I loved the product, once I figured out that these arent actually square! There's only one way the top shelf fits on the four poles, so if it's not fitting, turn the shelf 90 degrees. :) I put two of these on the bottom, and added two of the large/wide stacking shelves on top of them (had trouble getting those shelves together too, solution not as easy). Probably the best feature is that you can adjust the height of the shelf in 1-inch increments, customizing it for your space. However, once the shelf is on, dont expect to adjust it easily, so decide where you want it before you put it in place. It's also great that the "feet" screw in, so you can put it on an uneven floor and simply adjust the screw to the appropriate height.

I kinda wish there was one with a large bottom basket as well. I also wish the slats were slightly closer together I put things in baskets on these shelves, as the products themselves wont stand up/stay. I also use it for towels/sheets.

We have a tiny apartment kitchen and this really helped with the clutter. I was amazed about how much actually fit in it

Very sturdy item. I probably won't end up using the basket because the unit is not tall enough to allow a lot of clearance. (for my purposes, I think the unit with one shelf and no basket would have been the better choice). But this is a great shelf and I will get a lot of use out of it.

I got this to go in my pantry that had only one shelf up high. It was assembled easily enough , only problem i had is one of the plastic pieces was broken that goes on the post. I was able to get it to work with some glue, but i probably wont put anything heavy on that one shelf in case it slips down.

This product was wonderfully packed and easy to put together. It's a two person job due to weight. The instructions don't note that you'll need a level or power drill/screw driver but really helped us in getting the supports under the shelves installed. There were questions about securing this to the wall and even though it doesn't come with anything a L-bracket should easily work out of sight to secure to the wall. Very pleased with the product. Easy to put together and very durable, bright colors go with boys or girls (we have 2 yr olds, one of each) and holds more books than you'd think. Open top shelf allows for those tall kids books that do not seem to fit in other shelves. definitely worth the money. Shelves good height for toddlers and preschoolers. Rounded edges minimize head-bonking potential. Slightly angled downward to the back of the shelf to keep books from falling out.

I just bought this for my 2 year old. I was concerned because of the smell that some reported on their reviews, however the smell is brief, i.e. it was gone before I finished putting the bookcase together and didn't linger. The bookcase is very solid (excellent quality) and very cute. The shelves are not high enough for books like "Look and Find", unless you use the top shelf of course. There is a lot of screwing during the assembly so, a power screwdriver might be helpful. I put it together alone, but it would be slightly easier with an additional set of hands. Also, I didn't notice anyone mentioning this in other reviews, but you can add on to this bookcase by buying an additional one and stacking to save space. If you decided to do this, remember you will need to find a way to harness the bookcase to the wall to avoid tipping. Just an idea.

He had a taller shelf before that and I always worried that he would knock it over, but I have no such worries with this one. Ameriwood 48-Inch Cabinet

For the price, I would have expected better. Now, that's not to say it's a bad product. The instructions were okay, and the end result looks good and it looks good and feels durable. However, there were several items that discouraged me with it.

The door handles look cheap and are painted industrial grey. I ended up going to the hardware store and buying some nice cabinet handles for less than $20 that look much better. For looks, if this were purely a cabinet for your garage, it looks great! However, since I wanted it inside my house, I expected a little more from the hardware that came with it.

The latch hardware is cheap and barely works.

The lock hardware works. However, because I didn't need a lock, I ended up using a closet door finger pull to plug the hole fashionably, and to match the new handles I installed.

The twist lock cams are a little odd and more difficult to work with than I have experienced with other RTA products.

The sliding shelf itself is too narrow for the slot, resulting in it being insecure once you install it with the drawer slides. I ended up adding three washers on one side of the shelf where the slide attaches, and that fixed the problem.

I do have to say the leveling legs on the bottom work great and were easy to install. I also like the flexibility of shelf placement within the unit.

The previous reviewers state that the nails are smaller than the holes in the supports. They are correct. However, by reading and following the directions, one should insert the plastic anchor through the hole in the support into the pre-drilled holes in the wall followed by tapping in the nail as directed. If the hole in the wall was pre-drilled to the specified size in the directions, the install should proceed with no issues. Like my dad always told me, "When all else fails, READ the directions!". Sage advice.

Hung this in my closet to add more storage space. Everything about it worked out great. Came with all the supplies.

I was looking for a way to organize the laundry closet in my apartment and I figured I could not go wrong with ClosetMaid. This is a great product for the price. It looks sturdy, and fits a small tv with components (which may not be the purpose it was designed for, but that's why we got it). It was easy to put together, my only problem was that the holes for attaching the bottom shelf were hard to find (with the attaching screws, since the holes were covered by the shelf).

