Sonax E-0068-BG Granby 60-Inch TV/Gaming Console Bench

Sonax E-0068-BG Granby 60-Inch TV/Gaming Console BenchFirst, the instructions were not at all clear. Although I have assembled many pieces of furniture and consider myself fairly handy, I had to disassemble twice to reassemble. The third time was a charm. The front of the bottom piece had a fairly big chip on it but, rather than return it (how would one even go about that nightmare?), we used a black permanent marker to make it less obvious.

The most serious complaint I have with this piece is the absolute lack of stability for tipping forward or backward (a big safety hazard if you have small children). Both side pieces extend to and touch the floor from front to back for side support, but the bottom is otherwise elevated from the floor approximately 1.25". The only support offered in the middle is one small circular "leg" which allows the piece to rock forward and backwards. We purchased some wood slats from our local hardware store to build a better support in the middle to prevent tipping, but it is still not extremely stable. Fortunately, we have no small children so it's not as big of an issue for us. However, in my opinion, this is a huge design defect and should cause a recall of all of these products. (See the CPSC report at)

Packaging was efficient, 100 lb box. Instructions were basic and assembly was easy (60-90 minutes). I love this tv stand it easily holds cable box, modem, router, ps3, xbox 360, wii, original xbox, ps2 and remotes with a kinect sensor and wii sensor... plus whatever you want to store behond the glass cabinets. Hands down, this tv stand is perfect for anyone with a lot of consoles.

But this is what you need to know... my stand wobbled slightly, but when I put some adhesive-backed felt moving pads uner the legs, it was perfect. The finish it a coating and it was chipped off in a few spots but nothing noticeable I don't have a furniture marker to cover it up but that would do the trick to fix it. And teh only other note I did not install the backing to the stand because I wanted the open space for air circulation. It's the standard thin backing that you nail into the particle board (similar to Ikea furniture) I son't mind it but after a few moves, the nails might come loose.

Conclusion: The stand is exactly what a gamer needs and it looks awesome with a big screen tv on top of it I highly recommend.

Easy to assemble, all by myself :-). tricky part is the glass door hinges, but that's something I've never done before, not a flaw in their instructions or product. Went together great, looks great. I left the backing off completely (it's the wierd paper board like you put on the back of a bookshelf) as I want to make sure the airflow is high to the electronics inside. Looks fine without it, Top three bays, tall enough to hold a Stereo Receiver, PS3, Direct TV Box (the later two with room to spare). Center shelves, tall enough to stand DVD's on, side shelving... their picture shows a speaker in in the right shelf space, but the only speakers that would fit are the smaller surround speakers. Biggest benefit on this product was being able to find the schematics prior to purchasing to measure against the items i was trying to put in certain places. Great product, great price, great service from the seller.

Dolle Ara Stainless Adjustable Glass or Wood Shelf Bracket

Dolle Ara Stainless Adjustable Glass or Wood Shelf BracketMaybe I am crazy but I have never heard of selling shelf brackets singly. Hanging a shelf requires two brackets. I was very upset when the reasoning behind purchasing the brackets here because it was $5 cheaper than the other site I was looking at. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package so I could hang my two shelves and there were only 2 brackets in the package. Sigh What a waste of time

Frenchi Furniture - 5-Tier Corner Stand Finish: White

Frenchi Furniture - 5-Tier Corner Stand Finish: WhiteThis corner stand is wonderful for the price! It is very sturdy, easy to assemble (my kids put most of it together), and looks great! I would definitely recommend this product to someone who is looking for a sturdy and stylish corner stand at a very reasonable price.

The corner stand was exactly as discribed and complements the room decore; assembly for this stand was were easy and the purchase price was excellent.

This product is the worst piece of furniture I've ever purchased on Amazon.

To start, I noticed that one of the shelves was damaged on the underside and hastily repaired using wood putty to fill in for the gouged wood. However, it had only been slapped on without smoothing or sanding to make it even with the rest of the shelf.

