the cost of the tower enclosure on it's own seem overpriced. But at the same time it does make sense b/c there are several custom options you can choose with this enclosure (all shelves, or combination of shelves and drawers, doors, etc)

My biggest issue was the installation. The instructions have you measure, mark out, and place the wall brackets for the sides which need to be precisely correct so the shelves will fit (too close and shelves won't go in, too far and shelves will fall to the floor). The problem I had was with the included dry wall anchors which are difficult to stay on center when screwing them into the wall. I ended up with a slightly too wide initial placement(about 1/4-3/8in) of spacing making my shelves prone to slipping out of the groves. I had to pull it down, patch the wall holes and start over again the next day. On day two, instead of measuring the placements of the wall brackets, I installed the two top hanging brackets, then assembled the whole unit (sans shelves) and hung it on the wall, then I just marked the location of the side brackets and was much faster than dealing with drawing plum lines etc. To deal with the drywall anchor issue, I found a piece of PVC pipe found around the house which I used as a guide to keep them on center and not wobble while screwing into the wall.