I wanted a corner table in our dining area for my Bose radio so i could hear music in the kitchen, the dining area and the living room . The music sounds great in the corner. It was the perfect size table for a small radio. The rounded style is soft looking and the color wood matches our kitchen cabinets pretty well. It was easy to assemble. I would recommend it as an accent piece of furniture.

It's a sturdy solid wood table and I was quite suprised by this and also suprised by the weigth of the table, it was heavier than I expected. My only complaint is about the screws for the bottom shelf; they were difficult to line up and I damaged it by screwing on side in just a bit while trying to line up the other side. The weight of the shelf wrenched out the screw and damaged the leg. There's also a front bottom leg in the middle of the lower shelf, below it, that isn't in the picture. Still looks good and the extra leg stabilizes it.

Within the first 6 months, two of the three drawers were falling off and almost all of the corners

chipped. It just looked awful. We have a 48" LCD TV on it and the center started to sag after just a few months.

The only positive part is that my husband put it together quickly and without too much of an issue.

We will never buy another piece of furniture that "looks" nice but doesn't cost much, because this is what you get...

Figured it wasn't a good sign when after I purchased this tv stand, I received an email stating it was on backorder for 2 weeks. The company did offer to credit me $10 for waiting. More than 3 weeks later the item was delivered. Not hard to put together, but you could just tell that the material is not constructed very well. The edges flake, but with a thick black magic marker, you can color in where it chips easily. Came out of the box with many corners chipped. Again, I used a magic marker. Biggest concern is that it advertises that it's for a 60 inch tv, but it doesn't hold the weight of one very well. The middle of the top shelf sags from the weight of my LED tv! Not worth taking apart to send back. Just having a bit of buyers remorse. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money for a better quality tv stand. I wish I had.

I purchased this item from walmart.com and experienced hell with it. For some reason, I'm unable to review this item on walmart.com. I received it quickly, dragged this beast home, opened the box to find 3 of the main boards broken. I called the company per the instructions to only find out that they don't carry the large boards and was instructed to return it to walmart. Decided to give them one more shot, received the replacement, this time 2 of the main boards broken. This thing is obviously a piece of junk that can't handle shipping. I returned it and bought one from a furniture store that was twice the price but was delivered fully assembled. I don't know what I was even thinking, about to put a new 60" flat panel on this junk. In this case, it didn't pay to try and go cheap.

P.S. There's a lot more to this in regards to how walmart.com vs. walmart stores works but I'll save that for whenever, if ever I can review this item on their site.

The shipping box was damaged. One drawer slide was bent, and shelves had minor chips. The assembly instructions were a translation to English. The slides needed placement adjustment to have the front of the drawers line up. Over it is an acceptable piece of inexpensive furniture, but it requires assembly and some adjustments of parts. Be prepared for at least 2 hours of assembly.

It took me about four hours to put this together. Fairly simple too. But be prepared with d some help. It's very heavy being made of particle board. My 60" flat screen is also heavy. Which makes the unit sag just tad bit in the c center. In turn that makes the drawers not fit right or close right. Drawers are very light and cheap. They won't last long. I don't recommend this product. It doesn't fit together right.

I had read the reviews and am happy to say this is better than I expected.

First I would suggest reading the others reviews regarding assembly as some

of the shortcuts are very good.

Let me add that the Back Guards shown in the picture are not part of the

shelfs but are snap-ons. I mention this as it almost stopped me from

buying this unit as I need a flat shelf for some over hang issues with

tools (saws and such) that I needed to store. Also, their snap on feature

proved to be very handy as I used two on a top shelf as a bin for

smaller motorcycle parts. It appears that you could use them to divide

a shelf if you wanted, very flexible design.

Assembly was straight forward, I followed another reviewers advice and

did the bottom shelf and wheels first and this enabled me to easily "fit"

certain shelfs to larger items as I went along.

Just ordered another...

This is the first shower caddy that we have had that actually doesn't rust (except the cheap plastic ones). We had purchased a ~$90 one that had a lifetime rust-free warranty and still rusted after about 2 months. We have had this bronze caddy for ~6 months now and it has been great no rust, looks great, and functions nicely. I just bought 2 more for the other bathrooms.

Umbra Conceal Double Wall Book Shelf

This is a really great idea for decorating and look great. I bought a couple and may buy more.