Next, as I was assembling the shelves, I found that paint was already chipped on two of the vertical pieces and another was VERY warped.

I'm not mad enough to bother with trying to return it, but when I move I don't think my wife or I will mind if it gets dropped 4 or 5 times on the way to the truck, or run over on the highway. Either way, I win...

Danby DAR259BL 2.5-Cu. Ft. Designer Compact All Refrigerator, Black

Danby DAR259BL 2.5-Cu. Ft. Designer Compact All Refrigerator, Black
  • 2.5 cu.ft. ( 70.79 litres) capacity
  • Compact counter-top all refrigerator
  • Automatic defrost; Mechanical thermostat
  • 2-1/2 shelves for maximum storage versatility
  • Tall bottle storage; CanStor beverage dispensing system

There is no wasted space for a freezer compartment. The door organization is terrific. I've used it in my classroom for a year, and it still runs as it did from the beginning. I am very pleased.

Buy Danby DAR259BL 2.5-Cu. Ft. Designer Compact All Refrigerator, Black Now

Bought one of these for my office to keep beverages cool and lunches fresh. Amazon Prime got it here (for free!) in 2 days in great shape. Plugged it in 7 months ago and have never had a single issue with it since.

Interior layout is pretty good no freezer! Lower shelf is somewhat shallow, but top ones are plenty deep. About 1/2 of the door is designed to hold 12oz soda/beer cans, so if you don't have any, some space may be wasted. With all the shelving pulled out, the surfaces are pretty even and easy to clean.

Temperature adjustment is a simple knob. Seems to cool pretty quickly, and accidentally setting it too cold demonstrated that it had no problem freezing things. Hasn't apparantly struggled with the occasional 90 degree day.

In a shared office with half a dozen people, running computers, etc, it's virtually silent except for a half a moment of quiet whirr and gurgle when it comes on a few times an hour.

Door is easy to open from the top-mounted handle and looks reversible. Magnets stick to the sides, but not the front. Top is sturdy enough to stack other things on. Has had no issue staying cool being crammed into a corner, pushed within 1" of hitting both walls.

4.5 stars minus 1/2 for the soda-can holder design.

This refrigerator was the exact dimensions listed on product page, which made it perfect for fitting under the desk of a standard cubicle (with about 0.25in to spare). It is quiet and keeps food cold.

My only complaint is that the temperature button on the back has no indication as to which direction makes things colder, so it took a bit of trial and error (spread over a few days). For anyone wondering the same, clockwise is colder.

This was a graduation gift. Looks nice, luckily arrived undamaged. I agree with other reviews that there is not much to the packing. Just the box is would come in (like in a store). The reviews were also helpful to remind us to place refrigerator in place UNPLUGGED FOR 24 HOURS, before plugging in. This was done and works wells. But we just got it. So, hopefully it will continue to run well.

The itam is listed on this page as 21.2 x 18.1 x20.8 inches.

hope you do not have a dedicated space for it like i do.

the item is 28" high & not the dimensions as listed.

Winsome 3-Tier A-Frame Ladder Wood Bookcase

Winsome Wood 3-Tier A-Frame Shelf, BlackThis a great solution for keeping magazines organized and out of the way. The predrilled holes weren't accurately aligned, so plan on using your corded / cordless drill to complete assembly.

This unit is attractive and fits well into just about any room or office space, without giving it that "closed in" feeling. It solved my bathroom storage needs. I used this unit in the bath to store towels and display accent pieces. The Winsome quality is there, the unit is simple to assemble, takes less than 15 minutes and takes up minimum space. I would have given a 5-star rating, but had to exchange the first unit because the top shelf was at a full tilt and the shelves had rub marks. Amazon was great about the exchange, as usual, fast and reliable. Thanks Amazon.com