Likes

* It can really dress up a drab wall. Much more eye catching that just a bookshelf or photo.

* It's easy to install. Just need 3 screws.

Dislikes

* You have to be choosey with the type of books used. The ones I planned to use were too deep and too heavy. The whole thing sagged. The pictures on the Umbra site show some with a whole stack of books. I wasn't able to get more than a couple of hardcover books on it, without the sagging occurring. Wish they had used slightly thicker gauge metal. For the price charged, they could afford it.

* The single version has 2 mounting holes one above another, so it offers more support. In this double version, it has 3 holes, just slightly above the shelf, in a horizontal row. This might limit the weight bearing capacity.

* The bottom support book only provides support if other books provide weight on the wall side. It also assumes the very small support "hooks" stay engaged on the book cover. If a guest decides to pull a book down to look at it, it is very likely the whole stack will come tumbling down. This should be considered a decorative solution, not a way to store books you will frequently use. Be ready to yell "don't touch those" if you seem someone reaching for them. I would not put anything breakable below these.

Despite some gripes I really like these and they look great on the wall. I think there are some things they could do to improve them, but overall I'm satisfied. I'm recommending them.

If there is a book lover in your family then this a great gift idea. It is a fun and decorative way to showcase favorite or old classic books. The books literally look as if they are freely suspended in the air. They also come in several sizes so that you can fit the particular books you wish to display. And with that I give a warning to make sure that you find the right fit for your books, otherwise the shelf will not be completely concealed.

I love this shelf! It is a great way to display my books and so unique. I bought some 'singles' to stagger around and place nicknacks on top of some of the stacks. You do need a medium to large book to fit on the bottom. Easy to attach to wall and they are very sturdy. Pretty good deal I found on Amazon too!

It came 3 days before they promised. it will arrive in 3 very professionally packaged boxes so that you can easily carry it otherwise its very heavy. The way its packaged makes it very difficult that a glass could be broken. Then it took about 1 hour from opening the boxes to get it ready. Its not a small cabinet, in fact its perfect for big equipment and let it breath.

Another thing, its not iron as it looks in the picture. Its made of metal but it is painted automotive silver. None of the parts are too shiny. The picture looks like if it were shiny. Even though it looks very good.

So I did some digging and found that it indeed is little too short for my receiver (Yamaha 3010 that is 7.5" high and needs some room to cool as well). This is a very nice quality stand. I was disappointed to find that a couple of key pieces were missing from the box, and I couldn't get past step one of the assembly instructions until I received them. I called customer service, they were nice, helpful and got the new parts out to me, though I had to pay for 2 day shipping to get them when I needed them (I had a home theatre set up person scheduled, and needed the stand to be put together for the appt). After I had all the pieces, it was easy to assemble.

One other surprise was that my AV receiver was too big to fit on any of the shelves, I had to put it on the top shelf. Not sure if they show the distance between the shelves in the specs, but it would be useful to know.

Overall this is a very nice quality product and I would recommend it.

This furniture works well in my living room. It provides stacking space for many audio components (being old school, I still have a turntable and casette tape player as well as a CD/DVD player, cable unit, receiver, power strip--maybe dinosaur is a better description than 'old school'!) and let's air circulate freely. The wood color is true to the photo and I found the item easy to assemble, well-made, and sturdy. I wish I had found something slightly narrower, but this provides substantial storage space without being bulky or dominating the room.

This is a visually nice unit that was very easy to set up. I was looking for an unit that was not very wide. The Sanus NFAV230 has a glass top that is only 30 inches wide and the unit itself, in the front, is 28 1/2 inches wide.

An issue more than a problem that I found was that when I set up my Pioneer Receiver using banana plug connectors for the speaker wire, and with the unit fits very tightly up against the back wire housing, the receiver still overhangs the shelf unit by half an inch. While it does not fit the way I expected it does not look badly but the selector knobs are clearly beyond the facade limit. Also my Pioneer is 6 1/8 inches tall and although it fits onto each of the 3 shelves, I felt that there was not enough head room to cool the unit unless it was on the top or bottom shelves.

I will try to give better dimensions for those who need them.

Although the unit is flush in the front, you could theoretically have some overhang on the sides of each shelf.

There is a bar under each of the glass pieces that connects the front facade to the back wire housing. So the internal height it limited to the front opening height. However, if you are looking for air space then the bar is of no concern.

These shelves are the best looking adjustable shelves available. They are so much better than the traditional ugly rack and industrial looking brackets that you find at the mega home stores.