As a graduate student in an apartment at Denver, CO, I needed a piece to keep all my large reference and personal books that was sturdy enough to handle large text (like my unabridged collection of 7 works by Herman Melville, author of Moby Dick), but at the same time, I needed something that wouldn't take up all of my valuable space. This shelf easily does both. Each actual level probably holds at least 20-30 pounds of reading material, but the entire piece leaves only about a 1' x 2' footprint. I've since added a large heavy glass filled with change, plus several other knickknacks for a personal touch, and have yet to see any compromises in the structural integrity, so its function is spot on. As far as fashion is concerned, the simple design makes it hard to go wrong when using the shelf in just about any bedroom or office. The only possible downside I saw with this piece was during assembly, when the holes for the screws didn't quite line up. No problem though, the screws provided are sharp enough that you can just use makeshift holes and have the shelf totally assembled in about 5 minutes with only a screwdriver. All in all, a very nice product for someone with lots to store/display, but not much room to do so.

Ameriwood 9 Cube Storage Cabinet

Ameriwood 9 Cube Storage CabinetThis is long but stay with me. I am not an unreasonable man. Most would consider me a semi pleasant person; I love puppies, enjoy Judd Apatow comedies, and find babies mildly amusing when they aren't pooping, vomiting, or screaming. However in spite of my generally jovial disposition I have a seething, nay crippling hatred for this shelf which may be the geographic center of all of the world's evil and the root of all moral decay. Now in my afore mentioned passionate hatred of this festering pile of evil do not want to overstate it's faults and thus do not want to lightly throw out the term worse than Hitler but it's certainly worse than Mussolini (the George Castanza of WW2). I know this may seem a reach to you who have not experienced "the shelf" but allow me to explain and maybe change your mind.

First the good part it was packed securely. Shelf wobbles in a cartoonish way similar to a Dr. Seuss cartoon which entertains small children and slow witted teenagers. Okay that's all the good parts.

Now the negatives which I could literally fill a library with, seriously after putting the abomination together I was ready to move to Montana and write a manifesto but I digress. Firstly I'm color blind and I can see that this is not black, it's red, and when they can't even get the color right you know you are in trouble. However if you place this in a dark room it darkens like all things placed in a dark room and given it's tinker toy like construction might I highly recommend a dark room and Styrofoam books. Secondly it's not made of wood it is made of MDF (medium density fiberboard aka crap) which is wood in the same way a drag queen is a woman, it is given the appearance of wood by a veneer which is fancy talk for a sticker with wood designs on it. Yes, high quality indeed. Next much like a middle aged man with a fake tan and a Corvette it's hardware is simply too short to be of any real use, the fun part of this is it gives the shelf an air of excitement similar to that of crossing a 100 plus year old rope bridge that leaves you wondering...is it going to hold the weight or collapse. The suspense would be entertaining if it hadn't A) cost me $[censored] and B) wasn't holding my $[censored] Blu-Ray player.

The assembly is nightmarish and I am a person who is reasonably handy. Now let me clarify the steps themselves aren't difficult but step 1 should really be the last step and you will have much fun with the all too short hardware as mentioned above. Of particular joy was the fun of trying to drill the two center pieces that hold the shelves in since; one, MDF (crap) is prone to splintering and two, veneer really highlights any flaws it makes trying to drive ¼ screws into "wood" that was barely an inch thick a real treat. I especially enjoyed the part where my left arm went numb and the vein in my eye burst leaving me blind and with alight slur to my speech for several days. Good times! Now as part of the assembly you are given some trim to hide the poor construction and all of the ugly parts, using my drag queen metaphor think of this as the scarf to hide the Adam's apple, this trim will drive you beyond the point of insanity. It continually pops off, due to the short hardware, and is very difficult to get on straight which again with the wonder of MDF and veneer your assembly ineptitude and poor construction is highlighted as sort of a scarlet letter that sort of screams "hey look at me I'm cheap furniture!" Once you have dealt with the trim and decided life truly has no meaning you will be confronted by the back covering which at least gets credit for a semblance of honesty. See the back has abandoned any pretense of being wood and is honest to god cardboard with a front side covered with the wood sticker veneer. I, who at this point had moved to an Apocalypse Now level of insanity, decided I would not stoop to putting cardboard on my furniture and maintain what little dignity I had remaining but the problem with that is the cardboard holds the adjustable shelves in place and is the only thing that keeps them from sliding out of the back so pick your poison, your dignity or shelves on the floor? Speaking of the adjustable shelves, they rest on tiny plug in things and are not secured at all this again adds to the rope bridge suspense factor I mentioned earlier.

Here is the synopsis combined with a diatribe about our low expectations. Many people say "you get what you pay for" but the fact is that the price of this shelf is nothing to sneeze at, this is a crisis of our being conditioned to expect poor quality. In 1983 my ex-girlfriend's mother bought a 1,400 square foot brick house on 3.75 acres of property for $43,000 I don't think I'm asking for much to get something made of actual wood (one of the most plentiful supplies on Earth) for the price I paid (they censor dollar amounts I'm not being purposely coy) a mere 25 years later. As consumers we have choice and while some people's reviews on here are shrugging 4 star "it is what it is" type reviews I'm asking that we start demanding quality not just in furniture but in all products, break this cycle of being conditioned to get hosed out of our money and save your money for something better than this. There are great craftsman and builders everywhere (in your own neighborhood even) who could build you something from real wood for a marginally higher price that could be an heirloom piece of furniture you could pass down to your kids when they go to college. This thing likely won't make it a year. As much as I loathe this horrible shelf it inspired me to demand better and I am now building a book case (told you I was handy) that is 72 wide by 38 high and is made of solid 2x12's and the real wood for this enormous shelf only cost me 1/3 the price of this shelf at Home Depot plus nail gun rental, 1/2 gallon of black paint, and a few dollars of sand paper. So for about 2/3 what I paid for this insult to American craftsmanship and a few hours of my weekend I am getting something that not only can I be proud of but something of great quality that is still going to be standing strong 25 years from now. Sorry to get sort of serious and manifesto-like here in this last paragraph but I guess I just miss not only getting but expecting quality for my hard earned money.

Luckily, I bought this shelf at Big Lots for ninety-nine dollars. It is worth approximately two dollars and forty-five cents. The shelves don't line up correctly and there is a half-inch gap between pieces that are supposed to fit flush together.

Awful awful awful. Do not waste your money...go get something from Sauder instead their stuff is always well packed and goes together as it should.

This is without question the worst shelve ever. I put a lot of effort in putting this thing together but it was falling apart as I was trying to stand it up. I originally bought it to store my kids items, but this nightmare wouldnt last two seconds. I agree with the other buyer that quality is very hard to find these days. I even went to pottery barn which is known for quality only to find that their wood is also man made. Manufactures want to keep prices down but I would rather buy an item that will last years not months.

This shelf was a waste of money. MDF that stripped out when you put screws in it. The bottom face plate (decoratvie) falls off. The shelves are not lined up properly with the adjustment holes. The entire shelf looks as if it sags in the middle ...OH wait...that's because it does. I wish I could box the entire thing up and get my money back. It's crooked, saggy and falling apart.

Mesh Shoe Shelf

Mesh Shoe ShelfI made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I purchased this item. I purchased it based on the photo, which clearly shows TWO shelves stacked together. As the price was comparable to other shoe racks with two shelves, I had no idea that this was for a single shelf. I give it a 3 star rating because we're going to keep it. My daughter loves it, it works well for her dress-up shoes, with ample space underneath for her real shoes (the shoes are directly on the carpet, though, which defeats the purpose of a shoe rack). Had I been on top of things and read the reviews, I would not have purchased this product, because we wanted a shoe rack with two shelves and there are other shoe racks with two and three shelves available on Amazon for the same price.

The lady who reviewed this with one star only did so because SHE didn't read the description properly the cost is PER shelf. I love this product, it's super-easy to use, fairly sturdy and works perfectly in our mudroom. I'm about to order three more to use in my husband's closet. Since you can stack them or not, they work super-well at the bottom of closets to give you extra space. They're also very light and fold flat if you wanted to store them.

Love it! Dimensions are: 12" deep x 22" wide x 6.5" high.

Buy Mesh Shoe Shelf Now

These are super easy to stack and very versatile. Unlike other shelves which only work for shoes of a certain length or size or require you to precariously balance you shoes on them, this allows you to toss shoes in, or use shoeboxes, or use as a shelf for other things besides shoes. The mesh design helps you see your shoes on the lower levels too. Also infinitely stackable unlike other designs.

I purchased this shoe rack last week, thinking that $20 was a good deal for a 2 tiered, mesh shoe rack. When the rack arrived, it was only half of what is pictured on the seller's page. Other reviewers, who are apparently just argumentative, or who are related to the seller, suggest "reading the details or reviews would have shown me what the product actually was", but thats not acceptable to me even *if* the accurate details really were printed in that section. The image shown is that of a TWO TIERED SHOE RACK. Either modify this picture to show whats actually being sold, or perhaps enough crappy reviews and equally crappy sales will remind the seller of what integrity is all about. Yes, the DIMENSIONS listed of this rack are those of a single tier, but Im not in the habit of corroborating printed measurements with what appears in printed images of the products Im about to buy.

Want Mesh Shoe Shelf Discount?

I love this shoe rack. To assemble the rack was easy (just pop out the side). The racks are easily stackable. I could fit 3 pairs of women's shoes on one level or 2 pairs of men's + stacked flip flops on one level. I purchased a total of 4 and have room for more when I need it. The cheap metal/plastic racks are no comparison to this!

South Shore Heavenly Collection Changing Table, Pure White

South Shore Heavenly Collection Changing Table, Pure WhiteMy husband is very handy and after two hours of frustrating assembly, we gave up and he said "whoever designed this table should never design anything again"

Fits perfectly in my nursery and is designed for easy access on everything with diapers and clothing. It did come damaged, chipped from storage in a warehouse or shipping. The chipping was in the back for us so we didn't address the issue with the seller. Be warned though, in case you need this immediately, it may come damaged and be prepared to return it if you can't deal with the chipping as we did. Otherwise, functionally, love this!

ISS Designs Shelving Hardware System for 4 Rows of 6-Inch Deep Shelves, 72-Inch Vertical Simple Sta

ISS Designs Shelving Hardware System for 4 Rows of 6-Inch Deep Shelves, 72-Inch Vertical Simple StandardsI am pleased with the ISS Design systems although I have ordered directly from ISS and not through Amazon. Designers at ISS have helped me configure a desk and a 4 bay wall unit with file cabinets, along with basic shelving. While I believe you can save money purchasing your own shelving as the shelf systems are sold here on Amazon it was nice to purchase complete units at one time. I did receive a gouged piece of material and one wrong unit. ISS did not question my complaint and sent replacement items with express shipping.

You can't go wrong with the basic shelving configurations offered through Amazon, and delivery may be faster with prime accounts. While you must be close to exact on your hanging measurements I do agree with one poster, this exceeds the quality of Ikea. Ikea is an excellent source of inexpensive shelf materials, I would order all the metal pieces from ISS Designs. I am considering going with a 6" deep shelf unit but using colored plexiglass as the shelving material.

I received my shelving hardware and I really like the way it looks. I really do. It's sleek, modern, and I like the fact that I got to add my own shelves. Overall though, I think that they are grossly overpriced for what you get which is basically two aluminum vertical strips and a few aluminum shelf brackets. The shelves just rest on top of the brackets, so if you don't want them to fall off, you have to figure out a way to anchor them yourself. I made shelves out of wood planks and used heavy-duty velcro to anchor mine. The shelves look nice and all, but if I had a chance to redo, I'd have probably looked for something a little better priced.

Contemporary Home Office Cube Bookcase Display Shelves

Contemporary Home Office Cube Bookcase Display ShelvesAs echoed by other reviewers, this was the most frustrating piece of furniture that I've ever had the displeasure of putting together.

Material quality is middling, instructions are poor, end product is middling, but it ends up looking pretty nice.

I'm the type of person that other people come to when they can't put furniture together and I still had MULTIPLE problems putting this together.

1) For the descending pyramid shelves, there are 3 shorter pieces of varying sizes and 3 tall pieces all the same size (for the two left shelves).

2) These three tall pieces have a "left-right-center" relationship that is not labeled, not clear, not indicated in the instructions.

3) Furthermore the "center" piece has a "north-south" orientation that is not labeled, not clear, not indicated in the instructions (this is the inexcusable one)

4) The screw-holes are not counter-sunk on the bottom or the top. I ended up partially counter-sinking the top screw-holes so I didn't have dumb screws sticking 1/16" out of the top with a sticker on top. On the bottom, I covered them with felt and plan on not dragging it across the floor.

IF YOU DO BUY THIS:

1) Separate the 3 tall pieces. Determine "left-right-center" by looking at the unfinished *back* of the bookshelf. There is a lap/groove that the cardboard back fits into. Make sure that the center piece has no raised lap/groove protrusions.

2) Determine the "north-south" orientation of that "center" piece. I think the only way to determine this is with a damned tape measure. Make sure that the height from the bottom-most holes to the ground are consistent otherwise you will be disassembling the whole thing, popping the nails out of the back, forcing the glue off the top and bottom dowels, flipping, regluing, renailing the center piece and generally getting a lot more frustrated than necessary.

There are similar products by IKEA that can get you a similar effect and are of a much higher general build quality.

All that being said, the end product ends up looking fairly nice.

It would be easy for this product to get four stars:

1) Label the pieces vertical pieces: 1,2,3,4,5,6.

2) Put an "up arrow" on piece #2.

For five stars it would have to be made of more solid material and the shelves would have to fit better between the vertical supports.

If you'd like to continue the pyramid effect, you can get the IKEA "Billy" 15" wide shelf (these shelves are ~10" wide) and slide to the left. There is a slight color variation but it's in the same general tone and not very noticeable. This approximately doubles the amount of linear-feet of shelving if you have a lot of books. For *yet more* storage, you can make sure your ceiling permits it and get another Billy with the extra ~15" tall top-extender. I haven't had the need to go that far but it's good to know there will be a good-looking option for expanding.

When I bought this I thought I was going to spend an entire weekend

assembling this piece of furniture, as I had read pretty much all the

reviews. But I said to myself that was not rocket science and started

by elimination to identify all the parts from page 2 & 3. Now if you are

looking very attentively, you may see on the side they are numbered -

at least some of them (red ink) If you're color blind, forget it...

The great disadvantage is that in the aseembly manual you do not see

the finished product numbered with all the parts they are numbered

in steps, but not all together so you have to figure it out yourself.

Here is how I got it.

*Ok, so parts number 10, 11, 12 & 13 are the back part and logically are

very thin you can see that in the drawing, just one line, not double.

*All these checked, I looked for the three vertical pieces that have the

same size and I could identify the one that is on the side as on one side

had no holes in it. That is number 8. The other ones are number 7 and 4.

I could see no diference, except that number seven was numbered.

* Now I had four more pieces of different sizes and I could notice that

the longest of them had six pairs of holes on one side so I realized that

was the bottom part number 6.

* Then of course you have three other vertical parts in descending order,

they are in order 3, 1 & 5, the last one being the smallest.

*I noticed three small parts having the same size. Here when I looked back on

the inventory list from pages 2 and 3, to see what number they are, I finally

realized that they numbered the pieced with the number that corresponds to each

one of them, no wonder is called parts identification, duhhhhh!!!

* Ok, so from then on it was pretty easy and obvious.

Anyhow, in order to make your job easier, I measured all the pieces. They

are as follows:

# 8,7 & 4 68 in

# 6 55 in

# 3 51 in

# 1 34 in

# 5 17.5 in

3 pieces # 2 11 in

9 pieces # 14 they are the shelves, no need to measure those. They come

in a separate box, together with three pieces on the # 2.

# 9 the horizontal top 22.5 in.

I did not measure the back parts as they are pretty obvius due to their thickness.

Tips:

do not try to assembly them as you think, follow the steps.

pay attention when you joint # 2 with # 1 from step 1; it

has to be like in the drawing that shows the big holes for

camlock on the front left side of the piece # 1 and the

plastic filled holes for the revolve screws on # 2 go on the

right side...

One more thing though, I have to warn you, you pay 60$ for shipping

and you expect the top service. Not this, I got the package on one

side opened and clearly damaged due to being moved from one Fedex

truck to the other. I would not have signed for it had I seen it, but

since I live in a gated community, they left the parcel at the leasing

office. But all is good when it ends good :).

Sorry if I did not express myself in technical terms, after all I am

a woman that had never seen camlock screws before. I just happen to

be very practical and have always welcomed whatever challenged my brain.

Good luck with your new acquisition!

Buy Contemporary Home Office Cube Bookcase Display Shelves Now

This piece looks nice once constructed. The dark brown finish is great!

However from the description and pictures online, I was under the impression that the shelves were screwed into the walls of the unitthey are not. They simply rest on pegs. The shelves do not fit tightlythey slide in an out without any resistence.

Also, the pieces have no sort of labeling system. You have to guess based on the pictures in the diagram which piece is which. The instructions have diagrams and they label pieces as "1,2,3" etc, however the actual pieces are not labeled, so it's a guessing game.

Hardly enough glue to properly secure the dowels. You really have to think ahead to make sure you don't use up all the glue before finishing.

In all, this piece could really scare a person upon arrival. I let it sit under my bed for 2 weeks and then I had my dad help me put it together. It really takes 2 minds to figure it out. Once you get going though, it's easy to visualize. If you don't have an eye for geometry and puzzles, this will be more than a challenge. Also, pay attention to how much it weighs. If you are aren't used to moving heavy, awkward boxes, it will be difficult to get it to the room where you want to assemble it.

I've seen this exact same bookcase go for $400. It is beautiful, sturdy, and contrasts wonderfully against my eggshell colored wall. I love it! The pieces weren't always labled clearly so be careful when building. Also, make sure all the holes are level before you nail the back on! The middle of the three tallest boards have the same number of holes on the ends so just be careful. Instructions were fairly straight forward. Again, great price. Love it! :-D

This is a very nice, well built, sturdy shelving unit! Just like IKEA, but way better because it wasn't outragously priced! I had read the reviews and saw that many felt it was pretty difficult to put together... and they were sort of right. It took my husband and I about30 minutes to put together, but we didn't really use the directions at all. We laid the whole thing on the floor as it would look assembled, making certain that all the holes were in line and whatnot before starting. This helped a lot! Plus, due to the reviews also, I had my glue gun all ready and it was a good thing because the glue included was worthless!

I love the shelf and it exceeds expectations 100%. Don't be too scared off by the assembly, especially if you are good at visualizing the finished product. The directions weren't great though, thats for sure. Pieces were not marked well either so you do have to sort of 'see' what it is supposed to look like to determine where things go. But, of course, the unit is stepped down, so it doesn't leave much to figure out.

Overall, LOVE IT! Directions are D-, but don't let that stop you! It is worth the effort!I would certainly buy again, and probably will the next time it goes on sale. I paid $101.00.

Thunder Group CMSV1460 Wire Shelves 14"X60" Heavy Duty Chrome NSF, 2 pcs

Thunder Group CMSV1460 Wire Shelves 14'X60' Heavy Duty Chrome NSF, 2 pcsI have used this style of shelving before but not in the lengths as this one. I was worried about how substantial it would be once assembled. Not to worry. My system is 7 feet tall and 5 feet long... solid as a rock. Yes they are pricy but worth the expense for such a solid and well made system. Assembly is straight forward but can be cumbersome depending on the size you get. May want to have an assistant. The shipment came within 3 days from time of order. The only problem was they only ship just enough wedges (four per shelf) so if any are damaged you may be out of luck. One of my wedges was broken but was able to still use it with no side affects.
